2 hours for an oil change and when I got it home it was overheating, the connector to the heater core was broke so there was coolant everywhere and my engine cover was by my radiator fan. Had to sit outside in the parking lot and fix it myself

No service. No one picks up phone. Online says they have items they don't. Workers just duck and hide when trying to get help.

You really have to watch these guys. They once broke off the oil dip stick on my wife and didn't tell her. Thankfully I checked their work when she got home and Millitello Motors was able to retrieve and replace. They regularly replace only 5 quarts for an engine that requires 5.5. And tonight I noticed they said all 4 tires was 35 PSI. I questioned this and the response was well...within 1 or 2 psi...I scrolled through your dash monitor. Well, I know my dash monitor is not accurate because the last time they changed my tires the wheels are out of sync with the monitor and half the sensors don't read correctly. They should use a tire gauge like I do for each tire and as most technicians worth $40/hour...the cost of an oil change at Walmart and the amount of time it takes for them to perform one on average...which is also rediculous.

The employee (Cody) didn't tell us when our car was all ready, so we waited for an extra twenty minutes, until we got up, then he asked what car was ours. When we asked him how long it had been done (even though we knew, because we saw the car exit the shop, but they never came and told us if it was for sure done), he said "Uh, about fifteen minutes, but it doesn't matter." He was completely rude. It does matter because we had an important appointment that we missed. The only good workers in the auto department in my opinion are: Carson & Larry.

Rude employees who told me it would be 30 to 40 minutes for an oil change and to rotate my tires. There was one car in front of me. It took them over an hour to realize they did not have the right oil filter for my car and then they rotated my tires. And when they decided to test drive my car they sped to back out and back in that is not what you do with a customers car and really unprofessional. Not a very pleasant visit at all and if you can't do it yourself i would recommended going to a real auto shop instead of this joke where they don't know what they are doing and when they have 5 people working and only two of them actually working on cars. What a joke. I am never bringing my car there again.

I was buying a lawn mower battery and brought my core battery in with me so I wouldn't get charged a core to run to the parking lot an get it. Grabbed the battery I needed and pressed the button for assistance. 30 minutes passed before somebody decided to come over and help even though they kept looking over at me. He checked out my other stuff and never gave me a bag even, just handed me a receipt and walked away. I had to walk up to the front of the store from the way back and hope i wouldn't get stopped to ask why i didn't have my stuff bagged as if i was trying to walk out with duplicate stuff i just bought and already put in my car.

WARNING! Horrible experience. Screwed up my oil job. Broke a valve and and the seal on my oil filter. Had to bring the car to the dealership to get fixed. It was a 5 day fiasco. Wal-Mart ended up getting off easy though because it was covered by my warranty. I will not go back there for an oil change ever.

Really helpful. I spent plenty of time here getting my tires done and oil changes. They are very helpful and will answer questions to the best of their ability. Vehicle maintenance is very affordable here.

The men who work here are absolute saints! They stayed late to make sure I had safe tires to travel on for my early work shift in Minneapolis the next morning. I don't know what I would have done without them. They work extremely hard and they really do care about their customers. Will definitely return! Thank you guys! You literally saved the day...and probably my life! You rock!

My friend and I had to get oil changes, there was one car in front of me and it took 2 hours for us to get our oil changes. Anywhere else I go it takes 10 minutes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I wanted to change the oil on my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 but they said the car was too big for them. strangely there was a place beating. but see.

Three and a half hours for a tire rotation. Didn't top off the car during the oil change and now car makes a loud noise. No thank you.

An hour and a half to get my oil changed and the only other vehicle that was there was getting new tires what a joke

Might take longer than a mechanic, but they are being thorough and the guys are awesome!

Auto services are joke. They can t change a tire here . They waisted my time and couldn t put new tire on rim . Workers looks like started just today 0 points for all in tire service
