Very nice facility with friendly and very helpful people behind the counter! You enter your name on a laptop when you first walk in and they call you name when it's time to come up. They also have a credit card option to pay for things which can be handy when one forgets their checkbook. 5 stars

Newly renovated and looks amazing very fast for dmv. Only took maybe 10 minutes to get new tabs for 2 vehicles and a few questions about another vehicle. The staff was nice and welcoming and helped us right as we entered the dmv area of the building.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Only gripe is that patrons in line did not when to go up to the next available representive. Andrew was outstanding in his assistance!

Today was a "I got some questions needing answers" kind of visit. The FF DMV did not disappoint. I have ALWAYS experienced excellent and timely customer service here. In addition, I think I've maybe had to wait for 1 or 2 customers and just as many minutes.The FF DMV is located in the FF Ottertail County Government Center, along with Family Services, etc.TL/DR:* Awesome location* Awesome staff* Awesome lack of a wait time

The best DMV I've ever been to all the ladies are very helpful. And if there's something you're missing or need they will tell you and tell you what you need to bring next time so that you can finish your transaction. One of the ladies Leslie was very helpful when dealing with titling issues I give her five stars alone, she's very helpful friendly and had a very great attitude and a smile.

This DMV is convenient. It is very clean and organized for people. The TV display has a nice slideshow to describe everything that is needed for your licensing needs. Also there is a convenient laptop to set up an appointment if u happen to not have set one up prior to arriving. I will always choose this location.

This is not a typical DMV location where your wait is long and the service is poor. The Fergus Falls office has a professional, helpful, and positive vibe. I will continue to come here to have an experience that is enjoyable. Nice work Fergus Falls!

Seamless and pleasant experience. For being lunch break, the line was not bad at all. Very nice clerk who was receptive to my over talking and joking, which is always nice for an introvert. :)

Even though it was very busy, they had four (4) Windows open and moved people through at a steady pace. The clerk who helped me was very nice and helpful.

I have called repeatedly because I need a question answered regarding documents. Despite calling at different times & days, they do not pick up. If they were interested in providing customer service there would be an option for them to give me a call back.

All of the ladies that work at the DMV are wonderful to work with! They are friendly and efficient. It is always a busy place but they do their best to keep everything moving. Greatly appreciated!

Had an appt. to do a title transfer but I didn't have everything filled out,so the clerk told me what I had to do and how much to pay and an envelope to put it in and then just put it in their box. Great team there,very helpful.
