Went to get an oil change yesterday, and they mess up my under cover up. Didn't even let me know or try to put new screws on or anything. Hopefully, they did not mess up anything more than this, or they will be looking for a new career.

Always a quick visit. Had a tire blow out up north on a road trip and Walmart was very quick to get me in and out. About an hours time and with a last minute appointment made. Just so happened they had EXACTLY one set of the tires I needed. Thank you for helping me in a time of need!

Incorrectly mounted and balanced 2 of my 4 new tires I bought here (1 tire wasn t even mounted correctly). Called for an appointment to fix issue and turns out they never did that correct either and had the balls to turn me away since I was a walk-in and didn t have an appointment. Will never go here again. Went to Discount Tire and they fixed their issue in 20 minutes.

Had the tire center put new all season tires on my vehicle. The shop was kind and prompt and I was on my way within about 45mins. The only reason I dropped it a star is because they indicated they brought the psi to the recommended amount and it was not accurate. It was below on 3 of the 4 by more than 2-3. Better to test when the vehicle is actually on the ground. Had me worried tires were faulty or leaking air.

I wanted to give a shout out to Miles at the auto center. I had a tire pressure sensor fault I was looking to get fixed. He came out to my car, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot by resetting the sensor. There was no actual issue with the sensor and I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty when he could have told me it needed to be replaced and I would not have known any different. I asked how much money I owe for resetting the sensor and he told me nothing. I offered him cash for his time and effort but he refused to take it. Walmart is lucky to have such an honest, hardworking employee in Miles and I hope they appreciate him for that! I will be coming back for future care issues simple because of how Miles treated me today. Thanks you Miles, I appreciate you!!

If I could give this store a negative score, I would. They don't have real mechanics, so all they can do is change tires and allegedly do oil changes. When they take your tires off, they can't even tell you that your shocks don't look the same, and definitely can't tell you they need replacement. Told me I had to call the tire manufacturer to make a warranty claim. Tire manufacturer said, actually, the retailer makes a warranty claim, not the customer. When I called the manager the next morning he told me he would do some checking and call me back. I had to call him back 9 hours later, in case he had already gone home for the day. Guess you really do get what you pay for there.

Elk River is an awesome fast service auto care place to go.OMG, I really love this place they went the extra mile to get the job done, so much appreciated. Mariah is a great greeter. Michelle and Zaden fixed my car and did a little cleaning on my first seat. Good-looking out. I am sorry it smelled of smoke and has aches on the seat. Thank you.

I called on Sunday and spoke to Beckey and although it was the end of her shift, she helped me and got me scheduled for the next day for 4 new tires and an oil change. Her and the crew were awesome and very friendly. Beckey has helped us before when we have taken in our used oil and had to dump it. She is very friendly and accommodating even though the department is always swamped. We appreciate the work that all of you do and thank you for the quick turn around and for being so helpful! On our way up north we noticed a nail in our tire that was un-drivable. No other place was open and they were able to get us in and have a new tire on, without an appointment, in under 45 minutes. Ryan and Becky were incredibly helpful and the only reason we didn t have to drive back into the Twin cities and delay our trip. We are so grateful for them. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Christmas Eve, I came in to have 2 tires mounted, balanced, and rotation. They forgot to rotate my rear to the front. After the holiday, we spoke with them, and the tech verified it was a mistake on their part, and they gave me 2 brand new tires for free due to the mixup. Hands down the best automotive center in a Walmart that I've been to. Both times I was in and out within an hour, Christmas eve and new years day.

Had a flat and called to have a new tire placed on the rim, was told no issue come on up after changing the flat. Walked in and was greated by a cold inhospitable employee that essentially told me to f off and get out. Wouldn't recommend even to my most hated of acquaintances

Staff was very helpful taking the 6 new 12 volt batteries for our motorcoach out to my pickup truck and load them into the truck. Returned the old battery cores the next day and got the same great service. Bravo!

Awful customer service! I have been to this place several times now and have yet to actually get service. They leave customers at the counter for very long times and seem to have poor communication between employees. From what I have seen, about 50% of people who are in line actually get service done on their vehicle.4 people lined up at 8am for car service, 2 get service and 2 leave. How can an oil change take two hours when you are there when the business opens? They just don't care. It is a shame because they would have the cheapest oil change in town if anyone was able to actually get one...

The manager Jacob is a great guy. I came in for some tires and they only had one type of the size I needed, but advertised to have others of the type available. He made things better by giving me a discount on the one type they did have. Good customer service

They are usually booked out on appointments a week from your inquiry. Walk-ins are welcome, however you may not get service because the staff are spread thin. I saw many people told it would be several hours to get service if there were an opening. I pre-ordered and paid for four tires a week prior and had to make an appointment for the following week. If you don't pick up @ the seventh day, they usually refund your purchase automatically and ship it back to the warehouse. While I made the appointment I asked to make sure the tires didn't get refunded and sent back, yet when I arrived for my appointment they couldn't dispense the tires. Guess why? They were going through the refund process. It took about 2 hours for my tires to get done including the hiccup and the tire replacement. Otherwise it was good service.

I had a great experience with Becky and the guys here! Everybody was really helpful despite being extremely busy. I wouldn t hesitate to come back here for future oil changes!

If I could give a zero star rating I would I was very disappointed. To start out with I went in for an oil change. They did not have my oil filter and suggested I go to the auto place next door after calling them to get one. So after walking there and picking it up and spending over $6 on a filter that was supposed to be provided in their services I walked back. They gave me a $2 reduction for brining in my own filter when it was supposed to have been included in their package. Again very disappointed I had to pay for the new filter and was then told that my oil was leaking when it didn t in the past.

Would not change tire due to awd situation. I told him it's not full time awd, he would not listen call his boss and started cussing as he walks away from me. So sad and embarrassing I can't believe he represents walmart, considering my wife works at Corporate in Bentonville. We were embarrassed.

Several staff called in I'll. Waited 2 hours and my car still had not been service. Staff that was there were very kind so it's too bad they were short the ones there get 5 stars for still working and putting up with sour customers

This place is an absolute disaster. I called before going an was put on hold and forgotten. Then we went in and stood in line while people who worked there seemed to have no concept of customer service. We signed in and no one seemed to know how long it would take before we would get in for our oil change. When we came back from shopping we were told at least another hour, then we were told our vehicle was in. We looked and we were not in so they had no idea which vehicle was even ours. No apology for our wait. And they left our vehicle unlocked out in the parking lot. I would recommend NEVER going there

Here s the deal... don t even begin your business here. Being understaffed is one thing, but being understaffed and SEVERELY undertrained is another. If you re in store you can witness service reps blatantly ignoring the phone. If you ve managed to even get your car started with these guys you certainly won t have it done when promised. You can literally find yourself waiting for an hour in line before a rep even starts TALKING to you as they are usually handling a problem they ve created. Couldn t find my tires. Couldn t get a manager over there to do some override for over half an hour, all the while 4 people behind me were not helped one bit. Seriously. Listen to these other warnings. There is maybe one person amongst the circus that might have a clue but they re likely on break.

I brought in a 2008 Volkswagen Golf GTI in need of some tires and I got a great deal on them. I was working with Todd and was satisfied with his work. I also had them replace my oil and filter, I brought in my own parts and they were fine with it. I got a great deal over all. Good customer service. No complaints. I also had my brother bring in his 2003 Infiniti G35 for some rear tire replacements and had awesome pricing and had tons of selections in stock. Will be coming back to work more with Todd's team. 5/5 stars for me

Changing 4 tires shouldn't take 2.5 hours. Nice staff inside but no sense of urgency in the garage. Won't be back here again

Never do an oil change here. There was only one car ahead of me. I have been waiting for 2 and a half+ hours for my car to be done. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to do an oil change! I had a half hour wait before my car was able to get in. This is BS. I would do zero stars, but i can't.
