These guys are a life saver. I was able to order online and pick up in store in under 30 minutes on dozens of occasions (in the middle of a project). The distribution center is only 5 miles from here too so they are able to get almost anything I needed in their house brand and name brand same day. The SpeedPerks program is a good deal too. Prices are very close to Rock Auto and Parts Geek (or better) after shipping costs and available in 30 minutes. Returns are easy and loaner tools have been in great shape. I used to buy parts from Rock Auto and specialty tools from Harbor Freight but free loaner tools and good discounts on parts with SpeedPerks (often 15-25% off list) are tough to compete with.

Won't stand behind warranties or willingly return core charges. Used to like doing business here but they are losing a lot of business from the professional community. O'reilly's is a farther drive but the service end makes it totally worth it.

Just another store that uses a delivery service, and even though their tip would be tax deductible, they refuse to tip.

Good local auto parts store. Knowledgeable staff. Good all-around traditional auto parts store.They have a major Warehouse close by so almost anything is available relatively quick

Told Mark what I needed, said it 3x's to make sure I got the correct size. The exhaust part he gave me only had the make and model on it, so no the dimensions so that I could verify. He told me it would work. Got home and it was too small. Came here because it was closest and will make sure to make the extra drive to O'Reillys or Napa. 50 mins and about a gallon of gas wasted because Mark doesn't know the difference between 2 3/8th and 2 1/4th.Went to O'Reilys and got the correct parts for half the cost as well. Everything is way overpriced there

i wou ld give 0. ordered online.. when i went to pick up.. they sold it to someone else.. not sure why.. never ever go there.. there r other good stores in market...

Horrible customer service. Would not even help me with my wiper when I explained I was having issues. I will drive to Lakeville auto parts store where they will walk out and help.

I needed fix-a-flat and they had a few different kinds. The employee also got the door for me on my way out!

The poorest customer service I've ever had in a long time at an auto store. Will be shopping at Napa or O'Reilly's from now on.

Would not let me use a code reader. I needed it to find out which part to get. I went to Napa and used their code reader and bought the part.
