My AC Compressor went out in my semi while I was on the road and these guys worked for hours trying to figure out what kind of oddball compressor it is for my glider kit, they even stayed late while we were waiting for parts. They did an absolutely phenomenal job and it absolutely saved the day. Thanks Mikayla and Matt and everyone else involved. I cannot thank you enough.

Nice experience, the one in Kato wouldn't answer phone, then when did was on hold for over half hour. Glad I remembered Fairmont one bc they answered right away and had most of the parts I was looking for on hand

These guys are just fantastic!My starter died, they did everything quickly and efficiently. They also closed 3 recols. Just keep going guys!Good luck!

Came in with heater issues. Ron and his staff diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. It was a valve that was left in closed position by a previous repair shop. Courteous and professional. And above all, the rates were reasonable. Will definitely go to them if need repairs and I am in this area. Kudos to Ron, Bryan and the rest of the team.

I had an AC line blown on my Cascadia. Called this dealership at 10 am. Explained my issue. They ordered parts right away and told me to come in. I Got there at noon, parts arrived at 1.30pm, job was done by 4 pm.Very nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people! Thank you for keeping my truck rolling!

Very helpful and friendly group of people that work at this dealership. Our DEF pump failed on our Cascadia and the service department / mechanics went above and beyond to help us get back on the road quickly. Arrived with 4 work items on my RV. . Would have finished same day if parts weren t necessary. They nearly insisted I camp in the rear and pulled a power cord to me to keep the fridge running. Treated more like helping a friend then a customer.The bill was REASONABLE , yes , reasonable. Dash a/c , cruise control both working. Alignment checked, wheel lugs torqued. This is an RV friendly , well just plan friendly, truck shop.

The people here are Vary courteous respectful they get things done as fast as they can they cater to you the best they can and I recommend it to anybody and everybody if you have truck problems they're there to help you they have a Fab shop the welding anything you need I'm very very happy with the way they treated me and how they fixed my truck I recommend it to anybody

Very dissatisfied with the service I received. Dealing with three different service managers is a ridiculous customer service plan. I would call to ask for updates on my truck and they would say Grady or Kirk will call you. Next day later I would call again because I hadn t heard a word from either of them. This went on for 2.5 weeks. At the end of the 2.5 weeks, my truck is in worse condition than it was when I brought it in. I would skip calling this place all together.

Drove 2 hours up here after the guy told us on the phone they were open til 7pm on Saturday when the closed at 12pm. They need to make sure they tell people the correct hours.

I had my truck towed to this place because my transmission fell out. Harrisons said the last place didn't torque the new transmission. My transmission came out again and fleet pride says this place didn't use lock tight on the bolts. Truck center companies "Harrisons" has left me holding a $7400 ball cause they won't stand by their work. They've help to compile me over 20k in the hole. Negligence is real please be careful cause they'll ruin your business.

Called a few months back driving by on interstate 90 heading to ny but they didn't have the part in stock. Kevin checked around and found the part on my route. A for effort. Good group of peeps.

Loaded a table for us into the back of our truck left a dent on the side of our truck and when we asked them about how we could get compensation, they told us just buff it out. Yes will be buffing out the dent in our $75,000 truck. That's sarcasm we are not.

Service department dosen't stand behind its own work. Used to be a great parts department but that is on the decline as well.
