Very impressed, I called on a vehicle, Jeff the General Manager answered the phone and assisted with questions about the vehicle. I told him I'd be over in a hour to take a look. When I arrived Jeff had got the vehicle out of the snow and had it running for me. It appeared he was plowing their lot and had stopped plowing to help me. It's so great that small town friendly service is still alive and well at this business. Thank you so much Jeff, keep up the great work.

While on a cross country trip with my family towing a 5th wheel travel trailer with my 2500 Ram, I got the dreaded def system fault. It was Friday about 4 pm with stuff about to close. We quickly googled the closest dealer and saw militello motors and drove there. We pulled in and Duane and Paul greeted me and quickly took a look at the truck! Even though they had other things going on, they scanned the truck and advised me on possible options and solutions. They got me and my family back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend going to them if you ever run into a tight spot while on a trip!

I don't know how this place does ANY business. Not sure if it was out of laziness or what but I have never been basically told to get lost on a first phone call. I have bought and traded in 10+ cars in the past 3 years in addition to working as a car salesman in that time. I would have been fired for handling a customer as badly as I was handled. Simply for trying to trade in 2 cars that are 1 year old. Without knowing any numbers or options etc. I was told it just won't work. It's ok though, one of their competitors will sell me a $70k SUV.

I was not actively looking for new wheels, but there she was, a gorgeous Chrysler 300s in the photo press, and I got giddy just thinking about it A thank you to Mark Krahmer for putting me in the driver's seat; it feels a bit like an Now, I'm trying to find the perfect name for her a strong name.

These guys stepped up for me when I had an issue with my rental van. Got it diagnosed, fixed the problem, and went the extra mile by working with the rental car company to get them to pay for the repairs.

Great service with no pressure. All around really great people working here. Scott was especially helpful & is a gentleman. We visited many places with subpar salesman before choosing to return to actually buy here after months of researching trucks both online and in person.

It's a shame to see all the condescending comments coming from "the manager" "the owner". Mrs. Andrew ? Really? Why would that be appropriate?I understand some frustration in this industry can be difficult to de-escalate an upset customer or a customer you KNOW lied to you. But those controls must be learned behavior. It's the job from top to bottom to handle the client with respect. Even if you don't, I cannot bring my fleet trucks and cars here. My concerns about getting correct service would have me tied up in knots.

Scott our sales guy was very helpful, and was not pushy. He did everything he could to help us get the truck that we wanted. We will definitely be coming back in the future for our next truck purchase.

Aweful experience! Their certified mechanic took a month to fix our Durango and it's still not drivable. They want $2100 from us and when we called to ask why we have such a high bill for only labor on a non fixed vehicle the owner laughed at us. He then continued to call my husband stupid, told us he wishes we would've never brought our vehicle there, and his shop manager also called my husband incompetent. They were rude, didn't do their job, and rung up an unnecessary bill to try to take advantage of people. After they fixed one problem they tried to continue to ring our bill up by telling us our brand new oil pump was bad, even though they were out driving it around town. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!! We wish we didnt!! Learn from our mistake! I DO NOT recommend them.

I have used several dealers in the area, but keep going back to these guys. Friendly service and always take the time to explain everything. Sales has always been easy to deal with and worked out a good deal for both of us.

Bought my Hellcat here. These guys are hilarious to deal with but they're on point. They don't jerk you around or play with their hands behind their backs like most dealerships. From start to finish was a seamless transition. That's how buying a car should be!

Great experience purchasing my Jeep from Militello Motors. I had an issue with the new insurance that turned out to be the fault of the insurance agency. (This was verified) I love my new jeep!

Awesome service Greg helped out with all the parts I needed and went above and beyond. Would recommend the dealership to anyone in the area being from el paso Texas this was the best service I have experienced being an over the road driving.

Very fast oil change, decent price, was able to get an appointment on my time very easily. Normally at other shops I have to have someone else take my vehicle in to have the services done because they weren't able to get me in when I didn't work.

Bought a 2014 Durango a year and a half ago told my salesman I thought the price was a little high but was told the value of doing business in a small town was that they stood behind what they sold. With a new wife and baby at home I saw what value that brought to the table "standing behind their product". Now its not shifting correctly and when I approached the owners about it I was told it was NASA type trickle affect technology and nobody understands it.... Stand behind your product.. my dead dying ass you do. Looks to me like you stand behind lies,deceit and whatever else it takes con someone into buying a vehicle.

Im a person interested in a vehicle they have posted. I live in Florida and inquired about a vehicle in conversation with the sales manager Greg. He was very rude to tell me that car wasn't for me and because I was looking to get a deal with a trade-in, insulted me like I couldn't afford to drive to Mn to get a car because he judged my show car as being a thug car that would belong to an 18 yr old, but I'm 44. But with trade-in or not was very interested in the car and willing to pay cash, but Greg continued to be rude and insulting me as some poor customer with no buyer on his vehicle and ready to put money on it. Since I have family in Fairmont that is very associated with the community, they will help in the this complaint as Militello Motors seem to like to discriminate.

We live in Houston, Texas. Our parents live in Fairmont and we usually drive up to Fairmont each Summer. Because of the distance, we usually had a checkup in Fairmot each year. Last Summer, after we had our Dodge serviced, we stopped by Militello because our airbag light was on. They fixed the problem and we had to wait for the part needed and it almost didn't have it on time. They fixed it the day before we left fairmont. When we pulled out of our in laws, we had a trailer and started toward Houston, when to our surprise, the AC wasn't working. The temps to our South were 105 degrees. We headed straight to Militello on that Summer morning and marked outside of Militello. The person in charge told us to immediately move our truck and trailer since it was in the way of their sales. We told him of our plight that we had to be in Houston in two days and that they had screwed up our AC when they took of the AC. We said that there was no way that we could drive south in those conditions and that we needed something to fix what they had screwed up. The person at Militello said there was nothing they could do on a Saturday and again told us to leave. We went to another repair company that went to another repair that was on Blue Earth and Prairie and they found that the folks at Militello had disconnected the AC control in the dash in trying to fix the minor program. It said us back one day because the Militello would not even look at our problem. These folks charged us nothing and got us back on the road.We will NEVER EVER go to Militello again in Fairmont. They are rude, and obviously screwed up our truck big time!Dave Plummer

I am looking for a new car and this being my first car i am sad to see the comments made here I was going to go here to buy a car but people all have their own opinions and I am an open-minded person but the more I read the more I realized whomever is responsible for these comments made on behalf of militello motors turn me off completely from buying a vehicle from you considering how you downgraded people who have gone through you for help regardless the outcome you did not need to put them down for everyone to view I get that you want to stick up for your business although the way you word certain things is so disrespectful it shows that you have a lack of consideration even though you're saying that you're sorry it's almost like a sarcasm sorry like sorry but not really sorry are you have a junky vehicle type of thing that's not cool very unprofessional of course this is my opinion an outlook online but the way you had spoke to other customers lost me as a customer and if you don't change this I'm sure you will lose others as well I'm just saying this for future reference you can take my advice however you choose however please don't think I'm criticizing you because I do not know you all I know is the way you message your customers back in my opinion you should think on that if you want to pull more customers in God bless you all

Was passing through town. stopped for parts at noon didn't realize everybody goes on lunch at noon (poor management decision) One of the sales guys there was very rude.
