I have purchased two vehicles in the past several months from Gregg Smitherman at Fairmont Ford. Very professional, made purchasing a vehicle very easy. I also greatly appreciated his laid-back attitude, so you don t have that high pressure sales feeling. I highly recommend this dealership. They have also provided service on my vehicle which was done timely and well! If you are considering a Ford purchase in Southern Minnesota, give this dealership a try!

We bought a 2020 Edge a couple of weeks ago from Kyle. We traded a pickup off so that we could get into our vehicle easier. We also wanted better mileage and we certainly got that also. Having bought many vehicles from Fairmont Ford we were treated like it was our first one there! We were not pressured, we received plenty of time to think over our purchase before signing on the dotted line. This was definitely a pleasurable experience! Thank you Kyle!

Recently, I had an exhaust manifold replaced on my F-150. Due to several broken manifold bolts, the job took longer than expected. The service department kept me informed on how the job was progressing. The final bill was less than the figure I had in mind, with removing several broken bolts. The people in the service department were very good to work with. Thanks.

I have purchased several vehicles, had car maintenance and repair and auto body repair work completed at Fairmont Ford and have always had excellent customer service in all of these departments. Gregg Smitherman is a superb, no pressure salesman and takes the time to orient you to your new vehicle. Fairmont, MN is lucky to have such an excellent Ford dealership with terrific customer service and wonderful employees.

It's nice to see in this highly competitive, occasionally misleading auto industry, that there are still quality, small-town dealerships with honest staff. Working with Fairmont Ford was a top-notch experience and Kyle, specifically, was a tremendous sales associate. He was a great communicator, responsive and listened to my questions and concerns. Most importantly, they were transparent from the first point of contact. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.

Thank you Fairmont Ford! Working with Paul was great. He did a good job explaining all the features my new Explorer has and getting everything set up for me. Went to Fairmont Ford dealer at 8am, spoke with Gregg S. about a new Ford Fusion. Took a test drive and told him to start the paperwork. Drove back our trade-in, settled on a price and drove away with the new Fusion in the early afternoon. Whole process was pretty seamless.

Great experience at Fairmont Ford! Everyone was kind, helpful, and thoughtful of my wants and needs. Kyle did a great job of giving me time and space to drive and inspect the vehicle I was interested in. He was also willing to spend time with me going over all the options the vehicle had to offer. Never once did I feel pressured or expected to purchase the vehicle. Also, thanks to Lori who took the time to help me with the financing. You were very patient and helpful. - My most recent experience purchasing a new vehicle was the same as my first one at Fairmont Ford and that included excellent service, fair pricing and a staff the knows their product! Ever since I bought my first vehicle from Fairmont Ford we have been nothing but pleased with all aspects of their service and committment to their customers! My whole family now uses Fairmont Ford for any vehicle purchase needs.

I was 100% pleased with the service I received while buying a new vehicle. Kyle did a wonderful job he was polite and didn t pressure me to buy anything . He was absolutely knowledgeable on every aspect of the F150 I purchased. James took care of the financial aspects and did a wonderful job they made a great team. What a great experience! I had a personal referral to Fairmont Ford this December '21 and I live over 2 hours away! (I had been praying about an easy-find, reliable, and reasonably priced vehicle, as no one in my family is very car savvy or enjoys looking for a new one. So, I went with confidence that God was in the referral.)Paul, in sales, greeted me with several vehicles of interest, already warming up, on on a very chilly day! He gave me space and time to test drive each vehicle but was ready to answer any questions I had. He was restful to be around, not pushy! He was knowledgeable, honest, and helpful... Once I decided on a vehicle, the whole team was efficient and accommodating and helped wrap up the the purchase! While the paperwork was completed, someone was sprucing up the Ford Edge so that by the time I was ready to drive it away it was warmed up and clean from bumper to bumper, both inside and out! Paul took time to make sure I was ready to head out and left me with the impression that I have finally found a car sales company I can trust and return to for another vehicle in the future! I was impressed with my experience from my first phone call to the final drive away.I am loving my used Ford Edge and have found no hidden negative surprises!Thanks Fairmont Ford! I will be back!! ; )

This was my second vehicle purchase at Fairmont Ford. Kyle did a great job of showing the Bronco and explaining the features to me. I appreciate Lori's ability to give different finance options and answer my questions! Fairmont Ford has a trustworthy team that focuses on customer service. When I come into the dealership I know I will be greeted by my name by either Ben or Lori. I am very happy with my Bronco!

We had such a great experience with Fairmont Ford. We live 3 hours away so we inquired by email to Kyle Flohrs several times. Kyle even answered me on a weekend. Kyle did an excellent job with us. My first time working with Kyle at Fairmont Ford was terrific. His patience and knowledge kept me coming back until he helped me find the right car for me. Lori in the office was very helpful with all the financial part of my Ford Edge purchase.
