On 02/27/24 I used Glenn s Towing to remove a 2000 lb pallet from a 53 long tractor trailer. He recommended a place to meet, I was early to the appointed time and so was he. He got right down to business and got the work done in a professional and safe manner. He clearly knew how to operate the tow truck and the truck was clean and in very nice shape. I would not hesitate to use Glenn s Towing again. Nice folks.

Always my first choice to get my tires set on rims. Very very affordable for anyone. Always friendly service. If you don't want to get out of your vehicle, (the weather isn't your cup of tea cold ) and pump fuel, there's someone right there to do it all for you. I have used them in the past for towing. One of their employees yrs ago, went out of his way to do a simple fix, so I wouldn't have to get the tow I called for . They do have regular and flatbed towing options. Prices are gonna be around everyone else's (expensive). Don't hate any company hate the game (job). This last winter I was stuck with a no start battery (put several new batteries in). Called to see if they would work with my roadside service through my insurance co. She said no but if I paid them and then brought the receipt to my insurance co., they would probably reimburse me. She was also very friendly and told me some options I could do. Out of 20+ yrs I've used their service over a handful for tires and 2 thumbs up for towing.*All around a great company, awesome employee's. If you're driving by and need fuel, just stop in and judge for yourself*

Excellent service and fast response time! Dustin took my call and he was very polite and professional. The driver changed the flat tire in less than 10 minutes, very efficient and courteous. I definitely recommend Glenn's Towing & Service for any Roadside assistance.Service: TiresService: Tires

On Saturday August 19, 2023 I woke to a right front flat tire. I ve used Glenn s before so no hesitation called and they came right away and aired up the tire got me to the garage found the nail and got it plugged. I had three grandson pulling in the antique tractor pull in Kenyon that started at 9 am well thanks to their great work gram got there around 9:30 am. They were glad to see gram was safe and there to watch there accomplishments. The crew at Glenn s that morning were Angels in my corner. Thanks again to an awesome crew!!!!! Zero stars. Quoted 6.6 miles at just under 300 Dollars. Said it was 45 miles. Sorry. You don't get to charge the start point wherever you might be at that point. No thanks you thieves. Zero stars.

Blew a cap on my pickup driving north on 35 Walmart tire shop was closed and I thought I was out of options but to tow it 90 miles home. Called Glenn's towing and they came through with a tire and got me back on the road fast! And they didn't rake me over the coals in the process! Definitely recommend using them

Fantastic! I would recommend this towing place to everyone. Nicest person ever! Helped my son out of the cornfield and helped put the spare tire on. Out of 10, I would give them a 20!

Hydroplaned and went into the ditch on 35 N. Called Glenn's towing and they were there in 20 mins. Dusty and Alex were able to get us out safely and to a tire shop in no time! True professionals! Would recommend Glenn's to everyone! Thanks!

I have never seen someone tailgate others so closely!! I was honestly afraid for myself for over FIVE MINUTES of being less than a half-car-length behind me (I was stuck behind someone else with nowhere to do). Once I was finally able to get away from him I saw him do it to other vehicles, too! Absolutely appalling, terrifying driving.

I have had a bad experience with Glen towing but Dustin you have definitely changed my mind because of your kindness and patience for helping us open our car. For that reason, I am giving Glen five stars.

Needed a deep cycle battery for my camper, and always had good luck with Interstate batteries. Stopped at Glenn's and he was very helpful with the choosing of the right battery that I needed and reasonably priced. I would recommend his shop for any of your automotive needs, he is helpful and treats his customers very well.

We had a flat tire, with no spare in the car, and needed to be towed. Randy was the driver that came to rescue us, and he was very good and personable. He communicated very clearly and thanked us for listening to his directions. He also tried to help determine where the best place to have our car dropped was. We felt safe and respected. My family and I were stranded on the side of the road today. Called Glenn s Towing for assistance. Not only was the person on the phone courteous, but also had my family s safety in-mind. He sent a large truck for us to ride back in and sent a driver that was awesome. Really appreciated their approach to safety and keeping everybody safe will loading up our truck. Literally for generations my family has been going here for any of our car concerns. Whether it's a mystery sound, oil change, getting new tires, or towing they have great service and fair reasonable prices. If something happens when I'm out of town that I need fixed I call here for their prices first to make sure I'm not getting swindled. My SUV would not start on a Sunday and I lived an hour away, so I left my vehicle in the parking lot and brought my keys inside the Perkins restaurant and got a ride home. I called Glenn's the next morning to pick it up without me being present, they picked up my vehicle and brought to a service facility without a hitch. Thank You Glenn's for helping me out!! Friday I was in Faribault for business and when I was leaving I had a flat tire. I just happen to be near Glenn's Towing and Service and a nice young man came and put air in my tire so I could get back to the station where he fixed my flat. I greatly appreciated the help. Thank you.

I was broken down on the freeway, having a panic attack and needed a tow and a repair. These guys came quickly. My vehicle was towed and kept overnight so that the necessary repairs could be made. When it was time to pay I was floored by how cheap the tow and repair cost me. These guys are the best and I have their number in case another service is needed! I have given their name out to many of my friends and family. Thanks again for your awesome service!

We ran into the ditch on I-35 today. We called Honda roadside Assistance and we were told it would be about an hour. An hour and a half later a local service called and said they would not be able to help us. We should call 911. Luckily, Guy with Glenn's Towing saw us in the ditch. He pulled over and got us out with no problems. We are so grateful he stopped! We highly recommend Glenn's Towing.

Thought i needed a new tire and this came up quick while on a 2 hour trip. Glenns plugged my tire and got me on my way quickly. Its a lot cheaper then i first expected it to be too! Great service!

Glen and his staff did a great job! Stranded on I35 with a mini van filled with 7 people. Helped us figure out transportation along with taking care of our flat tire! Thank you so much!

Thank you to the staff here! Driving through a winter storm and the men working the shop and tow were awesome! Thanks to Guy. Great experience with Glenn's Towing and Service! They went above and beyond to help me and my family. While visiting from Denver Colorado our vehicle was involved in a hit and run accident. Glenn's was called out to tow and impound the damaged vehicle. We were taken to Glenn's Service station to wait for a replacement car. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. It took several hours before the replacement car arrived and although Glenn's Service had closed for the day, Don stayed with us until the replacement car arrived and then took us to the impound site so we could get our things from the damaged vehicle. Good service creindly people steve the owner will go out of his way to get me best deal on tires for my silverado. With no gimmicks. Or say you have to get these it just try to sell one certain brand.

Out of gas near Fairbault on Sunday evening after too long of a roadtrip and 30 minutes from home. USAA insurance was not able to dispatch any help for us. After waiting 2 hours we took matters into our own hands and called Glenn's Towing and they were able to help inside of 20 minutes. They were so nice and helpful!!!! Wish we would have called sooner.

I got a flat tire on my way home to MN from TX. My car was packed to the top and the mechanic changed the tire quickly and gave me advice on if I needed to purchases 2 or 4 more tires. Once he was done he stayed and helped us pack the car back up with the flat tire and all. He went above and beyond what we called AAA for him to do. Thank you Genn's Towing!

Been using them for over a decade.. I still use their services after moving 50 miles away a few yrs ago. Great service, kind people, and special personalities. I would recommend.
