Got a muffler and resonator delete done for a very reasonable price. The guys even took the time to polish the exhaust tips they re-used for me.definitely recommend 5/5

They took a car that had major suspension issues and made it ride like a new carA major franchise quoted me a price that was crazy in my opinion and Jeremy matched the price but his price included new tires and new front brakes which the major franchise did not

After discovering my car wouldn't start I was able to contact J & L auto. I was able to drop my car off and though their schedule was a bit tight. They were able to get my car in, inspected, worked on and completed very quickly. Prices were great compared to what I was expecting. I very much enjoy their business and recommend J & L all the time. 10/10 business!Services: Brakes, Battery

So impressed with customer service and honesty. Have had brakes and rotors done and oil changes on 2 different vehicles, didn't try to upsell me, price was very reasonable and direct straightforward approach was appreciated! Thoroughly impressed with customer service and repair. I will continue to bring my autos to Jeremy and Lainie. My husband is going to start bringing his truck after he as seen my reaction to this business. As a woman bringing my vehicle in for repair, all my questions were answered and not once did I fee that I was being mistreated or condescended to in any discussions. Just the opposite - Jeremy didn't feel that a repair was necessary during one of my visits; so he didn't take the shops time or my money. Honesty is something I highly prize and greatly appreciate.This is tough because I found a gem and I want to keep it to myself; on the other hand, J&L Auto Repair should be considered one of the best shops around. Considering all the services J&L Auto provides - I won't have to think about going anywhere else. Neither should you.

We have been relying on J&L Auto for many years now. We can always count on their solid advice and excellent repair service. Jeremy is great at figuring out the most affordable way to keep our cars safe and running, but never trying to convince us to buy more than we need.

I contacted them over the phone brought my car in for an estimate on getting customer supplied parts installed (which was no issue at all) dropped it off in there key drop early in the morning since I work the same hours they are open. Paid over the phone and picked it up after they closed. It was $480 to get an xpipe 2 new mufflers and tips installed on my CTS-V which is a very good price. I personally am a technician however I'm not all that great at welding but after looking it over I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. Highly recommend going here. Great spot for coustom exhaust work!Service: Exhaust

I have had various repairs on a few different cars done by Jeremy at J & L Auto Repair. From an alignment, to timing belt, to shocks, to tires, battery, ball joints. and a few other things, I've always been very satisfied with the work. Recommended.5 years later and still doing business with J&L. They continue to be a good shop that I can trust.

In a "last minute" decision we decided to attempt get our van road ready for 4th of July weekend...not expecting it to work out. This van needed some serious love..Flywheel, tyranny seals etc.. I called Jeremy and he took it in Wednesday morning...and had it road ready 27 hours later.. Now 600 miles after the service it is running like new. Kudos and appreciation from us to the team at J & L!

Team did a wonderful job working on my son's "vintage" Pontiac Fiero. Went above and beyond with everything they did. Highly recommended if you are looking for honesty, trust, and great workmanship.

Great shop to work with. I brought a car in with aftermarket suspension for a custom 4 wheel alignment. They did a great job getting the exact numbers I asked them to without any push back. I will definitely bring vehicles here in the future.

We were passing through Farmington when we got a nail in the tire of our trailer. We called Jeremy and he was soUnbelievably helpful. His prices were reasonable and his customer service was fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have taken multiple (GMC Yukon /VW Passat/Ford F-150) vehicles to J&L for over 5 years!NEVER EVER have I been disappointed. Straight forward and HONEST!!Does not ever do unnecessary work.I would recommend to anyone anywhere within the Twin Cities. You will not find a better shop full of quality mechanics. Did an awsome job for decent price comparable to others! Had my exhaust customized axle back from single to a duel and took 4 hrs but is clean and looks great, they may be a little busy as like any other place would be. But well worth the wait. Awsome customer service!
