Highly recommend LaCannes Marine! This was my first time buying a boat so I had my hesitations. Mike Jasinksi really took his time to answer all of my million questions to ease the process. Didn't think I'd get my dream boat as my very first boat but they gave me a solid deal that I didn't want to miss out on. I added 3 lithium batteries and Mike from the service department took the time to situate the batteries to make sure they fit how I wanted them too.

I have never written a review before but needed to let others know about the phenomenal customer service! Mike Jasinski knowledge and helpfulness are unmatched. Nick (the owner) went above and beyond to ensure my boat was in top condition when I received it. I would highly recommend making the drive if you are looking for a boat.

The service staff and Ryan at LeCannes are amazing at what they do. Really smart diagnoses and their facility being right on the water helps troubleshooting tremendously. They fixed my rig right and I will take it nowhere else.

Excellent place to shop for boats! My wife and I are looking for our first boat and did some shopping here. Mike J was one of the best sales people I've worked with. For a person who's new to boat ownership, I had a lot of questions. Mike didn't skip a beat in answering them all and didn't make us feel any pressure either. Their staff always made sure we got help each time we were in and overall we had a really nice shopping experience and learned a lot.

Always remember Buyer Beware.I bought a used 16.5 ft Crestliner April 2023 having been told told the boat didn t leak and the trailer was meticulously cares for but after one day on rainy river I found the boat leaked bad , the battery went dead with the motor running due to a fried regulator and on the way home I blew a wheel bearing and had to leave the boat in Grand Rapids to get 2 new hubs. I called the sales person Mike J to see if I could get some finacial help for all the repairs I had to do and was tginold we don t warranty anything on used boats! Buyer beware when buying here unbelievable!! even after this bad review posted 4 months ago I talked with Nick LaCanne the owner and he was willing to cover the costs of my repairs, he listened to my complaint and really helped me !I would now give > them a 5 star rating. very impressive customer service ,which is lacking in so many businesses todaythank you Nick and LaCanne marine

There is a reason they are the best Alumacraft dealership year after year. Top notch customer service, awesome inventory, overall 100% thrilled with the way the purchase went. Mike Jasinski was an excellent help to finding exactly what I wanted and made sure that the process went as smooth as possible!

Very enjoyable to work with! Jeremy helped me get set up with a 2023 Polaris Ranger 570 Premium. He was very knowledgeable about the machine and explained everything in great detail. I will definitely be back to purchase from LaCanne's again! A+

I purchased from Mike at LaCannes because after calling 8 of the closest dealers, no one was as knowledge, prompt and knew what they had. Mike knew exactly what he had on hand, what was coming in, time frame, and upgrade costs. I purchased a 2023 185 Comp tiller w an upgraded roller trailer (no other dealer knew the cost upgrade, availability or anything) drotto latch, Yamaha Sho, captains chair. He has the price sent over to me in 10 minutes. After working on my trade value, it was an easy decision. The trade in process was very hassle free, and were no surprise fees. The whole process could have been done in 10 minutes. The service department is prompt to ship items out and the dealer warranty dept. is top notch. I will buy my next boat from LaCanne s.

I get my ranger serviced here, also stored for winter. took my sister there today to buy a ranger side by side... waited approx half an hour, was told on 3 occasions someone would help us.. was not even that busy, salesman on phone whole time. no one helped... we went to Lakrvile and bought the side by dide..side... they are even delivering it!! wow,

Just made the down payment on a new 2023 Alumacraft. Worked with Mike Jasinski and couldn't be happier with where we are at on the new boat. Have not received it yet, but expect no problems. I had a lot of questions and special requests, but Mike was more than accommodating. They also do a really good job at keeping the cost down, and do free install on any accessories you buy from them. I would highly recommend Lecannes for Alumacraft, even if it is a couple hours from home, like it is for me - it is worth the drive.

We purchased our very first pontoon from Mike Jasinski at LaCanne s Marine. Our experience was nothing short of top notch from the minute he greeted us at the door, to the minute we turned the key on the lake. Mike s expertise was shown during our thorough delivery of our perfectly detailed and turn-key ready pontoon. Something I never experienced was a phone call, days later from Mike, making sure everything had gone as we expected and hoped for. He was making sure we were having an experience of a life-time and as first time pontoon owners, making sure we didn t have any questions. Mike isn t here for the sale, but to make sure our dreams came true!Also want to give a shoutout to their financing department, as we never waited a minute, and Katie was so kind and knowledgeable, we were done in minutes!I will not go to any other place than LaCanne s Marine for all our boating needs. Thanks again Mike for making this so easy for us, wish we would have done this sooner. Until we meet again, here s to blue and sunny skies! Thanks again for everything!

Second time working on our boat this summer. We didn't think we'd get to use it at all this summer. They got us in very fast both times, and I braced myself for sticker shock with the repair bill. Both times they were very reasonably priced. I vow to never take my boat anywhere else. Unless I move to the Florida keys, but then what would I do with my ice fishing gear.

Came in looking for a new boat and Broc (or Brok?) showed us little to no patience with our questions as a first time buyer. He made us feel as if he was doing us a favor by giving us HIS time. He was rude and very short. It was clear he had more important matters to attend to and because of our experience we did not buy from LaCannes and have scratched Alumacraft off our list of considerations.

Best boat buying experience. Cory is A+ he looks out for his customers. I traded a tiller for a 175 Limited Competitor. He made sure I was able to get all of my accessories as well as an awesome Trailmaster Trailer with brakes. What I like most about Lacannes is customer service. I have purchased two boats from his dealership and both experiences were at 100%. I do not live close to his dealership and driving from Northeast Iowa is a bit of a drive. He made sure everything was done, cleaned and ready to go, since time was not on my side. After the sale Cory remembers his guests that too is a huge perk. I know if I ever need something he is willing to help. Keep up the awesome work!

When i went to pick up my newly purchased used pontoon, Nick the owner made sure it was an experienced pontoon sales person, who thoroughly explained every aspect of what i needed to know about my new purchase. When i had trouble with the motor a few weeks later, he sent 2 experienced mechanics to assist and correct rhe problem. A first class business that takes good care of their customers. Thank you Lacannes! It means alot!

I purchased a 2021 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 TrailBoss from LaCanne's and what a GREAT CHOICE!! When Polaris wouldn't follow through on a certain Rebate, Nick stepped up to the plate and made sure I was taken care of!!! This says a lot about the type of customer service LaCanne's provides!!! I will definitely be back and recommend!!! Thank you!

I was dealing with Mike E and the help and professionalism I got from him was great. The pricing is better than anyone around but the big part I learned was this dealer isn't just about a sale. They are about customer service and satisfaction. Cant go wrong with this place!!!!

Purchased a new Yamaha T9.9 kicker for my boat. Nick had the best price and did the install the next day. I was able to go back and talk to the mechanic during the install and asked numerous questions on care and maintenance. They added a water separator and a tie bar to the main motor. Professional service at a great price.It's easy to drive a few extra miles knowing the value you get.I'll be going to Lacanne's for the rest of my purchases and maintenance.Thanks Nick!

Had some issues with a rod locker and motor vapor locking got me in and taken care of on my schedule can thank them enough. I had no issues with there service. guy knew what was going on when I explained what was happening. Brought boat down and 2 hours later I was bring it back home!

I ordered a part for my Polaris Ranger and it was the incorrect one. After trying to install it myself I dropped the machine off and it was fixed by ordering the correct part and installing it. You could have easily not told me about this and charged me accordingly. Great people and great service. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all at LaCanne's Marine!

Joel in parts is absolutely wonderful! My 13 yo son is fixing up a friends ranger. Joel spent time with him explaining what he needs and what to do. He also spoke to my son like an adult not a child. That kind of help is priceless! Thanks so very much!

Dan went above and beyond while showing me a used boat. Most salesman would laugh or offer lesser service when a customer's price range is limited. Dan took the time to show my father and I a used model. He even offered to take us out in the boat and show us how to operate it if we decided this was what we wanted to purchase. When we decided it might not be for us (there was no pressure involved) he took the time to explain what to look for being a new first time boat buyer. Instead of feeling intimidated, we left with a ton of helpful advice on buying a used boat. Awesome experience with La Canne's, will be referring friends and family their way.

Worked with Mike at La Canne' s marine and I highly recommend both Mike and La Canne's!!! Best buying experience I have ever had whether it be a car or recreational item. Not pushy at all and are willing to work with you. I purchased a used Alumacraft Dominator and drove 3 hours. I would make the drive again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Mike and everyone at La Canne's!!!Edit:I have to add to my review of La Cannes this time with the service department. Ryan the service manager has definetly earned my respect and future business. I had some issues with the motor on the boat I purchased. Ryan did not run away from the problem like many dealerships would have and worked with me to fix it. Ryan showed extreme professionalism and genuinely cared about my family and getting the issue fixed. If anyone is considering purchasing a used or new boat from La Cannes I would not think twice knowing that they stand behind what they sell. Problems do happen and it is how they are dealt with that shows the true character of a person and dealership. Thank you very much Ryan and the La Cannes team!!!
