I ve enjoyed working with Mohammad. I ve bought three vehicles here from my car rental company. He s always been transparent, very negotiable, He will do everything in his best to make everything work. He s not worried about telling you a car. He s worried about you enjoying your car so you can always come back and I love that part about him.

If you're looking for a good place to buy a used car, you've found it! I absolutely 100% recommend this place!!! I have always been skeptical of used car lots but Ahmed was great! I got a 2012 Audi Q5. The alignment was slightly off and the tire pressure light was on. He checked the tires for me, one was a little low, and when that didn't turn the light off, he did not hesitate to say he would get that fixed for me along with the alignment. My experience here was he really wanted to make sure I had a safe and reliable car for me and my daughter. And he wanted to make sure I was really happy with my big purchase. I will definitely be recommending Ahmed to anyone looking for a car and will buy my next car from him!!

Worked with Ahmed to purchase a vehicle for my 18 year old after months of research and planning. Cleanest used car dealership that we visited. Responsive on the phone and forthright with the information on whether title was clean, salvage or rebuilt and whether from single prior owner all questions that others had been evasive in answering. Decided to commit to dealership visit. He stayed within budget so we could do cash/personal check deal and did not pressure us while evaluating a couple of options. Cars all very clean. He spent time teaching my daughter how to purchase a vehicle and items to consider. Will shop here again!

Ahmed and his brother were super helpful, nice, funny, and intelligent throughout the whole process of buying a Tacoma I wanted. They were super upfront and honest & I appreciate that a lot from people in general, especially at car dealerships.Ahmed worked w me to help me get a better deal in the end. He puts the customer/shopper first which I also appreciate. I would recommend anyone to come here if you are looking for a car, truck, van, etc. thank you again Ahmed.

Found our next vehicle on AutoTrader. Ahmed was a fantastic and wonderful salesman, who was attentive to our needs, and answered all our questions. We will definitely check out his inventory for our next purchase! Thanks for an excellent buying experience! They even topped off our gas tank for our 3.5 hr drive home! We love those little extras!

Next time I'm on the market for a new used vehicle I will peep Mohamed's inventory before anywhere else. I got a 2010 CR-V from him and I've been driving it now for 4 months. Love it. He is completely reasonable, knows his inventory, and genuinely takes pride in his business. Thank you!

I drove 2 hours to look at a Tesla at this Farmington location. I messaged with Ahmed before going. He left me to check things out and was interested in my concerns and questions. I took the car out twice and was still on the fence. I continued messaging and by the end of the weekend I made my decision to buy. The shop is neat, they have treats and drinks, and it feels low pressure. Since the purchased Ahmed checks in on me once in a while (not to sell things.....just making sure all is well and letting me know when the plates will come). Give them a shot! Take your time! Ask questions!

Ahmed and his brother Mohammed earned my trust and respect. I went in expecting all the mind games and dreaded tactics and definitely was leary about it. I got none of that. They did offer post sales products, which was done respectfully, without undue pressure. It was totally acceptable and understandable.There was no hassle anywhere. I test drove whatever I wanted. All questions were answered. The buying process was as quick as I wanted after the required stuff.The customer service pre, during and after sales was and still is top notch. Ahmed is simply the most honest and helpful car dealer I've ever met. You can see they only accept quality vehicles. I'm very happy with my purchase and feel the price was fair.I live over an hour away and can easily and highly recommend the drive. This is the place to buy. This is how you run a business. This is how you take care of your customers.

Customer service here is awesome. Mohammad had such a nice attitude from the moment we stepped in the door. I bought a 2017 VW Jetta and as I was driving it off the lot Mohammah realized it was very low on fuel and decided to follow me to the nearest gas station to fill it up for me. While he was the only worker on Saturday and had to leave the business unattended while more customers were coming. I was greatly appreciated by this kindness and would recommend buying a car from United Auto Group.

We just purchased our 2018 Armada from Mohammed @ United Auto Group. The customer service that was provided is top notch and we couldn't be more pleased.Mohammed was professional, answered every question we asked, provided us with detailed report of the vehicles history and helped with every step of the purchase, including financing. Brought my Nissan in for an oil leak they repaired it and were friendly and efficient. They also discovered his secondary problem and fixed that as well pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely see them again if my car has any problems. THANK YOU!

When I first entered the car lot, I was pleasantly surprised. Car sales people rank right up there with going to the dentist. Most people put off a visit until absolutely necessary. Let me share, this isn't your typical used car lot where sales people hound you like a dog. Instead, Ahmed and Mohamed were friendly, honest and more than patient. They worked diligently to get my family member into a beautiful Toyota Tacoma he could afford as his first vehicle purchase. I would definitely buy from Ahmed or Mohamed again.

Just recently bought a 2014 x3 from this dealership and I gotta say great people there. helped me out with getting the vehicle very nice and professional. Highly recommend buying a car from them well taken care of the cars even washed it before selling it to me gave me every detail I asked for and they work fast. Forsure going to them next time I want another car!!! Hands down the best place I ve bought a car and even to check out and see their inventory. Amazing cars in there lot for a great price y all need to check them out!!!

Mohammed was wonderful and very easy to work with. Came from rochester to test drive a vehicle kind of expected something to go wrong, and wwe got there and have to say he has a VERY NICE selection for great vehicles low miles and great prices that you can choose your own warranty with. The car wanted was even better than the pictures we seen. We are so happy for taking the trip to Farmington much worth it. And we will be back if we decide to buy a truck. Give this auto dealership 10 stars if I had the option. Great customer service and nice and well spoken man. Merry Christmas to me <3

I just bought a car today with Ahmed Dawood and everything went smoother and easier than I would have imagined. He wasn t pushy or trying to rush me and had an answer for every question I had. He helped me get the best rates I could as well as accommodating to me and my needs. 10/10 would buy another car from him and highly recommend.

United auto group LLC was extremely responsive when I called with questions. We set up an appointment and they gave me a fair trade on my vehicle and a fair trade on the purchase price of my FJ cruiser. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and from what I could see the majority of the cars in the lot were of a high caliber. Great to work with, just plain good people! Thank you.

One of the most amazing dealerships ive been to, service was far beyond anywhere else Mohammad did an excellent job and was extremely patient, provided the best service and was completely honest about everything. I had drove 11 hours from cincinnati ohio and he treated me like family and sold me a great reliable car. I highly recommend this dealership because of the excellent service and his hospitality towards customers. He takes the time to make sure your satisfied and has the passion for the job.
