This is a great place to go and find your auto parts and auto supplies and like me I had a check engine light pop on recently I went there they read the code it was quick simple and easy and they got great customer service

I went to the store with a dead battery and needed to get to work. Erica greeted me and asked what she could do to help me. I explained what was going on and how I was in a rush. She quickly rang me out and installed the battery and 5 minutes later I was on the road. Definitely a store I will return to for further needs. Erica was very knowledgeable while helping other customers while being the only person in the store.

I stopped into this store with a dead battery. They showed great product knowledge, and patience while explaining my options. They also helped talk me thru the replacement process and tested the system after that was complete. I highly recommend doing all of you business there. The entire process will be a great experience.

A cold, really cold day in December. With an urgent doctor s appointment in an hour, the car would not start. Turn key click, click, click. Aarrgh! After getting a jump-start, I headed into town to the nearest auto parts place. After getting a pretty decent battery for a very good price, I asked Matt if he could help install it. Normally, I would just take it home and put it in myself. But I just didn t have time. Matt said sure and out into the cold, really cold he went. I stood next to him for a few minutes to see if I could help. But it was cold. Really cold. So I went inside and watched. Matt installed the new battery in a few minutes. After thanking him, I asked what I owed for the installation. Nothing he said.Matt Hummel is the district manager(!) for AutoZone and he really typified excellent customer service and is a credit to his company. Good service is sometimes hard to find, but you can find it at the AutoZone shop in Faribault. Thanks Matt, I will be back whenever I need parts.

I've been a long time customer of Auto Zone and I recently had an awesome experience where the store manager, Erica, went above and beyond to help me out. I called the store to get pricing on a battery. Couldn't end up getting there and I needed to get to work. Erica offered to swing by on her way home (so off the clock nonetheless) to get me up and running. She could see I was having a helluva time getting my dead battery out so, not only did she help me but she installed the new battery as well! In the freezing cold too! I've been going to Auto Zone for years and Erica is the first manager I've seen that actually takes care of her customers and goes that extra mile! Literally!

We encountered a red warning notice while traveling back from Minneapolis to Iowa at 8 p.m.; many thanks to Eric for assisting us in locating a good local family who promptly repaired our car, allowing us to safely return home! You can't imagine how great it was for two foreigners to meet so many friendly and kind people in such a crisis.

John at auto zone in faribault was amazing, called for a part it wasn't in his store but in owatonna and said he could pick up ,but then he called us back and said he someone needed something here so short story had our part at store by 10 am same day thanks made life easier and I got car fixed at reasonable price and off to vacation without a worry thanks to auto zone you rock

I usually come here for my car needs. Good prices, they are starting to slack on costumer care and availability to met the needs in a fashion time. I was left in the store with a arm ful of items, no employee in site. Put my stuff down and walked out, low and behold all employees were outside looking at a truck. I took my business down the road .

Luke the people manger is a great person he knows what he is talking about very friendly and to the point. On a side note they have a new general manager witch don't know anything about vehicles, is super soft and likes to hang up on you when she gets frustrated

Faribault store helped after I just went to owatonna and the gal there gave me the wrong thing for my vehicle. Highly dissapointing.

While I normally have liked this location and the rewards program, I was in Sunday 4/18 at 2:11 PM and NO (2 that were immediately in view, one behind register and the other walking about) staff were wearing masks or had one in hand and very few customers did as well and was a busy store. Sorry maybe after COVID I will be back but if staff can not follow the posted signs why would customers. Turned around and went to a competitor.

i have not use this store in a year had a bad part that was purchased in 2019 ac tensioner and belt was given hard time about warranty i was told it was not purchased there but the type of belt was sold there i the person looked on the pc to see when it was purchased was but was not listed in purchases i made so the person warranty it out went to pick it a up no paper work was done on the warranty and was under a commercial account after 30 to 45 minute when the worker found out what to do was told i had to payfor it i had returned old part the day it was warrantied i told the dude keep it in so many words told him never coming back to that store again i walked out called corporate and will not i have so many bad parts and uncalled for bad service i did faithfully try the the store again 2 times the purchase was over 20 dollars once it never went on the other time had to remind him about it then seemed like big issue i doubt i will go back in this store ill go downn the street better service and know what they doing

Autozone has excellent help! Tonight I was helped by Miles with such wonderful customer service! His knowledge of cars and their fluids was excellent. This is my 4th time at Autozone and I will definately return because of good service like this.

Faribault Autozone on 12-30-21 at 5:24pm was closed after advertising they were open until 8pm per web page. I was there at 4:30pm they gave me the wrong part, so I drove back into town to get my money back and when I was walking up to the door they shut off lights and had doors locked while the big guy with black curley hair seen me and quickly walked into back room. Four more people showed up while I was there and the two guys never unlocked the doors or told anyone why they were closed and were standing behind counter doing end of shift tasks. There is no hours posted on the door or anything indicating that they were closing early. I will never shop here again after I get my money back. Support Napa Auto parts Faribault. Blower motor resistor was $35 cheaper at Napa and was direct fit,�unlike the universal one from Autozone that wanted you to cut wires. Very disappointing

The employee Luke, used a tool to check why my check engine light came on. He gave me a computer print out why. He is very professional, courteous, freindly and appears to have alot of knowledge of cars. He also appears to enjoy his job. I recommend utilizing this store for anything needed. The store was neat, clean and welcoming.

I was traveling from Wisconsin to Iowa And in the mild of nite my wheel bearing broke had to sleep in car the next morning found myself in Faribault Minnesota went to the AutoZone when I met Erica store manager who hook me up with the part and some local mechanics who fix it I think Erica For going on and Above what a store manager should doAnd just think the local mechanics you are awesome people. I needed power steering fluid added but cant find reservoir to get back to my mechanic in owatonna.just go to auto zone or o'Reilly to get power steering fluid.I was told by gal o I can help you find reservoir, location on 97 olds Lss.Came over she pointed out all other obvious reservoirs.Went back in and said she had book to look for location and came back and said my 97 olds lss to old to find, go to mechanic. DAHHHI JUST NEED TO GET BACK HOME TO HAVE HIM LOOK AT IN AM.They said

When you need parts for your RV go to AutoZone in Fairbault MN. Erica o. can get you fixed up with what you need. She is the manager and she knows her parts no matter how old or different they are. I have a 1990 Mallard Sprinter class A motorhome built by Oshkosh truck and she knew just what to do by the vin.# and license #. The part I needed was a upper radiator hose and and had 2 choices, one fit better than the original hose fit from radiator to thermostat housing without rubbing on frame, hoses or anything like the old one did. I will drive from Zumbrota MN to Fairbault MN to get the right part in very short time. Thank you Erica o. for saving or vacation! Bryce Frederick

High Prices For Low Quality Parts. Bought A Replacement Dorman Spline Drive Locking Lugnut Key That Split Down The Side Destroying The Part On The 1st Spline Drive Lugnut I Was Removing To Change A Flat Tire On My Honda. I Returned To The Store Within 45 Minutes With The Broken Part And I Was Charged Full Price For Another Part And Told It Would Arrive In 2 Days - It Took 5 Days To Get The 2nd Part. They Didn't Stand By The Part They Sold Me Saying That They Would Not Allow An Exchange And Would Have To Pay Full Price For Another Part.

The store don't know there own policy. You show them the warranty policy that's clearly state online. And they still don't warranty it. This store is garbage and management is trash. Go to any other AutoZone and no problem.
