Service was awesome , next day service and had the tools that we needed to finish are repairs to a 2011 BMW 328I xdrive . And I would like to thank them for they're courteous and friendly help great job men ( Luke ) .

Popped in for a new battery, went out to the car and it wouldn't start. The guys were incredibly helpful, have me a jump to get me going and offered to change my battery (difficult spot under passenger seat) if I felt it was necessary. Great shop!

this auto parts store have the most unknowledgeable staff, from the management to the newest person....the training that o'Reilly's has is phenomenal but if the employee's don't do the training or are made to do the work of the training, the business falls.....you must care about helping others...or get out of the job.I was told that the employee's would wait for me instead of closing after they sold me the wrong alternator, upon arrival store was closed....I saw them getting into their cars and drove up to let them know...the one I talked with said "it wasn't me" and said there is nothing I can do about it.....Their customers service is so out of touch.

Very nice employees. Very helpful when asking about car accessories and what is compatible with my car. Nice new building. Easy to find items. This was my first time at their new location, they only moved down the street,also has better access then the last building. Thanks to the employees

Went there for the first time to check why some lights were turned on on my dash. The gentlemen helping me was very nice and helpful. We didn t find a code so he explained to me what else could be the issue. I ended up buying a replacement headlight cover so that was nice cause mine was yellow. Good customer service!

Thank you for your great customer service. What a wonderful experience, they had the test equipment, the alternator, the tools for me to install, and even allowed me to wash up before I left. As a stranded motorist I felt so fortunate to have found this store. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome.

There is a staff member Luke. He is knowledgeable. You are treated as if you are the only customer in the store. He goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!!!

Honestly, a pretty standard Oreilly shopping experience. Thankfully they had the little stuff I needed available. Unfortunately, when I went back in to ask for some additional washers for the bolts I'd bought earlier (being the only customer in the store at the time) the guy leaning on the counter acted like he couldn't possibly care less. He pointed toward the aisle and said they might be over there. Wow. Thanks. Don't hurt yourself.

Tristin was very nice and helped me find the right wiper blades for my car. He even installed them for me. Very good customer service. I will be returning to this location moving forward.

We were in from out of town and had a check engine light come on. We stopped by this store, and Randy and Tony did an amazing job helping us understand the problem, buy the part we need and even let us borrow the tools to fix it in the parking lot to get back on the road. The level of customer service delivered was phenomenal. This is the ONLY parts store we will ever buy from again. Thank you Team O'Reilly!

Great store. This used to be the auto parts store I would go to after checking out Autozone or Napa, but not anymore. After 4 or 5 times doing this, and finding the parts I needed in stock at this store, I will now be starting here.The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful which is not always the case elsewhere.

Great place! I walked in, no one asked if I needed help! I grabbed what I needed then walked to the counter. Employee was waiting, scanned my idem, then said the amount I needed to pay that was it! It was my ideal shopping experience!

Stopped in to recycle a gallon of oil and locked my keys in my truck! Jon and his co worker rummaged through the store, found a piece of aluminum / steel for me to nab the door handle with through the cracked window. Their generosity saved me a locksmith bill (and or a busted out window).

Only auto parts store I go to in Faribault. Friendly employees and manager, decent selection, and parts delivery service are just some of the reasons I shop here. I must say from personal experience the staff will go the extra mile to meet their customers needs. When the Faribault location did not have a part for my car that I needed ASAP, the manager Jon stayed passed his shift to retrieve the part from the Northfield location and get it to me. If you are having car problems and need assistance with ordering parts stop in!

Stop by to get our car check engine light check and the lady who helped us was rude, unprofessional, and she didn't really know what she was doing, she was also complaining about how she has to bend down too. If you don't like you job, switch it, don't be a crappy employee.

A fantastic parts store to work with. They are knowledgeable on their parts. If they don't have it they can usually get it fairly quickly

If you want people to help that actually know what they're talking about this is a way better option then one of the other auto parts supply stores
