Start to finish Scott Nowak made this an easy process. Communication was spot on, I never felt pressure to do anything and given the size of the purchase it was really smooth! Scott made it pleasant and really explained every detail of what I was buying. The delivery was on time and they did exactly what they said they would. Post delivery there were a few issues and they jumped on them. I still have an issue with one component but the way they handle it puts me at ease that it ll be taken care of. I would 100% recommend buying a boat from Scott. He understands customer service and takes these big purchases serious while putting you at ease that you made the right decision

I bought a new Sea Ray from Scott. I live around 300 miles from the dealership. The whole deal was done over the phone. They even delivered the boat to my front door. The delivery specialist was willing to take the time to dock the boat at our local lake and go through all the features even though he had to drive 5 hours back home. I've been waiting to post a review as I wanted to see how things went with the boat. So far I've had a few issues (being a first time boat owner I'm learning that you will always have a few issues regardless of the boat you buy). MarineMax has handled all of my issues over the phone as well. The biggest reason I feel the need to post this review is the fact that I called 9 other boat dealerships. I gave them all my cell, email and explained in detail what I was looking to accomplish. Only two of the dealerships (One being MarineMax) even attempted to sell me a boat. Scott went way over and above compared to the other boat dealers.

The staff at the shop is fantastic! We bought a new G23 from Mike and had on water intro from Max. Great experience all around. Glad to have a slip right next to the store. On my first solo day on the lake, I was a bit apprehensive pulling into my slip. I gave the shop a call and Max came right out and talked me through it. Thanks guys!

We have purchased two boats with John in the last two years, and we had a wonderful experience with both. John goes above and beyond to help and make our experience the best on the lake! His crew at the Excelsior location are always on hand with a friendly smile and knowledge of the lake and boats.

We love our boat, but we love working with the Marine Max team just as much. Jesse Milless is absolutely fantastic to work with. Mike Andersen goes above and beyond, and has become a great friend. I have purchased 2 sea rays from Mike Anderson at Marine Max. He and Marine Max have been wonderful to me and my family. These guys are great and best in the business. I am close to buying my third sea ray from them in 2019!

Excellent customer service and well informed staff. You are able to try out the boats and even surf behind them to get a feel for them. Would definitely return to purchase our next nautique.

Bought an 80 " Jobe Tornado for the kids and it submerged when towed as they were to small to hold up the front. Tried to return it and they said hey could not take it back. They said it was a known problem and I could buy an inflatable ball to keep the nose up. Would have bought something else if they told me that. Consider return policies next time you try to support a local shop. Paid $199 and could have bought it online for $142.
