Picked up some riding boots from here and I love them. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of gear and new and used bikes here. It's not the largest Harley Davidson dealership that I have been to, but it still has a great selection. They sometimes hold events here. Still haven't made it to one yet, but they look like fun!

Performance Center work done by Derek and staff was exceptional. Significant improvement in HP (127), Torque (137) and ride response on M8. May be most reputable tuners in midwest with years of experience. It showed in my results. Bike just sounds wicked. Very pleased with service. Go here if you want your cam upgrade, exhaust and tune done correctly. Highly recommended.

Friendly atmosphere and good selection! Plus, I got to see what is probably the most impressive detail work I've seen thus far in my life on this bike - beautiful!

Misleading Service Department, Poor Customer Service/Relations, and Appalling Harley ExperienceThis is a review as an new rider experience at Fairbault Harley-Davidson Dealership:Background:I purchased my first bike privately in January of this year. At purchase, I had a lifelong Harley rider accompany me to ensure the bike was in good condition and ride-worthy. I purchased the bike, and brought it back home.Experience at the store first time:I was able to call in and have a member from service department (John) accept the bike, and discuss what the bike needs. Aside from being new to the motorcycle world, there was an immediate feeling of unsettlement as they told me that the bike needed a 10K mile service, new tires, new battery, all fluids, and the clutch and break lines replaced. This is what was quoted for a bike that is 8 years old, with less than 6k miles, and that has never seen a Minnesota winter. After many calls to the service department, I we talked about why the bike needed all of this work, and still, it felt like something was not right... Against my better judgment, I went on the word of a friend of mine that swore by this dealership's work and service department. The Service Department:I ended up having the service ticket accepted and prepaid for the service near $2,000...They ended up having my bike for over a month, with little to no communication regarding the bike, and the parts ordered for it. I called multiple times, and no one was able to give me any information regarding the bike, nor its status.I ended up finding out that they took my bike off the service a week prior. They apologized, but further questions reviled they had no notes or intentions to call me back... I made an in-person visit to the store to speak with my service rep, but they were unavailable. So I spoke to a service rep named Mike. They were not aware of the bike, but they were surprised to hear about my bike being taken off the schedule. They got my bike onto the table, and yet again, they "found" more stuff that needed replaced after the initial service inspection.I received my back back, and I thought that was the end of my poor experience with Harley Fairbault...Customer Service and Reward Points:Being Military, multiple service department representatives and font desk workers guaranteed 2x points on my whole purchase. Which I had submitted my documents a month in advance. After a month of the service being done, NO points were added. I have called 6 times, speaking with multiple different employees who claim they are sending a note to their boss, and nothing changed.I was recently notified that no 2x points would be added to my account because a "discount" (an actual promotion) that they gave me, which caused the whole bill to be only 1x points. After this long winded review, I am still disappointed and appalled by the service and customer relations of this business. I have heard from many that this dealership does NOT look out for the customer, and is only interested in upselling. It makes sense after my experience. My business, as well as the busienss of 4 other Harley riders (who all had awful experiences with Harley Fairbault) will be taking our combined 6 Harley motorcycles someplace else.

I just purchased my first ever Harley-Davidson. 2023 FXLRST in Black. It has all the bells, whistles and whirly-gigs I could have ever hoped for. Excellent sales staff. Great experience.

Not a huge dealership by any means but had a nice selection the day we visited. I've never bought a bike or anything, just passing through but the folks were pleasant, not pushy and let us browse without being beat to death. Some beautiful bikes on the floor as usual and nice selection of clothes and goods.

The entire working staff was very friendly and extremely patient. Especially with someone like me, that knows nothing about buying motorcycles. Dexter, the salesman that sold me my 2016 roadster, was very thorough with the bike and was friendly with me. CJ, helped me with my course and gave me a promo code since I was purchasing a harley and Bryan, gave me a little goodie bag with a bunch of cool treats inside once the purchase was finalized. Definitely a place id go back to if I have any questions or even if I'd like to shop around10 out of 10

Faribault HD excels in every area of their business. From sales, to service, to parts.I purchased a brand new Road Glide in 2021 and they made the process easy.I also have a 1995 Road King and not every Harley dealership still knows how to work on older bikes and some dealerships refuse to work on older bikes at all. The staff at Faribault HD not only was able to accommodate all of the repairs I needed done, they gladly did it and the customer service was the best I've personally ever had.Whether you are buying new, buying used, need some parts or just need some service done......this is the one stop shop to give your business to.Highly recommend!

Went here with my dad some years back was a really nice store, most of the Harley stores are. Higher prices on some stuff but it's usually better quality than other places.

I had signed up for a motorcycle class with Faribault Harley-Davidson. The day before my class, the rear-end differential in my truck went out. I called to reschedule my class and was told, I needed to give a 14-day notice. I told the person I couldn't find a ride to get there on short notice and I had 8500.00 in repairs being done to my truck and it wouldn't be ready for a week. She said sorry this is company policy. So now I'm out 250.00 for the class. I'm extremely disappointed that they wouldn't let me reschedule. Especially with a vehicle emergency. I only signed up for the class because I had heard many good things about Fairbault Harley-Davidson. So because of my experience, I will just go to the DMV and take my endorsement test. It saddens me that they're policy allows them to steal money from customers, I didn't want a refund, all I wanted to do was reschedule my class.

Tell me you don t want my business, without telling me you don t want my business! Amazing how people s experiences can be so different, I see a bunch of 5 star reviews (some with absolutely no description) then a few low reviews!Well, I just came to lower my rating as, once again, I was looking at a bike I saw online! Once again, I was insulted by the offer for my trade-in .an offer that was 35%-45% below what my current vintage bike is selling for! I understand making a profit, but when you re going for 35% - 45%, that s a lot of wiggle room! Then, I m told it was a estimate and if I brought the bike in, they could see about a firm offer! Really?Their Sales Manager has been in the business for 14 years and knows these bikes inside and out. I feel there is only one reason for such a low-ball offer, they really don t want my business! That s ok, message received, I know what they say about the definition of insanity! Their website claims; We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our guests and customers. Apparently, not everyone gets the same experience!March 27, 2024: Response to Faribault Harley. So my 16 is a vintage bike you don t normally deal with, yet you currently have a 2010 and 2003 in inventory?! So what you re really saying is you only deal with those that really don t ride their motorcycles more than a few times a year. I get it, as your manager told me, you can sell a warranty with a lower mileage bike and make even more profit!Really doesn t line up with the philosophy of the freedom and adventure you ll find with the right motorcycle if you don t like customers putting miles on them! But hey, congratulations on all the awards!

Everyone is there for the sale and your #1. If you need service and bring your bike in and pick it up with no issues, your #1. If you come in with an issue and are upset, they don't want to deal with you. So if you go in I hope your a sheep otherwise you're just a hassle. We'll be getting our 2024's from somewhere else.

Walked into the dealership a day after 2019 Colors got leaked online, and threw down $$ for a Wicked Red Denim FLTRXS. I loved the Wicked Red in 2018, but HATE gloss paint, so when I seen they released it in Denim, I almost couldnt contain my excitement. The salesmen were kinda caught off guard, they had no idea colors got leaked, and had hardly even looked at the 19 color book, because the 2019 HD dealer show was still over 3 months away. So i got a confused look when i asked to have one ordered lol (I'm sure they wanted to sell the 18's on the floor first lol)But they were great, they kept me informed every step of the way, they contacted me when the bike got announced with the 114, and the new GTS system, they told me when the bike was ready and would be going on the truck and when it finally arrived.Todd was awesome, the whole process went smooth even with a trade in bike that I hated, that i purchased almost exactly a year earlier. This is the 2nd brand new bike i have purchased (not at the same dealer though) Its a huge purchase, and I expected atleast a few $$ to throw at a coat or parts or something, (like my first brand new purchase) but they do poker runs instead. Im not a big fan of these poker runs the dealerships do, I get the point, but the rider rewards points isnt an enjoyable system for me. (if it was valid at all dealerships nationwide it would be a better system)

Just had an 80000 service done on our '04 Ultra, along with new grips, couple other critical items. The bike runs, sounds, handles great. They've taken great care of the bike and us. Thanks to Nimps and the whole crew...job well done!

Excellent experience. Everything is perfectly laid out. Great selection of both New and Used motorcycles and the Motorclothes selection is awesome. I even found simple, large heavy-duty bandanas; not the cheap small ones but rather the large, thick heavy-duty old fashioned ones. The Motorclothes department is paying attention. In the parts department I found on the shelf, straight 50 and 60 weight oil for my Shovelhead; once again ... someone is paying attention.Old school attention to detail .

Thanks to Maranda, Josh and Mike for getting new tires on my bike prior to a road trip that had been planned for over a year! They got me in right away and the tech did an awesome job looking my bike over prior to my trip. I ve had several very good experiences with Faribault Harley Davidson. Seems to be a very well run company and the employees are customer centric and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealer! Thank you Team!
