Very nice smallish local dealership. Low stress, non-pushy sales staff. Regularly changing incentory. Very nice business. Pay them a visit if you're in the market for a new used vehicle.

I had been using another service department in town, but there prices and wanting to replace things that did not need replacing made me look elsewhere, and I am so happy that they did!!! Chris and the entire service team at College Way have been incredible to work with, add in the quality of their work and fair pricing and no other service center even comes close. The one thing that truly stands out though is their integrity. There have been numerous occasions where I needed (or thought I needed) certain repairs done and they have either talked me out of spending money I didn't have to or offered up a less expensive option. I would never consider going anywhere else and would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

My overall experience with CWA was outstanding! Never did I feel pushed or rushed. I dealt with Tyler on a particular truck I was interested in, he was super helpful in coming up with a trade in deal that worked for the both of us. Tyler was great to work with. Dacia was a huge help into getting the financing done quick and easy and stress free. And the mechanics did a great job on the quick tire swap! Huge thankyou to the CWA staff for helping me!!

I just purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town an Country from Tyler at CWA, it has already helped my family so much an it s the first day of having it, such a beautiful, clean, spacious vehicle, Tyler helped me through the whole process and literally had me in an out driving the car away in less than 5 minutes of walking in the door, he was the most honest, straightforward, and kind salesman I ve ever worked with, I know that is their job to be nice an kind to make the sales but with Tyler it was different you could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and their families! I definitely will be going back through Tyler to get my next vehicle!

Our experience with purchasing a used car through College Way Auto is well worth noting here. Our son, who just finished his first year of college, was in search of an affordable, trustworthy used car quickly as he got a job at a local construction company in Wahpeton for the summer. We came from 9 hours away for just the weekend to help him move and only had a few hours to hopefully find something, if possible, so he could have his own vehicle to get back and forth to work, and to make the 9 hour drive back home when needed. They allowed us to test drive a few vehicles that day, even though the rain was coming down. They were honest about their used vehicle policy and at no time did we feel the usual pressure of buying right then and there. They answered every question, printed us the Carfax when asked, and the owner was very helpful in coming out to the cars and helping us check them over for problem areas and giving advice on the best choice for what he needed. But, even more importantly we worked with Tyler in putting in an offer and trying to make a purchase a few days later. My son had some roadblocks to this purchase, but College Way Auto went truly above and beyond to make the final sale affordable for him, and went as far as helping him with a ride from campus in Wahpeton to the dealership so he could make the purchase and pick up the car. That was something we didn t expect, but it did make the purchase possible, so thank you to Tyler and CWA for their amazing customer service and for caring about a 19 year old kid far from home. Buying a used car is always a risk no matter where you purchase it, but the caring personalities at CWA set them apart from other car dealerships we have experienced.

Car broke down on a long road trip, and I was stranded in Fargo for a few days while the mechanics at college way auto worked on fixing my engine. Chris was super communicative and thorough, and took the time to explain to me what needed to be fixed every step of the way. They clearly put a lot of work into the repair and got me back on the road as soon as they could, and my car runs great again. I really appreciate their help and strongly recommend them!

Tyler was great to work with, nothing about the sale was pushy or over the top like you can expect at other dealers in town. Tyler worked with me, was super personable, was willing to help out any way he could and ultimately helped me get in good wheels that will last.The staff was extremely friendly and willing to answer any and all questions i asked them about! Overall great atmosphere and great experience. Thanks for getting me into a great ride, Tyler!

Was helped by Tyler, we were looking for a minivan as our family is growing, we were excited to find one with under 100k miles and under $19k. The entire process was super smooth and easy from start to finish. They had the vans ready for us next to the doors and told us to take em for a spin as soon as we got there. Everyone was very friendly to deal with and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

We are so grateful to have College Way service department for their honesty, efficiency, and always pulling through in fixing our old high mileage vehicles. I can't say enough good about them. We have an old 06 van with 160,000 miles that was not reliably starting. We took it to 3 mechanics and none of them were able to diagnose a d get running. We took it to College Way as suggested by a friend a d they were able to fix it and it has been running great for 3 years since the repairs were made. We have taken our old high mileage car in for repairs and each time the repairs were done well and I never had to wait longer than expected, which has been the case at other repair shops. They run a good business and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called and talked to Tyler at 8:00 a.m. about a car I saw on a FB ad. I told Tyler I was going to make the hour trip down to check it out. When I arrived Tyler had the car cleaned and waiting. I was able to take it for a test drive by myself for as long as necessary. When I returned I pushed every button, looked under the, in the motor and inspected everything I could. Tyler was patient and answered every question. I never felt pressured to purchase the car at any time. I would definitely recommend Tyler at College Way Auto if you are looking for a vehicle.

Knowledgeable and honest people in the service department, willing to work with you to find the best affordable solution for the problem. Would highly recommend these guys!!Bought a pickup here recently, had some issues with it shortly after and the sales department took care of it and resolved the issues. Very satisfied!

Hands down the best car buying experience me and family have had. Tyler was great to work with. Communication was top notch and so was the customer service we received. Not once did I feel pressured to make any decisions and any questions I had were answered. Appreciate this place so much! Highly recommend.

Chris and EVERYONE in College Way's service department are the greatest! I moved to Fergus Falls in 2017. I worked delivering parts back then, so I visited many of the service places in town. Their knowledge, friendliness, cleanliness all impressed me. They have been my place since then. They are helpful and complete work as quickly as possible to reduce my inconvenience of "the car's in the shop" . lol. I recommend them 100% for many reasons. Thank you for the peace of mind that I have a great car care place.

Never in my life would I ever recommend such a crooked lot. Purchased vehicle missing all inner fender covers, all fasteners, damaged bumper cover that were doctored up, failed temp sensor , Bluetooth cruis3 and more. Biggest crooks I have ever come acrossed with zero contact owning up to these issues that began immediately.

I had traded off a 2009 Lincoln Navigator for a 2013 Ford Expedition with fewer miles. The pricing for this trade was the best I got around town. Of course, the first few days out a check engine light came on. My first thought was, boy did they see me coming. But, College Way had a 30 day guarantee on the motor and drive train. So they told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. With the electronic testers for the engine lights they tell you were you should be able to find the problem but not exactly what it is. So they started replacing part after part and after days in the shop, they found the problem. Total cost to me, $0.00. I was truly amazed there weren't any surprises. The big test was, could it pull my travel trailer without any problems. Just got back from a 4000+ mile trip and it worked perfectly. I would very highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them without question.

The best, most reasonable, and honest service managers, and mechanics for miles. I have my daughters bring their cars to be serviced here. I can't say enough about Chis and the whole crew. Thank you for an honest car repair and sales place.

We came in from out of state and just popped in looking for a vehicle. We received a friendly welcome from Tyler when we arrived. He seemed very knowledgeable of the vehicles we were interested in and we test drove both with no pressure to make a decision. He recommended a local coffee shop when my wife asked and we explored a couple of more lots.After some discussion we made a decision to go with College Way Auto due to the great experience, friendliness, and ease of negotiating. We felt Tyler was straight forward and kind and we are completely satisfied with the service we received. I Would recommend CWA to anyone in search of a vehicle.

The people here really care about their customers and always give thoughtful advice regarding car problems, rather than trying to convince the customer to spend more money than necessary. I've lived out of the state for 2 years now, and still call them for advice about my car. They're always kind and willing to go out of the way to help if they are able. I trust them to always do what's best for the car and the customer. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I bought a 2007 dodge ram and I love it! They were helpful with service, excellent to work with and delivered on quality. We love this truck and will keep College Way Auto on the top of our list for future buys.

Absolutely would not recommend. No deals to work with here. One week after a purchase had to put almost $1500 additional in due to saftey issues they would not cover.

I thought i was going to like this dealer i inquired on a vehicle a number of time and would never hear back on doing a deal and my trade i kept being held off for almost 2 weeks i have messaged guy i had been talking to as he said he needed to talk to owner Monday and that day has come and gone no response and i also sent a message Monday asking i also called and inquired online again and nothing back not sure if mix up or they don't want to work a deal with me but not very impressed so far. If something changes i would update my review but for now very poor communication and sales help from them!

If you are planning on buying something from them, ask for photos of body damage.Sales told me, "it's a beauty". Hardly the case. Drove 2 hours to look at it. Was VERY disappointed about the condition of the body. This is not an exaggeration of the truth. I get a few minor scratches and dings. What I looked at, was more than a few. I said my piece, and then they asked if I wanted to test drive it. I said "No, why would I test drive something I have ZERO interest in buying". And left, for a 2 hour drive home.

I've been working with the College Way Service Department for 25 years. They are always... ALWAYS.... honest and direct. They show and tell me what needs to be done and if possible are willing to order refurbished parts. Pricing is by the book, but never inflated.

The salesmen at College Way Auto are friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their receptionist is very cheerful and made me feel right at home. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle!!
