Being a small business in the Auto industry I have worked with many Napa auto parts through my years, most of which I love and this is the only franchise I won t not work with.I was sold a product(transmission fluid), given a different one then purchased. So I returned to exchange it. First I was was told I had already returned it. I had the receipt which showed it was not. Then was told that they don t carry that product they gave me and they would not exchange it. So I guess I m out the money and stuck with the wrong item. This wasn t the first time they have done this to me.I would suggest going to a different Napa than this store as Napa does carry good products.

Knowledgeable staff, but the prices are rather high for basic parts.

They normally give me the wrong part the first time around. And when you have very expensive parts ordered for the following day, they don t show up. This will be the last time dealing with this store.

Nice folks but gave me the wrong part 3 times, never ended up getting the right part. Had to go somewhere else.

My semi air system froze up on I-94. The other parts stores in the area would not help me, but NAPA came through and brought me the air brake antifreeze I desperately needed to get going. They went above and beyond!

Great store with generally helpful staff. I am a business owner and have dealt with NAPA for 30+ years, and being new to Fergus falls I would be more likely to go back here if I wasnt confronted with the "Napatude", of we know more than you, as well as being made to feel as if I'm imposing on them. I'll follow this post and add a name later.

Super helpful. Will be back. Ordered a part from the other guys but I came in late w no bolts or nuts. Napa got us together.

They always have or can get what I need. Sometimes I stop in with really odd things that I'm working on and they work very hard to find what I'm searching for. I've also had them stay a few minutes late just to get me the parts I needed for working the next day. Great guys and service like that is very hard to find these days.
