Tried doing my first ever online order for curbside pickup today. My husband waited for well over 30 minutes with no sign of an associate and no answers when calling the store. Both he and I tried multiple times.He finally had to stop an associate that was bringing stuff out to another car. It was only one small bag of Easter candy and should have been a quick stop after work. This is why we stopped going to this Walmart at all. Total trash store.

This is the largest store in southern MN, they do have a good selection but showing your receipt to leave after using the self checkout is ridiculous. The staff stand around a LOT, there is one employee that every time I see her she is on her phone walking a cart around her area. The bathroom here is disgusting. Never clean past noon, always out of paper products. Telling staff does not help. About half of employees are very helpful,the other half don't want to be there.

Staff are very rude and treat customers like they re stealing. Management stands around well staff don t know if they re doing. Items are continuously out of stock.Amazing pharmacy quality staff in that area but that is separate from the actual Walmart

I went to this Walmart to pick up fruit for my mom in assisted living. Unfortunately, they were out of the apples she wanted. The good news is that I did pick up some sweatshirts on clearance that are still full price at my store.

We went and bought something from the sales rack. It had a tag on it and everything but when it went to ring up nothing was there. It was a summer item for a child in the clothing section. Well they couldn't find a price so they wouldn't sell it to us we had other items that were similar but they just wouldn't sell it. Seems like somebody could have made a management decision.

Faribault's Walmart is great! Shelves are always stocked. The store is clean and organized. There is always friendly staff around.

Better than the stores in the cities in some regards.Why the change with the minimums with Walmart + now? I pay for an annual membership and you change minimums during my paid membership. Will NOT be renewing. This would be 1 star if only regarding the + membership but being it's for this location it's a 3.

Don't have help when it's needed, the staff complain when you ask for change, as if they never have change to give, they have their greeters now harassing people as they exit from check out to see your reciept; put the cashiers back behind the registers and then you wouldn't have to worry if you think people are stealing!! This is honestly the worst wal mart location I've ever had to deal with.

The Fairbolt MN Walmart is very nice it's clean and the Staff is very helpful..

Walmart pickup order is the worse. Always getting substitute items that I don't want. Waiting almost 20 minutes to get my order.

Walmart is Walmart honestly where ever you go right ? But coming from Washington I m having the hardest time adjusting to the Ammount of Somalis that work at Wally in Minnesota. Can we at least be sure they can fully understand our language and speak it in return before paying them to just stand in isles doing literally nothing but taking up space. Hmmm actually I suppose that s the whole point of them being here isn t it ! Just annoying to be completely honest

Shopping is easy but I don t get standing in line with all the automated checking lanes they have.OPEN them up & let customers use them. Little kids get cranky just waiting...heck, I get irritated just standing in line for absolutely no reason.

Monday August 6 th. I came in... Spent well over 100.00. Went through a cashier... Not a self checkout either. Go to the door and was stopped by the gentleman there...I understand there are thieves in the world. But after I paid my cash to get my supplies...I DO NOT NEED SOMEONE GOING INTO MY BAGS AND TAKING STUFF OUT. I PAID FOR ALL OF IT... IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHAT I HAVE IN MY BAGS. AND THAN TO TAKE MY RECEIPT AND SCAN IT WITH MY ITEMS. NOT EVERYONE IS A THIEF.

Hate having a cart full and having to use the little self checkout. Why can't the self checkout with the conveyers be open also? Makes no sense

Ordered a cocktail mix set for pick up. After 3 hours I got a notification saying my order was fulfilled but there was a substitution. Whatever goober was working fulfillment thought that a wine opening set was equivalent. I work fulfillment too and I can sympathize with a store being out of an item. But to try to replace it with a totally different item is absurd. When i attempted to contact the store absolutely no one would answer the phone. I tried every department and no one would answer. This is absolutely no way to run a store. I hope Walmart higher ups close this store and put them all out of jobs.

The most unreliable walmart I have EVER been to!!! Was standing at the baby formula for probably 20 mins because they need to be opened by staff!! until I just left and went to Walgreens! Absolutely ridiculous!! Called customer service I don t know how many times and no answer!!

The staff here were very friendly and proactively helpful. The store is older, but is in good condition and has been reasonably updated, although the parking lot could be better. This is a fine store.

I drove 35 miles for same day photo service. Well guess what. .. it didn't happen. The person there didn't know how to do the work. I had to go home and make another 70 miles the next day, with NO compensation for my time, gas or trouble.

One stop shipping experience and the prices won't bankrupt you. The shelves were pretty stocked and it was entertaining to look around in different sections of the store. The store seemed cleaner than usual which is also a nice nugget of a surprise. Lots of self checkouts and only 1 or 2 cashier isles open. Employees were as friendly as they are going to be for people who have to work Saturday nights.

I just LOVE Walmart* in Faribault! YOU can just save so much money on EVERYTHING!! They are open so much later than most stores. They now have even paved their parking lot to profection!!!

Great store! Friendly staff. And almost fully handicap functional. They had a broken scooter and actually fixed it within a week or 2! It was shockingly awesome! However, the handicap stall in the bathroom leave hardly any room to do your business, practically have to sit sideways, and then you can't reach the tp. I mean come, the world isn't 5'5 and 100lbs. So aside from that and needing a few more scooters, the store is very clean.Also, I never see a real cashier....
