Very nice Goodwill. All the people are super nice and friendly. We spent an hour in there and could've stayed longer. If you have some time give it a look. Very nice location on faribault Minnesota. Would recommend.

Very clean! Lots of items for a household, clothing, and toys. Most items are fairly priced. Staff is usually friendly depending on those who are working that day.

I am updating because of an amazing day shopping yesterday. One of the cashiers was taking a break outside. She and chatted. She was extremely supportive of my recent loss. She even gave me a hug! The store was well stocked. The store was busy with happy chatter. Prices were reasonable. Definitely make this a thrift store shopping stop!

Made a purchase on 2/11. No dressing rooms any more so had to try on at home. I live 30 minutes away. Item was too small. Receipt says exchange within 14 days . Took the item back for return on 2/25 and was told no, can t exchange. One day over the 14 day limit. 11+14 = 25. I should have been able to exchange it!

Went to do a return and was greeted with a nasty attitude by Ashley, who acted like this simple transaction was a major inconvenience to her. Jodi, who must be the manager, stepped in and belittled us because a tag had fallen off an item. The overall tone and behavior was horrible, and I don t think they have any clue what customer service, or even basic human decency looks like.

Staff is great but over the last year or so prices have gotten rediculously high. Many items i find i can buy new online for the same or less than they are pricing a used product. Also if you are going to ask 20, 30, or even $40 for used electronics you should really make sure they are fully tested.

Prices are too high for donated items. If the workers received a raise then I may understand but overall, overpriced on most items.

This could have been a five-star because we usually have a good experience at the store and always find something useful to buy. But one day my wife lost her debit card and we called around to see if anybody has seen it. But when we call to this specific store. The guy just told my wife that it was gone forever and hung up on her. Quite rude and I'm sure we'll never go back again.

I have noticed an extreme increase in prices and USED items. Who wants the pay $14.99 for used cookware that is chipped? The people pricing collectibles are looking at Ebay prices for items that have not sold. If you're going to price an item by using Ebay's prices, you should be using the SOLD for amount, not the asking amount. Also, I feel that the reason prices have increased is because now when you dontae, the coupon you receive is 20% ENTIRE purchase for 2020. Last year the coupon was for 25% off 1 item.

25 minutes to drop off items at this location. It was not a simple drop off process - they would spend 10 minutes organizing the items before the next car is allowed through.

I moved from St. Paul. I found the Goodwill was over priced and over worn. Moving to Faribault I went to their Goodwill. Items were in good shape and way cheaper then the cities. Senior shopping discount on Wednesday.

I enjoy coming here because they always have new things. Their shelves are usually a mess and clothes are usually not in their right spots/ size classification. They can be pricey on some things and cut a decent deal on others. I would recommend visiting this location.

Where do they get the prices for items?!? I can find the same items online for the same price or cheaper and in better condition. I thought thrift stores were inexpensive. Won't be waste my time here, I can just shop online.

There are some good finds here, but I've found better deals during clearance sales on brand new items at retail stores. The exception would be on Wednesday Senior Day's 1/2 off and when certain color tags are marked off.

Staff is polite and very helpful. Store is well stocked and brightly lit. Nice selection in every department. Hard to walk out empty handed.

Place was packed and insane. Little kids running around everywhere. No one bothered to hang anything back up after they tried it on, just threw it on the changing room bench/floor. Bring your own bags, they "went green".

A very clean store with a nice selection of merchandise. I have purchased several very nice pairs of shoes here, a Tommy Bahama shirt, and numerous books. Highly recommended.

They don't have much for furniture and what they do have is very over priced. I've had no success with the clothes. Household decor and items are about the only thing worth buying here.

Decent but slowly becoming a walmart clearance drop off bin that is being sold for the same price that no one wanted wanted to buy them from the previous store for.

I find a lot of new items here and always find something I can use. The 25% off really helps with purchases if you donate before shopping.

Such a small goodwill compared to many others I've been in. The quality of items isn't there either. Well picked up.

Over priced items for a thrift shop. Starting price for any item was $.99 no matter what the real value. And most costly items are cheaper on eBay.
