Personable, professional, and proficient. I highly recommend trying their services. I have two older vehicles and they have taken good care of both over the years. Prices are reasonable, and they don't work on your car until you have details and pricing. I came out of my Chiropractor in Excelsior in the middle of a huge snow storm. I turned on my windshield wipers and my passenger wiper flew off!! I'm like Oh my Goodness now what am I going to do? I get out and look at the wiper and sure enough it's broken at the spot where I could have reattached the wiper. I began calling around to the various auto repair shops and I find Gary's First Class Auto Repair had wipers that MIGHT fit my car. I have 2005 Saturn Vue. I limp over to their shop only turning the wiper on occasionally because I don't want to scratch my windshield. The snow is coming down hard I can barley see the road. They have my size!! I tell him I'm so grateful that they could help me! But of course he responds back when I told him I was so grateful.. I would have really been in a mess if it weren't for your garage. He responds back "I haven't helped you yet" The owner or manager was at the front desk. He wasn't very nice as he waits on me, nice to all the other customers as they check out, but not to me the entire time I'm standing there. I tried to interact but he was still so rude!! The young kid who put on my wipers was very pleasant. But the part that irked me the most is they charged me a disposal fee for my wipers!! One of the wipers was sitting on the floor of my passenger floor so they only had the one they took off. As a courtesy they could have told me there would be a fee for disposing of the wipers and given me a choice! It wasn't cheap!! Of course it's my fault because I didn't notice until I get home and by then I figure OH why bother. I should have called. But beware of places that charge fees and YOU not seeing them before you walk out that door!! And what does it take for a little kindness to everyone who is in your shop!!!I'm editing this review!!Gary called me from his shop and apologized for his employee's attitude towards me stating that he would take care of how I was treated. He also explained I was not for charged for disposing of my wipers that that's a fee that the county charges. We had a great chat and after that I would go there again. I appreciated that he reached out to make things right. Great customer service and really paying attention to how how his shop was reviewed on the internet!!

Great service! A friend of mine referred me to Gary's. My window was stuck half way up and would not go up or down. They fit me in right way and fixed the window. The cost was amazingly reasonable. I love supporting a local shop that doesn't charge an arm and leg!

We have had all of our cars serviced at Gary's First Class Car Care and they do an outstanding job! Whether it's maintenance, repairs or something new, they are honest, thorough and prompt with their service and work. Their cost is also reasonable when compared with other larger competitors and/or dealerships. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Significantly more expensive than other shops for basic services. Make sure you ask for a detailed quote in advance and compare. They got the extra from me this one time, but I won't be returning.

The crew at Gary's have been taking care of our vehicles for years, they are always fair in pricing and never pressure you into doing unnecessary repairs. Not only that but they are good people who do so much to make Excelsior the great community that it is! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
