Good hotel, comfortable beds and rooms. Their homemade sausage gravy was nasty as were the sausage patties and eggs they re-served every day. The sausage patties were black and dry as a popcorn fart and the eggs watery. Otherwise it was a good start. The hotel is connected to a conference center so it's a little confusing. Just go in the round part and you'll find the check in desk. Everyone seemed nice when they were there. Sometimes you had to ring the up to the desk which is to be expected with a smaller staff.

I stayed here for a single night on a business trip. The hotel is attached to a convention center. It doesn t seem like a high traffic hotel, though there were many cars in the lot. It definitely is an older hotel. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful and got me checked in quickly. It s a bit of an odd setup, dark hallways and the hotel rooms line the indoor pool down two sides of it. It was nice enough, and I had a decent stay, but I would probably try to find something a little newer and more upscale next time.

This was a nice place to have stayed at. This was the first time I have been to Fergus Falls. So I have to say that the town was nice and the people were beautiful too. Well here is the conclusion: This is a nice place to stay and a beautiful place to stay at so if there is a room available please rent it or you will be sorry if you dontRooms: The room was very luxurious and clean

First of all, there were small worms or bugs in the bathroom. Secondly, the checkout process was outrageous. I was double charged for one night. The customer service lady was saying it was just the hold. But it wasn t because no else s receipts looked like mine. Yes they had them out in the open for everyone to see. The lay argued for about five minutes saying it was a hold that it would fall off. I said no it was a charge. I was very calm. She then told me to calm down. Oh goodness if she wanted to see upset I would have given her it but I was not. I just wanted my money back. Finally she called the supervisor. The supervisor confirmed that is I was charged twice. Waiting now on the refund. Rudest staff ever. Never staying there again!!!

Went here for work. The rooms were fine but could use a little more cleaning. Having the microwave inside a cupboard makes it easier to black out the room when it is dark outside but the curtains let a lot of light in compared to other hotels I've been in. The real bummer was the TV, it was like trying to watch TV from the 90s through a bad adapter that distorts everything on every channel.

Upon arrival May 26, the desk attendant was very accommodating. The hallways are quite dark and carpet is dirty. The rooms appeared clean. This morning as I awoke, there was a bug crawling on the bed beside me, on the top of the mattress. I quickly grabbed my shoe and killed it. I placed a clear cup over it. I took pictures to show the front desk. They weren t very alarmed. I was given $20.00 off my two night stay. Will not ever stay here again. It is very gross.Rooms: Gross

Running a vacuum cleaner at 8:45AM on Sunday? Seriously? Half the outlets didn t work, you have to call staff on a phone to get them to come out (Since our hotel keys did not work the first time). I tried getting some work done on my laptop yesterday and the internet was HORRID, I tried for an hour to get something to work and when it finally the internet went out again and was forced to refresh. I left my laptop out to charge overnight, come to find out none of the outlets worked, only by the bedside did they work and that was only some. Some of the siding came off in our room as well (see picture below).

The room was disgusting!!! Dirty gloves behind the TV! The Jacuzzi tub had dirt in the bottom of it and on the sides so we didn't even use it! The front lobby staff were very amazing and friendly! Should have gotten some kind of refund or complimentary stay for the way that room looked when we walked in! I do have to say the breakfast is amazing especially since it's hot breakfast not just cereal!

I love the Country Inn & Suites hotels by Radisson and this one did not disappoint. Having an indoor patio overlooking the pool was a huge positive! Despite some negative reviews here, I didn't notice any bad smell or uncleanliness, and the breakfast was as good as expected.

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was not clean though. That was nasty. But otherwise great stay. My daughter loved the pool as well!

Room was fine, not cleanest I ve seen. Quarter and paper garbage was on floor, one small garbage for whole room, soap dish in bathroom was gross underneath. Pillows are like half the size of a standard pillow, beds are ok. We had 2 rooms one pool side which was about the same except didn t have bitter cold air coming in when heat wasn t running. rooms overall were fine older kids had room across hall poolside and didn t worry about anyone getting in as we could barely open door it stuck so bad . Staff were friendly. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures and odd shaped. Hot tub was good temp. Overall was ok, nothing to get excited about but probably won t stay again for the price.

I upgraded from a two queen roon to a king suite for a couple of bucks. The room is nice. I haven't actually slept here yet, but it's quiet so far and everything is clean in my room. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and outgoing. She helped me determine where I was dinner and a craft beer, Outstates, but that's another review. Short story, she pointed me in the right direction.

Our room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Pool was awesome with the deep end being 9 feet. Hot breakfast had a variety to choose from, eggs, meat, oatmeal, sausage and biscuits and Belgian waffles. Housekeeping was great! Every day we came back after our adventures our room was perfect. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I rented 3 pool view/poolside rooms for my 6 year old grandson to have his Birthday party . I was sitting in a chair watching 3 of my grand kids while they were sitting in hot tub. Also at the same time there was a bigger group of hockey kids in hot tub. This angry janitor was trying to get the kids to look at the sign that said six people allowed at a time in hot tub. The kids were not paying attention to him. So the janitor walked over to my daughter and pointing at her and kids and walked away. It really upset me because most the kids were from a hockey team. We were not allowed pizza or birthday cake in the pool area. We we re sitting at the table and chairs cutting birthday cake and angry janitor come up and told us we were breaking the law. No food in pool. My daughter took the cake away. My grandson was crying because we didn t have cake. We continued to let him open presents and that cheered him up. There is really something wrong with the janitor and I mean mentally. Also the poolside rooms are not poolside. There is a patio with a brick wall. So you have to walk out the door and walk around the hall to get to pool.I usually do are poolside birthday at another hotel. But they didn t have poolside rooms available for the date we needed.I m so disappointed and angry.

The Minnesota-shaped pool and hottub was a nice touch, made the visit interesting. The breakfast was sub par and so was the way your employees enforced it. My children have never been made to feel badly for wanting seconds at a continental breakfast, and they were here. It struck me as laziness on part of the hotel staff not wanting to prepare more. Overall stay experience was okay, however, would not stay again.

My family stayed in a King suite. The room was nice and well decorated. My kids loved the big Minnesota shaped pool. This was a great hotel because the staff was wonderful (Dan and Riley, as well as a facilities guy that took the time to bring my kids pool toys and a beach ball). We stayed during the pandemic and felt safe. My only complaint was the tv seemed to have low image quality. Keep in mind that if you are traveling and hoping for a dark, quiet room to sleep in, ask for a room that does not face the pool courtyard. We didn't mind because we were with kids. Would absolutely stop here again.

Staff was warm and friendly and my accommodations was perfect. The rooms were clean and inviting, the air was on so it was nice welcome after being out in the heat all day. I didn't take advantage of the pool but it was very nice.. They have a bar which was very nice to have because you don't have to drive around getting back to your hotel.. The drinks were really good and price was very reasonable under 5.00. the hotel so in all was kept up and sleeping was pleasant as it was peaceful and quiet.. Enjoy your stay.

The check-in staff called my autistic son a "spaz", to my face, and proceeded to tell me how "worthless" kids are. As someone who is visually impaired, the up to 9' pool area and breakfast area are not well lit. Definitely not worth the price. Good chance I'll never stay here again, let alone encourage anyone else to.

The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond if you had any problems or questions. The first night we stayed there was bad. It was a room next to the pool and was so loud, it kept my kid awake. But for the next day, we asked, and they changed our room with no problem. They had a couple gluten free options for the breakfast too, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall- it was good.

Good staff. Beautiful facility. Everything in my room worked great. Great breakfast for a working person such a I. Hope management can hire a couple more people, your staff is overworked!

Rooms were quite large and clean. A bit hard to find and the event center/spa seems under utilized. On premise bar is nice but also seems mostly deserted. Their technology did not work with Expedia or Priceline so checkin took quite a while. No particular complaints, but nothing to especially recommend them either.

It is a very nice clean hotel. Very understaffed. All the information about the hotel, even the papers we were given on check in said there was a complimentary breakfast. It even said to go to the breakfast room. There was no breakfast no coffee not even cold or hot water. I asked the one staff person working about the complimentary breakfast and she had no idea what I was talking about. She told me that Caribou was the closest place for coffee. No TV channel guide or hotel information in the room. I was disappointed. Beautiful hotel very dissappointing services!

Hard beds, continental breakfast is now a brown bag no choices (I am vegan and I got Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, yogurt, milk, granola bar, apple juice) you take back to your room to heat in the microwave. Missing strip on bottom of door (inch gap) let light, noise from passersby and anyone's hands, in. But clean, friendly staff. Pool looked nice but I didn't have time to check it out.

Please don't lie about accommodations. I waited an hour and 15 minutes after check in to get a room. I can't use the door closest to my room. The complimentary breakfast is just a grab bag. No freezer section in the mini fridge. Need to reserve a pool and fitness time. Overall I'm severely disappointed for the amount of money I payed.
