I worked with Brian today to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter s first car. He was very friendly and helpful! Overall, it was a great experience and look forward to coming back in a few years for my own her daughter.

Great guys and great vehicle. They truly care about their customers and want to provide great service, so give them the chance. We bought a vehicle from Brian and Josh, though the real boss is Stewie the dog.If they find a cheap bobcat to sell, we'll be back.

Im 40 years old and never bought a car from a car lot. These guys made the experience a great one! They were so helpful and very informative, and they replied quickly. I bought a Mazda CX-5 from them. It's an excellent vehicle and I've never been happier! The hour drive for me was well worth it. I would definitely buy from them in the future. Absolutely stellar experience!

AMAZING experience!For those reading all the reviews, please do yourself a favor and scroll right past the trolls with the 1 star; they must have been having a bad day or something.I inquired about a 2015 and 2016 Ford Explorer a couple of days ago. Within the hour Josh responded and let me know their hours during the holiday weekend and that the 2016 was still available. We drove down and met with his employee Brian- great first impression! Down to earth and super nice. Also met Dan who was working on two other vehicles. We test drove, and let him know we had an appointment to check out other vehicles and would be in touch. We came back a while later and bought the SUV on the spot.Pro tip: Google maps tries to take you to the Kia Dealer. Marshall Motors is actually in the next building up the block in the Heritage Building.

Brian was SO helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing my new car! I felt much more comfortable shopping here instead of a large dealership. Had a wonderful experience with Marshall Motors. Brian Lee is amazing and very knowledgeable. Helped me find a car that worked best for me. All of their options are good quality, and I highly suggest if you are looking for a used vehicle you check out their inventory. I had terrible experiences at the bigger lots and Marshall Motors is that hidden gem. Please check them out if you are looking for a new used vehicle! The owner is very nice too. But shout out to Brain for being so great!

I went to Marshall Motors with the intention of looking at a Nissan Rouge. It was sitting out front and ready for me to drive the second I arrived. I had been messaging back and forth with one of the owners, John, prior to my arrival. John was extremely down to earth, personable, humorous, and friendly. He walked me through the whole experience of purchasing my first vehicle. After test driving the Nissan Rouge, I knew it wasn't the car for me. I asked if there were any other SUV's on lot within my price range, and he suggested the Volvo XC90, which I instantly fell in love with. I purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago and still have zero complaints. Highly recommend this place!

Josh is extremely unprofessional and will lie to you. Just about all their cars come from crashed auctions and you will not be getting a good vehicle. RUN AWAY from these crooks!!!

Great service, I was looking for a first car and wasnt sure what to get. Josh went out of his way to find me the perfect car. It was very affordable and has been a very reliable vehicle, even a year later.I've personally recommended this place to a few of my friends as well. Any issues with the car were very minor and I was told upfront what they were.
