Cynthia was fantastic! This was my first accident and I had my car towed here being close to my house in Excelsior. I was offered helpful information that really helped me navigate what to do and how to proceed with decision to ultimately total the car based on condition. Cynthia as the owner of this local business helped more than they received as a benefit. I just think that is unprecedented in a stressful situation. She single handedly took the stress out. My only feedback is there was confusion between Collision and Color and the other body shop in town ,turns out there are two - who knew?). So, double check address and phone detail if working with a claim. This location is near the animal hospital and Garden Parch on County road 19.

Had a very bad experience having this shop work on my father's high end sports car. It's like they didn't even care. Told him to source his own parts, didn't answer his phone calls, were very rude to him (and me) and that certain things "were on him" and then denied damaging things that were not previously damaged. Beware.

NEVER will I go to Collision & Color again. Made an appointment three weeks ago. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done on Friday. I had not heard from them all week so I called on Friday morning to discuss picking up the car. They said that they had not started yet. No explanation. I told them I would pick up the car immediately. When I arrived, owners wife was at the front desk. She handed me the key with no apology. She didn't even want to make eye contact. It was only after I began to complain that the owner came out. He apologized and explained how the repair business works and how busy they were. What he could not explain was how service works. They do not get it. My perception is that they are arrogant and simply did not care. After I left, the owner called (apparently their phones do work and they do have my number). He offered me a free loaner vehicle if I wanted to bring my car back. I wanted to tell him that some repair services offer that anyway. Not just as an apology. It's a good thing that they are busy. Because they will not get my business.

I would highly recommend this body shop , they have been doing work for me for for many years . I build Custom motorcycles and they Always do top quality work . Paint as well as body work or fabrication . Can't say enough about Brad and Cynthia and there employees. Have referred many friends as well and always heard back how pleased they have been as well. I want to say Thank You personally for Always doing a excellent job ! Hard to find a shop you can trust today

This is the second time Collision and Color has repaired my SUV. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my vehicle, but they helped me with putting in the insurance claim, pushing the insurance company to get me a rental car immediately, and other information that was very helpful. I was so excited when I got my SUV back and to see that it looked just like new. I highly recommend this auto body shop!! They truly care about you and your car, not just how fast they can get it done. They are very professional and truly caring people. Thank you Collision and Color!!

I can t sing their praises enough. Customer service is incredible, Cindy will take care of you. Brad s work is second to none. Just a great shop.

I had my 2013 Hyundai repaired here. Staff was friendly and my car looked great when it was done. Their attention to detail was fabulous. They even coordinated with my insurance company for a rental car. I highly recommend Collision and Color.

After an accident I went to Collision & Color and received a quick estimate with a matching guarantee. I decided to get my car repaired there and I'm glad I did. They have rentals onsite which I used and my car came back looking great. They even cleaned it inside and out which was a pleasant bonus plus a gift card for pizza at Joey Nova's. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, convenient, stress-free repair shop.

I had a bad experience here. They quoted me one price for a fender repair and repaint and charged me another. When pressed to explain the up charges she could not. I felt it was a bait and switch. Cindy didn t apologize or seem empathetic at all. Terrible experience on a very easy repair.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have been here with multiple vehicles both business and personal and always recieved prompt and friendly service. I always am impressed with the work done too. They make my cars and trucks look like new.

I don't know the quality of the repair done, as I was paying for damage to somebody else's car. But, the problem we had was that we brought the car in for an estimate, and then dropped it off on Monday, to be repaired by Friday. However, the repair was not done by Friday, and they were closed for the next 5 days for the Christmas holiday, so we ended up with an extra 6 days paying for a rental car. When I asked why it wasn't done on Friday and we weren't told about this in advance, they said that you can't know how long a repair will take until the very last moment. I just don't know whether to believe that, but the result of that and limited business days was 6 extra days of a rental car.Also, the cost of the repair itself increased to several hundred dollars over the estimate. This apparently was because of additional damage that couldn't be seen when the estimate was done.

Hatchet job liars. Gave me an estimate to repair bumper, door and front fender. Obviously forgot to repair the bumper but painted it anyway...I guess hoping I was an idiot and wouldn't notice I guess. Brought it back and then Brad proceeded to explain how it was damaged before and needed additional work and/or parts. He never called to tell me any of that which I would have gladly approved. Instead he just painted over chipped and cracked paint. The bumper is out of alignment and has THE LONGEST worst sagging paint job I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! I would have understood an honest mistake but then he just flat-out lies to me about having repaired it. Don't bother here...lots of other body shops around. Save your time, go elsewhere.Their motto is "100 percent satisfaction 100 percent of the time" - easy to say, but apparently really hard to do. There are 2 one star reviews on yelp... that's 100 percent dissatisfaction here! Additionally they get one 2 star rating on Google! Don't believe the testimonials they have on their website....you know who's posting that BS.

Whenever the unfortunate situation comes up and my car has damage, there is only one place to call. Cindy and Brad are just fantastic, their shop immaculate, and staff are professional. i recommend all my customers to them.

Talked to Cindy on the phone and seemed more than willing to look at my motorcycle for some paint work. I sent her the photos as she requested and never heard back. I followed up with another email and never heard from them.

They did such a great job fixing my car, for the amount of damage that was done I was able to get it back in a timely manner and they even vacuumed it out for me by the time I picked it up. Would highly recommend.
