I would give it 5 stars but after a really long day, walking down a full flight of stairs and through 2 hallways after walking across the entire parking lot was not really what i consider convenient for any trucker just to be able to get laundry done. Now yes, it is only $1 to wash and $1 to dry but I did have to put the dryer on twice so it took $5 and 2 hours to do one load of laundry since I had to split it up into 2 dryers just to make sure they dried all the way through. The prices seem around the same as any truck stop, cheaper in some cases. The cigarettes seem priced higher than most in the state though. The place seemed clean but unfinished in areas and the TV rooms, laundry room, and showers are all downstairs and ONLY for CDL holders, they even have signs everywhere stating this and that you have to provide proof that you are a CDL holder to be downstairs or you may be asked to leave. When I was asked (my husband is a trucker but I am not, I just travel with him), I told them my husband is a CDL holder and they allowed me to do our laundry. I didn't visit the restaurant or buy fuel, I just did laundry and purchased a couple of things from the store but I was still satisfied with my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful finding my way around. All in all, I would return here again and again.

Truck stop has a pleasant, inviting diner called The Family Diner inside. Little rough around the edges but very clean and neat. Donna was my server and she was great, attentive, helpful and kind. Breakfast is available all day. I chose a burger after she assured me the patties are made in house, not prepattied and frozen. My order was filled rather quickly which is nice when you are on the move.My burger was perfect, flavorful and juicy, on a buttered and toasted bun. Great food, great service, surprisingly large and diverse menu, and low buck to boot.I'm glad I didn't go to hardee's, Which is right down the street. Don't get fast food, get real food fast, and eat here instead.

Always had great service here whether in the convenience store or the restaurant. Also the restaurant is great never had a bad meal. One thing though the parking fills up pretty fast in the evening.

Nice little place. Trucks NOT running!! Good sleeping spot. Friendly staff. Good selection of local meat sticks! Lots of snack stuff and clean restrooms.

A wonderful selection of cheesey but MUST-HAVE knick-knacks. You go to a gas station for gas but you go to the C-store for the unique offerings. Loved it. Bathroom was kinda messy but lovely staff.

I was here once before, and I wrote a good review, some things just don't change. Big parking lot, lots of parking! Showers are clean, and I love the old school showers, they give you a key and send you about your way. Only problem is, now you have to pay for your shower even if you buy fuel. Man, that just ain't right. I think that they're making up for a lack of business upstairs in their store. There's so much room up there that could be used for other things, and it's just wasted. Other than that, this is a really good truck stop to park at. Especially if you're going to aldi! It's only 5 minutes away.

Take the signs down if there is no restaurant.so aggravating and a waste of people time to stop only to find ot closed.7/19 ......looks like is permanent.locals and cars have the parking lot full.im here at 5:30 and 0 truck parking.a wasted stop!!!

The food was amazing here. I had the Beef Manhattan but it is called something else on the menu. Decent prices considering it is a sit down to eat kinda place. Didn't give it five stars but the place could be a little cleaner. The inside and the outside. Parking lot has potholes but there is no pay to park either so thats a plus.

This was our first time here and we re glad we chose to stop here. Okay, so the parking lot for big rigs needs a little help, but we ve been in far worse lots. It s easy access right off I35 and it s Family Diner Restaurant has really good food and down home service. I ordered the sweet cream pancakes and they were the BIGGEST and BEST I ve ever had. I ended up taking half of them with me for breakfast tomorrow!

Wife and I were hungry from long day at yard loading up and decided that we would stop in on way out of the yard to eat so this place was the first place that had a cafe. We had open hot beef dinner and I'm going to tell you this will be the place to stop in on the way to the yard also on our way from the yard . Great place to eat its probably the best place we have ate at. Service was fast and friendly staff along with customers and it's hard to find a place like this they are a a true service for the drivers . If you are in the area stop in and just walk in I guarantee you will love this place it's worth every mile you drive to get here. Thank you for being such kind people and thank you for giving us a place to feel at home .

Would not give even 1 star but you have to to place a review.Old Speedway really shows it's age. Checked the Restaurant for hours 10 minutes before pulling in to check hours said open 24 hours.Don't waste your time Restaurant is permanently closed to lazy to change website or using it to draw customers.Also 24 hour truck stop closes at 11 PMNo showers aftet 8:30.

This once was a decent truck stop but Truckers Inn is long gone and Speedway is a joke. Restaurant closed and grab & go food marginal at best,that is,if they even bother to put anything out.Today's cashier not even paying attention he has customers and rude. If not convenient to industrial park it wouldn't be worth the effort to stop.

I almost made a REALLY, REALLY big mistake and nuked a frozen pot pie in my truck as I get tired of paying for meals the don t bring any satisfaction. That would ve been a huge mistake, instead I decided to go into the truck stop and eat in the cafe.I turn 52 years old this year and have never eaten chicken and waffles, even though I ve been traveling this country for 29 years and have seen it on many menus mainly in the southeast. I chose it tonight based on my waitresses recommendation that their chicken was really good, she was so right. The whole meal was very good, but the chicken reminded me of my mom s chicken dinners. Chicken was cooked just right and not over done, the breading was light but very crunch and well seasoned. Finally, a meal I did not mind paying for, a very well prepared home style meal that was a pleasure to eat.Clean restaurant, very attentive waitress and great food, I ll be back.

Very clean! This is a miracle because all the snowy disaster in the immediate area. Great staff, awesome Momma coffee and chicken! Really, I don't think they could find a better guy to work the late shift on Fridays. Super cool place!

Dawn is the best cook ever she pays attention to detail when the customer has special requests. She also does not like her food to sit in the window she has brought our food to us. She left for a while and we quit coming. We eat here frequently now that she is back. Best cook ever. Worth much more than she is paid I am sure.

The truck stop is amazing but the burger king inside is a joke. Staff is rude, manager had no control of anything. I had to sit there waiting while they belittled him. I didn't even eat the meal and no one apparently knew how to refund the order. I know fast food is never the greatest but this one was far from sanitary with the cross handling of raw patties and then making burgers with the same gloves. Not to mention the burger looked like it was in a wreck. Fries where at least a couple hours old. Burger was dry and not fresh after being told they where just made. Just sad, but it's burger king, what do you expect anymore.

It's got great space on the inside. They are doing a bit of construction right now. they have parking available and an in attached to it in the back. A hardies isn't that far away. The restrooms are in good shape and mostly clean. You can get souvenirs here and they have things for your truck. Nice staff as well. They have a restraunt inside but it was closed when I was here.

I only stop in to grab a warm cinnamon roll. I never have time to sit down and eat a full meal. but based on the conversations and the interest and the busyness every time I visit I would think the restaurant area does very well.I do find that the pumps on the diesel side that I have to use for my truck always consistently have good flow.and they have longer windshield sticks for shorter people like me, to scrape off the bugs a whole lot easier than some truck stops that don't have long enough sticks and it becomes a hassle to do.I've always found the staff helpful and knowledgeable and I do prefer and appreciate when they asked me do I want to use my points or pay for my items with cash.I highly recommend anybody who pumps diesel in large amounts weather that is a box truck or a semi truck to get the truck stops card for discounts because what you spend in cash adds up in points.and sometimes it's just nice to get a free item and know you didn't have to break out your wallet to do so, just present that truck stops specific card and use the points on it.

Very nice stop even if it doesn't look it outside. Awesome downstairs truckers lounge, showers, laundry, free WiFi. Not to bad of a place to be holed up for a bit. Super nice waitress at the diner. Diner hours Sunday & Saturday 6a-2p Monday - Friday 6a-10p

Good parking. Arrived at 7:45pm and lots of space left. Showers are good and open if anyone was wondering. Truck stop has seen better days

Not a bad truck stop. Good prices on drinks and food. Shower price was lowest I have paid. I towels where stiff and old with frayed ends. No painted lines for parking ment big gaps between the trucks. Easy to park.

I don't know if the cafe is any good but it looked nice. The store was clean the restrooms were stocked and clean and they have a wide selection of useful items foretravel although they seem quite overpriced in general. I realize you pay for convenience but they look like overpriced knock-off brands. Four stars for relatively friendly staff I'm good coffee.

Don't know if food was good they close at 2pm sat and sun so I guess truckers don't eat after that. Who ever heard of a truck stop restaurant with hours like that. What food they had was typical gas station fare but the roller items were all over the place mixed up didn't know what was what. At least the coffee was good

Great place to get breakfast and a nice cup of coffee in Faribault. The Family Restaurant is affordable, delicious, and has very friendly staff. I recommend to all in the area (or out of the area) looking for a decent bite to eat.

Restaurant closed. Parking lot full of holes. Convenience Store is extremely run down. About the only thing it's good for is the bathrooms and even then those are sketchy at best.

The food is great the ladies are wonderful! I have been going to that place since thay closed down the big steer, and the waitresses came from there so they are like family because they treat you like family. We love them!!!

The gas station is open, but The restaurant is closed and shouldn't say open 24 hours! It should list the hours they are open. Came here for my 10 hour break on a Sunday around 4pm, and they were closed!! They opened up at 6am Monday. Not very trucker friendly!! Parking lot is a bigger lot to park trucks, no lines for parking spaces, so there big gaps between trucks.
