Brad went above and beyond to get me into my new Jeep. The car was very clean inside and out. Brad helped when there was an issue with my credit, he worked to find the right financing for me. He also stayed after hours for me and even had the car delivered. He is fair and honest with his vehicles and pricing and EXCELENT in customer service. SO happy I chose to buy here.

We purchased a 2012 Escape for a great price here at Furlong Motors Direct. Our old car was totalled out from hitting a deer and we needed one ASAP. Brad is easy to work with, honest, straightforward and helpful. Plus he was patient and kind when we had a very hyper 2 year old running around, even had coloring books and scooters there. Thanks Brad!

Brad (and his team) did an excellent job! They were courteous, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process (trade-in value estimation, test driving a few options, talking through the differences in trim levels, and ultimately providing a smooth process when we decided to move forward). We ll be returning to purchase our next vehicle with Brad when the need arises!

Bought an suv from this dealer, was told its reliable and wont hurt your pocketbook 3 months after buying it, the car wouldnt start. Replaced a $300 part still wasnt the issue, had it towed to a shop and had to do over $1300 in repairs just to get my car started and running again. Very disappointed with the dishonesty of this place.

What a great place to purchase a car! When I stopped by to test drive a car, I was pleasantly surprised when Brad said, go ahead and drive it to your house and back. My husband was home with our kids and this let me surprise him by pulling up in the driveway with it.Jeff said they were very easy to deal with. He stopped in after work and was able to get the purchase agreement completed easily.We ll definitely be repeat customers here.

In two years when I need to trade in my truck and Pilot, I will be returning to see Brad at Furlong Motors Direct.

I had a great experience with Furlong Motors Direct. Email contact was made immediately after finding a Buick Encore I was looking for. Purchase price was lowered to accommodate my budget, a 30 day warranty was given to me on an As Is car, thanks to Brad. The owner even delivered the Encore right to my door, and I live in the Twin Cities! Would buy again from this dealer.

I am writing this review to hopefully prevent other customers from making the same mistake I made, purchasing a used truck from Furlong. As a carpenter I rely on the people selling the vehicle to make sure it is ready to be sold, unfortunately my truck was not. I was told since it was previously owned by the DNR it was well maintained and I would have no issues. One day after it was purchased I brought it to a mechanic and after learning of 'some' of the issues, I reached out to Furlong to see if they had a return policy, I was literally laughed at. Close to $3,000 out of pocket later it is now back at the shop to get the 4 wheel drive fixed (it failed the first time it was used). The litany of issues on this vehicle is staggering. Furlong did admit some fault and fixed the broken gas line and fuel pump that had failed. Nevertheless, I am still 3k out of pocket on repairs and the truck is still not working properly. I sincerely question their honesty and integrity. This purchase has been a great stressor on me and my bank account. Anyone thinking of purchasing here should have a trusted mechanic check the vehicle thoroughly.

Recently purchased my F350 From Brad and Dan and without a dought I would return to their dealship in the future to purchase another vehicle. They were quick to respond to my inquiries about the truck thru emails. They were very pleasant to deal with and made the whole process of buying a truck quick and easy.

Bred fixed the small issue my family was having with a vehicle. Bred is the person to talk to if you're planning to buy a vehicle from them. Just don't go to Dan...Thank you Bred for keeping up with your word in fixing the problem noticed in the vehicle before making the purchase. That's greatly appreciated.

Drove an hour to look at a car, the car was not even there, the owner had it. Wanted me to come back????? Uummm, no, I won't be back. You advertise a car for sale then it's not even on the lot? Very poor service, do not recommend.

Drove down from the Twin Cities to test drive a 2014 Expedition Limited. Only learned upon my walk around and my observation that it did not have the automatic running boards which are standard on the limited version. This was not disclosed by Brad when I specifically asked if there were any issues with the vehicle prior to driving down. Very disappointing. Misrepresented.

Don't buy from these people!!!! I bought a vehicle from them and it showed that it was low miles, and they swore up and down that those were true. Recently discovered that it has over 400,000 on it!! They did not disclose all the information on it before I bought it.

Took a 2004 ford f150 for a test drive the thing sounded like a diesel, askEd the salesman about it. He says Oh yeah that's the cam phasers we know there bad it's common. What a joke
