This is the second time I ve had to take my car to the shop from damages, and they have done an amazing job on both jobs. My car looks absolutely flawless. I appreciate how fast they got it done, and I am so thankful. I was also very surprised when the car came back detailed. I m a busy mother of two and have no time for myself let alone cleaning out my car, so I really appreciate it. Thank you!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a 5 Star experience from start to finish. The team is professional, friendly, and very communicative throughout the process of an auto body repair. Their app saved me time due to not having to drive there to get an estimate, and it also helped me schedule my repair quickly!! Highly recommend them if you re in the area.

This shop was recommended via an insurance claim situation. I was to have my front bumper cover replaced, which was done and I have no complaints over the work performed. However, I picked up my vehicle and discovered a bunch of NEW damage. The staff never mentioned anything, no sorry, no remedies instead I've yet to receive a call back OR explanation, and left with a damaged vehicle.I am beyond reasonable and understanding, humans make mistakes, a little honesty would have gone a long ways vs pass the buck phone games with no professionalism.When I first looked at my vehicle I noticed what looked like a mud splash on my front lower passenger door, my kid had the rear passenger van door open....I went to wipe the spot on the front passenger door and realized it was a scuff....I proceeded to walk around the van (door still open) it was getting dark out and didnt see anything significant...so I dismissed and forgave the scuff and went straight home. As I was getting out the door the next morning, with full bright sun....I seen the full extent of actual damage done...it wasn't just a scuff in a front door....it was the side of my van!!! Dented, scuffed and scraped. WTAF. I call abra and was told the mechanic left for the day and would call me back...nothing....no accountability.This is my real life first hand experience. Definitely not impressed. I can forgive a scuff with an apology. I can forgive a mistake with action or intent of solution. But having my vehicle clearly messed up with no explanation then being dismissed as if it doesnt matter when it was brought to their attention is absolutely infuriating. My vehicle is not fancy by anymeans, but it's all I got....it's absolutely not ok, not only did I have my bumper torn off by another driver, but then being it to a professional body shop to be FIXED, to have them further damage my freaking vehicle! Like seriously!

The entire team from start to finish was great, friendly, beyond helpful, and very professional with each interaction we had whether it was just an update or questions I had along the way. My vehicle looks better than before the accident. Very great work done & Highly recommended

I was dealing with a stressful situation a couple weeks ago and I can t thank Troy, Heidi and the Abra staff enough for relieving this difficult time for me. Troy was always punctual on keeping me update on the vehicle and made sure to let me know as soon as he could. He really made this process go smoothly as possible Thank you Troy for going above and beyond. I m so glad my insurance went with Abra. You won t be disappointed!

I had an accident, the insurance suggested this place. They were extremely efficient and my car looks brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. And they were flexible and really helpful with the rental vehicle. After having my driver's door hit, on my vehicle Abra replaced my door. They did a very good job. I can't even tell it was hit. I am very pleased with their service. It took as long as estimated to be replaced due to parts shortage. I would recommend this company for any repairs you may need. So close to 5 stars if it weren t for the super confusing automated texts. I received a text saying my car wouldn t be fixed for a week. My daughter received a call an hour later saying we could pick up as the work was done. 20 minutes after we picked the car up I get a text saying the work is complete and we can pick up the car. Besides that customer service was great.

We brought our truck in for repair after hitting a deer. We were very pleased with the service from the initial consult to the finished product. The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful and the entire process went smoothly. The finished product looks amazing!

Did a great job fixing my door after it was smashed in by some drunk and the got it ready on time and before the promised day just had on minor detail that was overlooked guessing the weld snap off when they were trying to removed it but already left a voicemail waiting on a response besides that 10/10 jobServices: Body & Trim, WeldingServices: Body & Trim, Welding
