This is a follow up review of my reviews from November and July. The soda machine with coke products still has an inoperative ice dispenser and is still mixing soda improperly despite multiple pleas to get it fixed. Every review I leave about it here, is met with an ineffective response from corporate that they will raise the issue with store management. Casey's general offices appear completely unwilling to assure their stores are held accountable. I guess I will have to drive down to Ankeny and address the issue personally.[The reply below is an exact duplicate of the reply I received in November.]

Came here a few weeks ago forgot I took this picture until I looked back in my photos. This is disgusting! A half smoked cigarette was laying out on the counter where a child could have easily reached it not clean AT ALL! Another cigarette IN THE KITCHEN!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Zoomed in so you could see it was already partially smoked, so gross! I would not eat here if I were you. 0 stars if I could

Walked in the store at 9:30 Pm on a Monday, got gawked at by all of the workers as if they were about to greet me, but instead kept staring so I stared back.. as a previous review said, weird staff

Like most Casey's, insufficient rest rooms for amount of business. Will take my business elsewhere so a refueling doesn't take so much time.

Just a stop for gas and the restroom. Workers were friendly and the men s bathroom was pretty clean from what I saw. Had good cash back on the upside app.

Such a disappointment! We LOVE Casey's and tend to be confidant that they will have what we want. This morning, however, 9/26, it was terrible. Flies hovering around the coffee station, the trash swing doors too filthy to want to use, a later of dirty yuk in to of everything. The worst? The woman behind the food counter had a productive cough that she didn't even try to hide. She just openly coughed on her work station and the food! WT?? It was super gross. So, no breakfast for us.

Always clean and well lit for the night time drivers. I think they have the best pizza around at a gas station. It hits the spot and keeps me going for a few hours on 2 slices and pop. Staff is nice and quick to help and get you on the road again.

Men's restroom is disgusting, two garbage cans and both over flowing, toilet paper and towels on the floor and toilets are brown and dirty. Garbage on the floor in the store, not sure what they do all day, but this is not the first time I have seen this.

Front counter staff seemed rather lazy, store was fairly clean, fountain pop was "out of ice" not out of order-most convenience stores would grab a large bag of ice from their freezer to fill ice hoppers which they could have easily done with one or two bags given the low traffic. Have been there before and it seems to have gone downhill a notch or two in the last 6 months.

Their pizza is the reason why I stop here a lot. It's so hard to find edible food in truck stop, let alone good food.

The store was nice and open, which made the nice selections of beverages, snacks and other goods easily viewable, even from a distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, as well. We got a couple of sub sandwiches, and the lady who helped us was really nice (I wish I had gotten her name), cared about the amount of ingredients on our sandwiches, and said ingredients look good and are delicious 10/10 I would come back again! Thank you!

This Casey's is generally well run. Lately they have had difficulty keeping certain items in stock. This is likely not their fault, but still disappointing. Because it's a decent place, it's still worth going despite the stock shortages.

I have been to several different Casey's stores some better than others, but this one I would definitely have to say was the worst one I have ever been to. We stopped to get a breakfast bite, and my fruit was expired and my breakfast sandwich was "just outta the fridge"COLD. I brought this up and was told "you have to wait for the lights to warm it up" Couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Don t advertise breakfast items if ur going to make a big deal out of making one.Was out of town and the guy made a big deal that it was 1230 and my father wanted a breakfast burrito. Bathroom was also out of toilet paper and dirty floors

A very busy Casey's. Hit or miss if there is ever any hot food items in the warmer cabinet. Very often there are pumps out of service. But, it's the only option by me and thankfully they are 24/7

Good place to stop for trucks. Good selection of food including hot food, especially good selection that you can't find elsewhere at big chain truck stops. Fast service. Bathrooms could be more tidy, but that has to do with people coming in and out how clean they are and willing to clean up after themselves.

Caseys in Ellendale and Blooming Prairie are my most frequent stops, although I'm sure all of them are much the same. Friendly service, love their pizzas and their brownie bites are one if my 2 yr old granddaughters favorite Nana surprises.

This is the worst store I've been to as far a cleanliness. Bathrooms are filthy, and so are the gas and diesel pumps. The employees are not professional at all. One lady was talking so loud about her personal life to other employees that I could hear her from the back of the store.

Jed P is good at saucin up them pies. 5 stars. He also deserves a raise in my opinion for the great service he has shown me. He shows a great work ethic, and i look forward to coming back.
