I've bought multiple cars from Bliss, Steve in particular, always a great experience. From test driving multiple cars to loan processing, easy purchases and very trust worth. I had an issue with my car not long after purchase and they fixed it no questions asked.

A wonderful small town Ford dealer that still knows how to treat customers well. I recently ordered a new Ford Truck through RC Bliss, and while Ford Corporate is not good at communication, Bliss took the time to keep me updated on the lengthy lead times, production delays, shipping delays, and more. I received regular phone calls from them over the months my vehicle took to be produced.The purchase process was exactly as expected from the start, and there were no "gotcha" surprises when doing the final paperwork. No pushy sales people, just honest and up front pricing.You can't really ask for for more. Sometimes purchasing from the locally owned business is still a good way to go!

Purchased a vehicle not quite a year ago and have had nothing but problems. Had the technician done his actual job they would have noticed the stop guard used and has cost me more then the $10,000 I already paid for the vehicle. Very poor workmanship and shady salesman!

I have to say Bliss ford has some of the most helpful employees! Chris the parts manager honestly knows Hos stuff and is always extremely helpful. Taylor fette in the front is probably one of the kindest most helpful people. I would highly recommend bloss ford!

Terrible customer service!! No communication between staff. Drove 45 miles for an appointment only to be told they can t help me by a young inexperienced salesman. Car had less than empty for gas that we test drove and the car FOB didn t even work. Don t waste your time!!!

Very nice staff and ok selection for today's market. The building is a little old and outdated. I would still recommend checking them out when looking for anew or great used car.

Absolutely the best place for a vechile. They don t sugarcoat or lie to you to get you in a vechile they are upfront with it all. And make sure you re happy. The whole team is amazing from start to finish.

Like everyone your schedule changes in a drop of a hat. Jeff at Bliss flexed his schedule and he was able to pick my vehicle up from my office to work on it. He did everything in his power to make this an easy service repair for me. I am happy with the facility the service and personnel... including the smiley face at the front desk.
