I know zip about key fob batteries- didn t even know there was a key in the fob Zach got both of the fobs sorted out, showed me that one was better to use than the other (less worn) and all done efficiently, no fuss, also without making me feel like an idiot! At the end of a long day, the excellent customer service was so refreshing. Thanks again Zach. Btw - also addressed new customers coming in with ease and politeness as they waited their turn. Management take note. It s rare to have staff like him!

Went to have a key cut and programmed for my Nissan. Had to order a key, but the manager tracked one down at another store and called me to set an appointment. Great service! Price was half of what the dealership charges.

This is the best place in town to get here cell phone screen fixed. They do it in a timely manner, and they're the most affordable service technicians in town. This is where I will go from now on to replace or repair any of my cell phones. On the side, Cooper, my daughter will sell you the leapard print cell phone protective cover for cheap if you still want it!

This place is a joke. I brought my phone here to get my screen fixed. They asked for all my info and supposedly ordered one for me. We waited a week for the part to come in, they never called. We called and were told they don't fix my type of phone on weekends. Went in the following week they couldn't find my order. We waited another week and so on, we went in 3 different times and called multiple times to check. Each time they didn't have it or said they didn't know where it was. Ridiculous!

I have literally nothing but great things to say about this place. I mean I came in with what I thought was a battery problem and it wasn't the battery. The best part? They still fixed the problem I was having. It wasn't even a car...it was a boat. They even tried to get me to NOT pay them after they had 4 people out there helping troubleshoot the issue.I would not hesitate for a second to send someone here. I can say for absolute certainty that they earned all of my future battery (hopefully not boat) related service in the future!Great place and great people there!

10 days ago brought my 13 pro max there to get a new screen in which after picking it up an hour later it had a new issue where it would restart every 15 minutes with a message saying it wasn t replaced with apple certified parts or was installed incorrectly. After a day of waiting around hearing check back in a couple hours they ultimately had no answer as to what happened other then it possibly needed a software update.. mind you this was a $500 service s I paid for and they claimed it would only take an hour. After checking back all day they decided the next move would be send it to apple. I decided to just cut my losses at that point and just going to get a new phone and take my money back which I m still waiting for at 10 days after being told it s take no longer then 7. I ll never be using them again after experiencing all the lack of knowledge shown and times I was left in question of what s going on with either my money being returned and what was going on with my phone.

I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and they fixed it within 45 minutes like they said they would. easy to get an appointment. Cost was reasonable . staff was knowledgeable and friendly.!! Highly recommend!!

Bought semi batteries from them about 16 months ago under a corporate account. They went bad so I brought them back and they replaced them for me at no charge. That s standing behind the product you sell and excellent customer service! Thank you Batteries Plus!

Anthony was fantastic! I'm really glad that my wife and I came here to get a replacement key for our car. We saved hundreds of dollars over what the dealership wanted to charge us for that same key!

Absolute garbage! I have purchased multiple batteries from this location and none of them have lasted more than a year. Even with a trickle charger. Customer service is garbage, they only offer to put your battery on the charger and then they might give you a refund or replace the garbage product. Waste more of my time to come back .This must be how they make their extra money. Shop here if you would like to overpay and get terrible service.

The folks at this location have always done a great job for us.We had a key cut and programmed today. The employee came out to the car in the rain to finish the programming. The key works perfectly and the price was amazing.

East Penn batteries (Duracell) are definitely the best batteries and are American made. Through the online promotions, the price was very good compared to other batteries. The service and battery installation was quick and easy. They know batteries, and even if the batteries were more expensive (they were not, lower price than others with the discount and promotion) these batteries are worth it.

Purchased a car battery and a snowmobile battery, close to $300.00. Also remembered I needed a CR2032 battery for a remote. Charge for the CR2032 was $5.99 - total rip off. I should have looked at Amazon first, was able to pick up 20 of them - same brand - for less than $10.00. I have used Batteries Plus for years, will never set foot in the store again after a simple $5.00 price gouge.

I didn't catch the young ladies name that waited on me but she was exceptional! I have supervised employees for over forty years and it is rare to find anyone that cares about doing a good job. She greeted me when I entered the store. I gave her my list, she was polite and gathered the batteries that I needed. She set my organization up with an account and entered my tax exempt number into the system. My shopping experience couldn't have been more efficient and pleasant. We WILL be returning to the Elk River, MN location for our battery needs. I will also be recommending this store to anyone I know. Please commend this young lady. She is an exemplary employee. You are fortunate to have her!

I have a disability, I had my shoulder replaced recently. The young man that helped me carried both batteries I purchased to my truck and carried in the two batteries I brought for replacement into the store without hesitating. That made me very grateful. I ordered online and the order was ready when I got there. Very satisfied with the customer service.

I came in because my computer said the battery could no longer support my computer. I was able to find a new battery online, but needed someone else to crack open the back and replace it for me. These guys got it done within 30 minutes, and were incredibly kind and helpful! I highly recommend their service, and will happily come back in the future.

Friendly staff but but they charged us for replacing an auto key fob battery without warning us, even after I had to show them how to open the fob.I gave them the fob and said I need a new battery, they picked one out and tried to open the fob to replace, but never said something like, "by the way, there's a six dollar charge for us to replace the battery for you. Is that OK?"I would told them I can do that myself if I would have known. Especially, like I said, I ended up having to show them how to open the fob to get to the battery.

Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. They did a great job and did it quickly despite being short staffed. And the staff that was there were very nice.

Quick and easy to order on line. The battery was at the front desk when I arrived, they exchanged the core and game me credit for it on the spot. the guys at the Elk River store have always been great to deal with, very helpful. Using the on line order made the transaction even faster.

I went to this place because my two referee stop watches batteries were running low. A young man came to the door and greeted me so I showed him what I needed and he took my watches. The sad thing was he did not know how to change and he damaged both my watches. The manager had to pay to replacement. It is a very friendly place but No confidence.

Such amazing help and fast service. Got my battery and screen replaced in addition to getting a new screen protector applied. My phone was back up and running in 1.5hrs ready for pick-up.Thanks again for your great service and positive attitudes!

We really appreciate how easy and quick it was to get a new battery for our van. We were in and out of the store with a new battery they installed in less than fifteen minutes. The battery has a 100% replacement warranty at any of their stores for in the USA for three years. Also, good customer service and the price was less than we paid three years ago at an auto parts store. Our battery with free installation was only $130.
