Staying here was a great experience! The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I forgot to pack some toiletries and the front desk had what I needed! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after driving all day. The breakfast bar had a great selection (waffles are essential in my book). The staff was friendly and the environment was inviting. I had to ask for a late check out and it wasn t a problem. (Plenty of places I ve stayed at said they would do it on their website only to tell me it wasn t possible.) I highly recommend checking them out for a nice relaxing stay when you re in town!

BEWARE of booking an event here! We hosted a well advertised fundraising event that was scheduled months in advance. The reason I booked here was because I was told if needed, that we could overflow into the lobby and would also have access to the unused eating space after breakfast! I tried to make any work the staff had to do like providing coffee and water easier by sharing the already set up drink station in the lobby, so that they didn t have to monitor two. We also offered them free donuts, drinks and other baked goodies!Upon arrival I was told I could not do either of those things and the space we had planned for use was significantly decreased. When I confronted the manager about not wanting to pay full price since I wasn t getting the full space I was told I would. Her response was there is a new manager, so there are new rules and she said I should have confirmed all this before the event to which I responded, I did when I called to get permission for the giant sign advertising this event on your lawn !!I was then told we could use the overflow room if I paid the full price. However, after I paid cash they locked the doors and refused us access to the extra room. We ended up with nowhere for our patrons to eat, and although the room was sitting unused all afternoon they would not even allow us to pay extra for the use of it. I have done several similar events all over town and I have never been so dissatisfied by a venue host. I truly got the impression that us paying to use this otherwise empty space was a huge inconvenience for them. I tried to stay professional, but they would not budge at all and our event suffered as a result, I will never host another birthday party or event here.

Do not stay here if you plan on making any changes. I made the reservations from Monday to Friday. We got let go from the project early on Wednesday. I tried to check out they could not check me out early because of their computers. They told me that the third-party had to cancel my reservation I wasn t trying to cancel the reservation. I was just trying to check out, now I got a bill from Monday to Friday when I checked out on Wednesday. They told me I couldn t check out.Rooms: Rooms are average.

Kind staff, clean room, nice amenities. Only complaint is that there's no shower liner in the room so water gets everywhere.Breakfast buffet was very nice. There's an indoor pool as well.Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Near restaurants. I had a really nice experience.

This hotel was very clean and updated. Located close to I94, I was worried it would have a truck stop feel, but it was perfect for our one night in town with my family. The pool area was very clean, with everything in nice condition. The water was warm and it had a nice zero entry pool for the kids to play in. The morning breakfast was good too. It was so nice to stay somewhere and have nothing to complain about!

Booked this hotel for a single night (Sept. 29) for two. This is a nice property and pretty clear that the owner here is really doing their best. Our king room and bath were very comfortable. I loved it that we could actually open the windows - they were not sealed shut like in so many places.Cleanliness wise I rarely see better than this; the AC unit filters were completely free of dust and dirt and it's commendable because as allergy sufferer it's a critical detail that most other hoteliers (at any price point) completely miss. I always check the air filters before turning on the unit. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the pool and pool area. Spotless and fresh smelling and tons of light through the large windows- it was a refreshing experience. Hotel pools on the road often seem like unwanted stepchildren, i.e. neglected. But this one is impeccably maintained and inviting.

This was my first time staying in this chain of hotels, and I was impressed. The rooms are very nice. The walls are thinner than most hotel walls, which is saying a lot, but it was pretty nice. The breakfast was delicious and allergy-friendly! Also, this location doesn't have an elevator as of the time I stayed here, so we had to carry a lot of heavy baggage up the stairs.

BEWARE if you are older, have a medical issue (recovering from surgery) or find stairs difficult - you need to tell them! Otherwise they will put you in a room on 2nd floor with no elevator and as far away from an entrance as possible as they did us. Also if you re staying 4 nights like we did (family funeral), be prepared to be locked out more than once as they don t keep your entry key active! Food is so so - boring and NO GREEN TEA so bring your own!

For a 3 star hotel, this is very nice. The environment is very clean and staff members are so nice and helpful. I am a traveling nurse, and I will be staying here for a while so it is nice that there is laundry on site. A complimentary breakfast is also offered. The pool and hot tub don't hurt either .

Enjoyed a night here over New Years. Kiddie pool was perfect for our one year old! Both pools were warm, perfect temperature! And the hot tub was also not too hot, perfect temperature to just sit in and enjoy! Room was great, staff great, typical hotel continental breakfast. Very happy & recommend. Will be back :)

We stayed 2 nights here and we loved it. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The cost was reasonable and the amenities were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel for much more than we paid. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast spread was extensive and quite good. There were biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles with strawberry glaze, cereal, 4 different juices, muffins , French toast, and fresh fruit. The pool area was large and very well maintained.Overall a great visit. We will be staying here whenever we are in the area.

Such a great hotel to stay in. The room we stayed in was spacious and interestingly laid out with a separate office area in the front part of the room. The staff were polite and very helpful. The house keeping service was quite efficient and respectful of our property. There are plenty of amenities to keep any guest entertained. The only thing I wish they had was an elevator to the second floor because elderly and/or those with disabilities have a hard time carrying luggage up a large staircase. Other than that, this hotel is a delightful place to stay and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. There is a hot tub I'd love to try when we pass back through. Cassandra at the front desk was very friendly and efficient when checking us in. The breakfast had some variety: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and then some standard cold items. It was a nice stay and the rooms were quiet. I would stay again.

Very loud room doors! The front desk people haven't a clue about placing a single quiet person, (me) and surrounding that person with large families with very noisy children, who yell and scream in the hallways at very unsocial hours! I realize the motel cannot control their extremely rude guests and their unruly children, but they did NOT have to put me in the middle of the fray. Think people! The breakfast was not great.

Was there for a Birthday Pool Party. The family had a poolside little room type area they used. Was clean, very convienent,. The kids could just go from the room to the pool without ever having to leave the swim area. Highly recommend for bday pool parties.
