I was impressed with your customer service and your repair. I was worried that it took as long as it did. You did keep me informed and updated. I am so happy to have my car back. Photo are before and after I still have to put some flowers on it.

Brought my wife's Cadillac here to get a few scratches fixed from someone backing into her parked car. The drivers insurance company recommended this place so I let them fix it. All I wanted was the paint touched up so it wouldn't rust in the future. Fix looked fine, not perfect but passable. The worst part though was as soon as I drive down the road I could tell the alignment was off. The wheel was turned to the left about 10 degrees to go straight. Drove right back and asked why my alignment was off from fixing a rear bumper and panel. They denied they did anything and wouldn't fix it. I should not get my vehicle back with new problems that cost me money. Definitely will not go back to this place again.

Deano's, and specifically Hannah, are top notch! Professional service and wonderful workmanship. I had some peeling paint on my Wrangler hinges as well as an alignment issue on one of my doors, I provided the replacement hinges and they swapped them out for me and aligned my door. The cost was provided in advance and came out very close to the estimate. I was kept in the loop on the status and they called me when they ran into an issue to alert me and let me make the decision on how to proceed. I never felt like I was forgotten about. I will absolutely go back and would recommend Deano's to anyone in need of their services.

I ve had really great experiences at Deanos. A few years ago a paid out of my pocket to fix an issue with my Toyota Tacoma, and the service was great. I recently had an insurance claim on a new vehicle, and they were great: friendly, clear communication during the process, and the made working with insurance and getting a rental car really easy. Great service here, they communicated throughout the process and did the work per the insurance company s quote. The repairs did take a couple weeks which was tough but that is expected when ordering parts. The staff was very friendly too, I would definitely recommend for auto body repairs.

From start to finish, Deano s is awesome! They are friendly and very helpful. I was always kept up on the status of my car. Just picked up my car this morning and it is in perfect condition, plus I got a lifetime warranty on the work that Deano s provided. Got my Ford F-150 body work done here. With the aluminum trucks, I heard these guys do great work. The repair makes it look like the fender bender never happened. Great work Deano's I would recommend.***Update 2/23/22 - several months after the repair, I had a follow up issue that I thought was due to the repair. After investigating, they helped me fix an unrelated problem. I asked how much I owe them, they said no charge!! Who does this in this day and age? The passage side low beam head lamp was pointed way out of wack. I called and asked if they could check it out. Within an hour, I was at the shop. They brought it in immediately and re-aimed it. When I asked how much, it was free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I need any body or glass work; they will be my only choice. It's wonderful to find great people and service.

I hit a deer with my 2023 Chevy Traverse and had some significant damage. It took about a month for most repairs but took a little over two months for a part because of national backorders. The driver side door of my 2019 Chevy equinox was hit and needed repair. The process also involved blending paints into front and back portions of the vehicle. The work is excellent. I cannot see where the old paint ends and the new paint begins. The blending is superb.I also need to point out that in this season of supply shortages, they were able to accommodate me about six weeks ahead of schedule. I have my car back and all is well.Service: Painting

I hit a ladder in the road with my 2012 s 550 Mercedes Benz.. This car had a widebody kit added to it and custom bumper.. The first shop I took it to said we cant work on that and turned it away. So back on a flat bed to Deano"s it went. They did A outstanding job ..The paint matched fixed everything that needed to be fixed...They went above and beyond on quality and craftsmen ship... Deanos was helpful from the first phone call. I had a bad experience with another body shop that put me behind months on repairs and I just asked them to help get me back on track, and they absolutely did. They gave me helpful updates and completed the work ahead of time. Instead of having to track them down for progress and status updates they kept me in the loop and we re always pleasant. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new and they made sure all my questions about the work were answered. They also cleaned the interior. Everyone at Deano s was great to work with. The staff was able to get us scheduled and answer all our questions honestly and promptly. They shared frequent updates once the car was in the shop. I would definitely recommend Deano s.Their check payment system is a little unique. The checks are processed electronically on the spot and I guess not all banks support that and deny the transfer. I brought my car here to have the bumper fixed after being rear ended and I must say they did a great job! Their friendly staff are always happy to answer questions and provide updates on the process since I was dealing with insurance. They almost always answer but the one time I left a message I had a return call within minutes. My car looks great and they must ve polished it and deep cleaned the interior too because it looks better then when I brought it . 10/10 !

I brought my car to Deano s Collision and I m extremely satisfied. Deano s did an amazing job, their attention to detail inside and out is a 10/10. I ve never been to an auto shop that delivers such a fantastic job and also the team at Deano s were friendly and always kept me updated with my car.Highly recommend this shop, you would not be disappointed. Brought truck to Deano's to get hail damage repaired. They exceeded my expectations. They noticed I had a screw in my tire and fixed it, no charge. Very fast getting my truck back and they provided updates all along the process. So glad I chose them!! Highly recommend!
