I came across a motorists who lost her front wheel/tire (we found it about 40yds in front of her in the ditch). She had no idea who to call for help. I asked if it would be okay if I contacted Beyer Towing on her behalf. She had no problems with that. After reaching their after hours message, as the recording states, press 1 to get immediate help. Jesse answered the phone but was just starting a shift transition. He forwarded all the info to Bob. Before stopping to help her, this poor lady was on the side of the road for over an hour without any idea what to do. After hanging up with Jesse, Bob showed up less than 10 minutes after that and had her car ready to transport in an additional 5 minutes. I can t say enough about how well these guys worked and communicated to get this lady and her vehicle off the road and get her and her car to her chosen destination. Good job, guys! Thanks for being there 24/7 for those who need you while at their weakest.

Beyer Towing is honestly the best tow company in all of Otter Tail County every time I call them and am in need of their assistance they are courteous, kind and always arrive on time great company.

Had a blown tire on our camper on the interstate tonight just past Fergus. Called because we needed help getting the spare on, apparently we didn t have the right tools. Absolute pieces of garbage humans. Prey on people who just got into a accident. Almost lost my entire family after being slammed into by semi-trailer. I don't know if they're related to the local sheriff or Highway Patrol or law enforcement in the area. But they sure gouge the people when they get a call from the law enforcement. Can't wait to talk to my local politician about this Senator Congressman this needs to be under investigation they Prey Upon people in college them price gouging it's CriminalServices: Car towing, Fuel delivery

I've worked with Beyer's since 1990, and they have never let me down. Whether it was hauling a 4�4 out of a snow drift, changing a tire on the highway, or pulling a 40' bus into the shop, they have always cared for me and my family with quality and respect.They are definitely a 5 star company with 5 star services.

Did a great hauling out vehicle after an accident. Super helpful helping to get the vehicle accessory power on to view miles for the insurance. I would highly recommend for all your towing needs.

This could have turned out way different. But this company calls me up & straight demands money & telling me they're towing my vehicle.I let them know I have my own company coming out. All they said was "looks like you won't get your car back until you pay us"Super rude & very unprofessional!! Also when I arrived with the amount that i was told, I was charged even more on upon arrival of paying.If I could give less stars I would.Service: Car towing

Hardworking, honest, friendly. My college aged sons vehicle got stuck in a blizzard and needed to be towed and kept for a few days. It was packed full of snow and they helped get some out (so the radiator fan worked) and helped him get going down the road again. (Nobody likes to be towed, but Fair price for great service.)

I mean, other than having to go there because my vehicle was totaled. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly. The man who towed my vehicle, can't remember his name, was polite and cordial. The receptionist on site was concise and clear and no one gave me troubled. Would recommend if you need or tow or storage lot.

These two gentlemen helped us out last night and went above and beyond. They pulled our truck and trailer out of the ditch, then helped us get the ice shack back on the trailer AND helped us strap it down. All around really great guys. Needed a jump and it was stupid cold. He was at my location in less than 20 min, got my truck popped off and didn't seem too begrudging about it being after 1am. It was 65$ though so that part kinda sucked.

A bad mechanic didn t tighten a bolt on my timing belt when they replaced it and the bolt snapped in half damaging my engine. I didn t know exactly where I was but I gave some idea of where I was. Bob came and picked me up on the side of I94 within 15 minutes. I didn t know what happened at the time and I turned my car on for a second to roll up the window. I was telling Bob how I hoped it was a battery issue and he told me it sounded like engine failure. He would bet on the timing belt being the issue. Literally I had the car on for a second and he knew exactly what happened. Took me to a good mechanic and they got me in the next day to tell me for sure what was wrong. Super nice guy, very fast work, very reliable, and really good judgement.Service: Car towing

Very helpful on the phone,even though they were very busy. They took care of my vehicle and billing and I didn't need to be home to wait for them. Definitely use again!!!

No one ever wants to call a tow truck, but in this circumstance im so glad it was this one. Moving across the country w my baby and dog a flat tire was not part of a smooth trip. But he was there in minutes and we were at a tire place quickly an comfortably!

Excellent service! Friendly staff, They have towed vehicles for and and also done some body work. They put out quality body/painting work and if you call for a tow, they are prompt and efficient. Would recommend to a friend.

On our way home from Mayo Clinc we must have picked up a nail or something as the tire pressure went down very quickly. I have Verizon Roadside Assistance snd they contacted Beyer Towing. The gentleman who responded was wonderful. Fast and efficient with a nice smile and kind manner. Even without Roadside Assistance I would contact them for help whenever needed.

We had electrical issues on interstate 94. We were in the dark and cold. AAA couldn't get to us for 2 1/2 hours. Bob from Beyers wasn't on duty or on call but was back up and still dropped everything to help get us off freeway safe and warm. We sure appreciated his urgency since we were stranded with subzero temperatures. Can't thank Bob and Beyers enough for helping us.
