Good service, usually great. Last time my car was done, name not called. Finished the other car behind me and moved my car (not complaining) and started on the third. We all have off days or non-properly functional technology or devices. Still would go back!

The Sales Person Matt Ness was excellent to work with! Connie from the additional service needed at Accessaries was excellent to work with! Troy from Financing was very helpful! Anna was great to work with. She let me be since I knew what I wanted, but helped me through the process. Barry completed the order through the dealership's allocation process otherwise I am certain I would still be waiting. Then after delivery, when there was a an issue with alignment, Tim jumped right in and immediately took care of the problem. I am enjoying my Blazer and LOVE the color!

Blake Ricks was a good listener really hearing what I wanted to do about replacing my then current vehicle. He answered my questions and gave me options so I could make the best choice for me. His attitude was wanting me to be comfortable with my decision. He familiarized me well with my new vehicle so I left understanding how to utilize the new and fun features of my car.Michelle helped me with the financial end of it and was very knowledgeable and familiar with the facts and software to show me several scenarios of leasing vs purchasing. She could quickly answer all my questions because she grasps the information and can communicate clearly.

We had an issue with our Equinox as we were traveling through Minnesota today. We found a Chevy Dealer, Minnesota Motor Company. Wow, what excellent service they gave us. Brian, the Service Manager, discovered the issue & went above & beyond to get us back on the road in less than an hour. He then called after we left to make sure the car was running ok. We were there for a starting issue on our vehicle for a second time. Sara in their service dept was so very helpful ..and she really listened to what we were saying. Because of that she was able to steer us to the proper mechanic who found our issues and repaired them.

I'M A CHEVY COLORADO GUY FROM EAST CENTRAL S.D. AND ON 21ST SEPT. 2023 I HAD THE GREATEST VEHICLE TRADE EXPERIENCE EVER AT MINNESOTA MOTOR CO. WITH THEIR 5 STAR STAFF. The mechanics are always pleasant! They even offered a a loaner vehicle as a courtesy so I didn t have to get a rental. They were quick and efficient. I will always use this dealership for anything my car needs!

I purchased my first ever new car (1991 Geo Metro) from Minnesota Motors, and I was very happy to purchase my new 2023 Chevy Bolt from the same dealership my family has been purchasing vehicles from for many decades, even though I now live over 1,600 miles away from Minnesota Motors in Fergus Falls, MN.

I had a great experience working with Minnesota Motors. Ben Brimhall, Wayne Jensen and Nancy Erwin were all great to work with. Patient, professional and low pressure. I highly recommend buying a vehicle through these guys.

Had step bars installed on 12/9/17, one of their installers come in on his day off to do the install. Because I couldn't get in during the week. That is something I will never forget. Their customer service went above and beyond.

This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle (and I am in my 50s....) I was a bit nervous. Anna was very patient with me. I started out looking at a less-expensive vehicle and changed my mind a couple of times. I ended up purchasing a Trailblazer RS and it was still on route and Anna was great keeping me in the loop on ETA. She and Nancy were great on helping me find the best way to finance - I was going to go through my local credit union, but GM had a lower interest rate and I went that route. I have had many people tell me after my purchase that MN Motors is a great company to work with and now I know why! Thanks!

These guys were amazing! On our way from WI to WY a semi truck tossed a rock into our window and ended up cracking it. These guys were amazing enough to fit us in, fix our windshield and back on the road in less then an hour! I cannot say how grateful we are with the speed and customer service we received here!

The salesman I normally deal with had retired so started with someone new. Blake was very polite and knowledgeable and took his time with me answering the questions I had. I ended up picking a vehicle that wasn't on site but in transit. He kept me informed as to the progress and location and called me when it arrived and was available. I had an excellent experience and would definitely return as a customer.

My vehicle was due to have the tires rotated, which I didn't know, and they let me know and asked if they could do that during my oil change. Everyone was polite and helpful.

I bought a used car there over a 14 months ago. It beens in for problems 4 or more times. The last 2 times being 3 months part, with me getting it back last week. It's Feb 6 now. It was overheating immediately after I got it back and it wasn't doing that before hand and now it is. I don't know what going on but it's not good and I'm losing money for there gain

We had a truck that needed body work. Jason and his team got us in quickly, and did a great job repairing it. Truck looks better now than it did when it was new. Bonus is they detailed the interior!!
