ASK AND YOU SHALL RECIEVE!I own a 2014 Ford Flex AWD that had become a handful just trying to keep it on the road. Needed tires, an alignment, some steering components replaced and needed it ASAP!These guys got me in as soon as my tires showed up, and within hours of dropping my car off, they had the vehicle driving straight as an arrow. My bill turned out to be less than what I was quoted and it was fixed right the first time.Exceptional service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a clean shop.10/10 would recommend

Excellent service very accommodating with emergency repair, they will do their best to squeeze it in and get the job done.That was the case with my water pump, a job well done.Unlike other shops that I have been in for oil changes they will give it a Quick Look and if anything is found they will let you know.Then you can make the decision to fix it or leave it.

I brought my horse trailer in for general maintenance. They went through everything. Fixed my hitch, mounted my spare tire ! I would definitely recommend John and his technicians

Highly recommend.I had unplanned mechanical troubles with my truck during a work trip, and they took great care of us the entire experience and got me back in the road the same day. Quite the blessing.Shouts out to the awesome folks at JM!

Very nice people and facilities, but there are some hidden fees since the last oil change. The 39.99 synthetic oil change coupon used to get you that price , but this time there was an extra charge for labor. It came to $57.

I'm new to the area and am so grateful to have stumbled upon this shop while researching places to get auto repairs done. The waiting area has comfortable seating, a clean rest room and free coffee and WiFi. The shop is clean, brightly lit and visible from the waiting area. The folks at the desk are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. They provide up front estimates and seem fairly priced for the area. They even offer financing through NAPA. It's a busy place so there is occasionally a wait for parts and service, but they call a soon as things are available and are flexible with drop offs, pick ups and waiting customers. If we need service again, we'll be bank

I got my oil changed on November 9th. I appreciated the coupon I received in the mail & that they didn't try hassling me with a bunch of upgrades. Just some future knowledge. Pleasant atmosphere & comfortable waiting area. I'll definitely be back!

Justin and Kevin were so kind when we had unexpected car issues, they were able to get us in that morning and when we had to wait in the lobby with a rambunctious toddler, they went above and beyond to keep us entertained and comfortable while we waited for a fix. 10/10 recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

J&M auto service did a very professional pre- alignment inspection and discovered a major safety issue. We discussed the best option and before releasing the car back to me checked the fluid levels. For the safety issue the dealership I purchased the car from is taking care of the issue. I highly recommend J&m and I will be giving them my future service work.

Stopped in due to noise in car and unable to run heater because of it. Front desk talked to tech who brought car in right away and took care of the problem immediately. Turns out it was about 300 acorns in car. Thank you JM Auto in Eveleth.

Efficient Knowledgeable and KindI have used J M several times after having used several other services. J M offers great automotive services without ripping you off. They take notice of issues and share their findings and when these services should be addressed. They do not try to create a panic backed by outrageous prices. In my experience they provide services and reasonable pricing compared to their competitors. I will remain a loyal customer and have recommended them to my friends. JM Auto Service did an excellent job of helping us out. We re visiting the area and had a couple indicator lights come on. Being 8 hours from home, they quickly got us in to run diagnostics to see what was up. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience at JM Auto. Had my truck suspension diagnosed and brought it back for alignment after doing the work. The tech showed me his screen and explained what was needed and later what he had done.Shop is very neat and very clean and the service techs and others dressed neatly and appropriately. There are apparently standards and it shows.The most exceptional thing I saw that day was an interaction between an older and apparently regular customer and a service advisor. The customer had apparently brought her car in for some sort of noise. The service advisor explained the the source of the noise had been identified, that it was not serious and didn t yet need repair but that the tech would keep an eye on it during later service visits. That looked to me like the perfect opportunity for another shop to perform work not needed and drive up the cost. That s an honest shop with obviously a culture of honesty. Couple that with a neat, clean shop and professional work and it s easy to recommend JM Auto. Out-of town customers need not fear being taken advantage of.Service: General repairs

Everytime I stop in for service they are more than happy to help and fit me in promptly. Bought a Western V plow and couldn't be happier when the plow and the service behind it. The owner goes above and beyond to help anyway he can. Really nice to see him so involved. Great work crew!

JM auto went out of their way to find me the right parts at a great price for my truck. Very friendly staff and worked hard, even had to use multiple suppliers to make sure I was taken of. They also installed a plow on my UTV and did an excellent job and keep all of the maintenance and wear parts for it on hand when I ve needed anything. Top notch service at J.M. I had the oil changed and several other repairs were noticed. They told me what was the most important so I had options as far as how much money I was spending when over a period of time. They are always kind and respectful and willing to answer whatever questions I have.

This was a routine auto service, and as always, it is painless to set up the appointment to fit our schedule. Their staff, from the front desk to the back shop are friendly and give great service.The only service we do miss from the prior owner is the monitoring information as to whether there is something mechanical we will need to have replaced or repaired. Everyone was friendly and helpful. With just about every repair I do I d rather go to a small shop compared to a large corporation. I m very happy that they were able to get me in quickly, and get me a quick appointment for another repair that I need. We stopped in the parking lot here on a road trip because our tire pressure was getting low. They were closed but the man inside (didn't get his name unfortunately) still came out to help and ended up opening up the garage so he could fill up our tires free of charge. We really appreciated the help! If I lived in the area I would definitely bring my car back here.

An out-of-towner, I showed up at the opening door on a Friday without an appointment. Even though down several technicians, Justin found time to squeeze me in. I was back on the road before 10:30. Can t say enough about the quick service they were able to provide. If I lived in the area, this would be my regular service choice!

Living in Minnesota:The best service at JM beyond the repair of your car is the option of having a loaner car. The staff understood the loaner was going to St. Paul and it was not a problem for them. They are patient and understanding.
