Great business. Unlike SO many other auto recyclers, these guys1) reply.2) have quality parts.3) know their stuff.4) are helpful.If you use a recycler, use Hans. Others are nowhere near this good.

Called the fellas at Hans for a manual transmission out of a 93 Volvo and they had one pulled a little over a week after I put a deposit down. Drove down there and picked it up! Easy peasy.Also, neat place, lots of euro memorabilia all over the place and they have a cat in the front office that if you re lucky will come say hello to you.

Han s Auto Parts is by far the best junkyard I have gone through. Someone has been messing with my girlfriends vehicle and recently decided to drill a hole in her gas tank. I called Hans and talked to Scooter telling him about my situation, he found the item that I needed instantly! He made such an impact on that day with everything going on, the one thing he did made my day. I was worried about when I d be able to get the part because of my working hours, so scooter decided to have the item shipped to my store so I didn t have to go out of my way to pickup the part. Thank you, for your amazing customer service. Keep it up!

Scooter, Brian and Brent are the best team in the cities. I call these guys with the wildest things and they always can help me get what I need. I don't like to use used parts but when I do I always know that my phone call will go to these guys. Sister needed a rear hatch. They left it outside until I could meet here there to get it. Also let us leave old hatch with busted window there for them t ok dispose of for us which I thought was cool. I've dealt with them over the years always fair pricing and good service

Great interaction. I needed new hvac controls for my subaru and my only other option was a dealer. I called them up and got exactly what I needed pulled and shipped to my house. Two days later I had it in my car. Everything works as meant and looks perfect. Saved a ton of money by not going through the dealer for this!

Bought a 1500$ remanufactured transfer case with a warranty. lasted 2500 miles before leaving me stranded.Hans owners did nothing but make up excuses about how they assume I drive, then wanted to sell me another junkremanufactured case for 1200$. If you need an old hubcap off a VW beetle call Hans. Otherwise call literally anywhere else for decent parts and service .

My daughter s driver side window was stuck open and needed a driver side window switch replaced, and we were quoted $255 at our local shop. Decided to watch a YouTube video and it seemed very easy to replace, so we located the part at Hans via CarPart.com. Called to confirm they had it and they did but it was about an hour before they closed. I wasn t sure if we would get there on time, but the friendly gentleman who answered the phone offered to take my payment over the phone and leave it outside in case we got there after close! We ended up getting there on time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got the part, came home, and my 16-year-old daughter installed it in five minutes. Window works great now! They saved the day for sure because I wasn t looking forward to paying that much for the window to be repaired. We will definitely be back if we need any other parts!

Needed a hard to find part for a CRX. Hans came through for us and made the process as simple as possible. Scooter was excellent to work with and the part arrived here in Utah in a reasonable time frame.

Great place with great honest prices. Well worth the hour drive both times I ve gone. Each item was around $30 compared to at least $100 everywhere else I could have found the parts.

Great experience, start to finish. Had been communicating with Bryan via e-mail about available doors for my 2001 Saab. He answered all my questions quickly and even located several quality options matching my paint color. We made the trip out on a Saturday to check things out and were greeted at the front office by several well-behaved shop dogs, what appeared to be some family, and just excellent customer service. Bryan is a laid back guy who has a clear knowledge of and appreciation for automobiles. He talked to me about some options they might have for another job I was looking to do, gave us the lay of the land, and let us take our time foraging the yard.Everything was super well organized. Excellent selection of inventory for various makes/models - mostly foreign and some domestic. My fiance even had a fun time rummaging through some of the relics. Once I found the door that would work for my project, I brought the part code back to the office. Since it was a holiday weekend, they were a little short-staffed and only had one hand in the yard to help pull parts. It would be a little bit of a wait before I could be on my way. No problem. It is technically not a "you-pull" yard, but I was given the option to pull the door from the vehicle myself if I didn't want to wait. We asked if it'd be alright if we went to grab a quick lunch and then come back. By the time we returned 60mins later, Bryan had the door ready for me. He asked if I wanted to inspect it one last time. Having already done a once-over, he helped carefully load it into my car and ensure it was secure for transport. We chatted for a few about "old" cars before closing the hatch and hitting the road.5 stars all around. Great customer service. Great value. Fun experience. Definitely coming back for my next project. Thanks, Bryan & Hans team!!

Very helpful staff, they had the parts that I needed and at a reasonable price!! For a small fee they shipped them to my home and I got my parts the next day!! Give Hans Auto Parts a call next time you anything for your foreign car or truck!!

I called looking for replacement lights- they verified the condition and removed from the car and had ready for very reasonable price for me to pick up. Even had suggestions for improving before installing! NICE PEOPLE!

Price of part should not ever change once you drive all the way out there. Advertised price on car-part.com should be the price paid at the counter but labor to remove it is added when you get there.

Ordered all my parts for 2006 Nissan Altima. They were pulled right away and ready when i got there. They sent all the mounting hardware and fasteners with it.Great job and great service!I will order again.RJ really did a great job.
