Awesome experience. Younger guy was so helpful. We were stuck in thier parking lot when our alternator went out. Thank you Napa Elk River!

I would give a zero if possible. My daughter received a gift that she had the receipt for and stated multiple times that it was a gift that she wanted to return. The clerk returned the item onto the card of person who gave the gift. I understand it is hard to hear with masks. The clerk really wanted to correct the situation. The manager actually gets the zero. She had zero empathy or understanding and simply shrugged with a too bad attitude stating, once it s on the card, there s nothing I can do. This customer service is unacceptable. It s also strange that with a receipt that we couldn t get cash back. I won t be doing business with Auto Zone.

They had a great customer appreciation day cookout it was very good !! I won me a $25 gift card from Applebee's. They're very GETTING your auto products and there delivery great !

Great help. Very knowledgeable. They helped me figure out a ground problem causing feedback through my audio system. Great service I would highly recommend napa for your parts and help needs

Always have good selection of parts in stock. Service is usually friendly and fast. I like to call and verify availability of needed parts and they are always accurate and hold the part for me.

I like going to Napa because they usually have what you need, and if they don't one of there other stores will deliver it in a reasonable amount of time also all of there employees are very knowledgeable with the auto industry.

Great staff, very helpful. The new LED lighting in this store really brightens the place up and makes visiting here more pleasant.

They never have the stuff I need in stock however they carry my fav car care products wizards so I end up stopping in from time to time
