The staff and adjuster are the nicest people to work with. Decent and reasonable price. The goal is not to tell them that you re in a hurry to get the car back. You re ended up like us finding scratches on the new door and fender. How they fail the inspection is a question. They have a serial of steps to follow but fail. They went .This our 2nd time using the shop though but nothing has improved lately just miss or hit annoying popping up issues again.

ABRA was great to work with!! The staff was all super friendly and kept us up to date on our vehicle progress. They even finished sooner than expected! Kelly was wonderful to work with!! The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and wonderful to work with. Repairs look great and I like their lifetime guarantee. Would use them again if needed!!

My car still isn t the way it once was. I brought my car here because it wasn t far from my house. The adjuster who did my work did a horrible job at the time.I m glad they were able to do some rework. That I asked, but the can only do so much under warranty since they are a corporation.But as of now still the inside still has some damage from what happened to my car.I won t be coming back here I will also not recommend anyone to come to this specific store.

The front staff were friendly and professional.My claim adjuster Terry was terrific! He explained everything that would be done to my car. When I picked up my car,( in just 5 days) he explained again showing me the repair, that was just beautiful. Thank the body repair people involved for doing such excellent work. Splendid work indeed. Hats off to whoever hired Jared W. Even though he had little to do with my truck regarding the work, he pointed me your way and I trusted his advice. He s also a damned good pilot. Everyone out front was extremely professional and attentive to my needs. Wait time was minimal. Terry is cool too and deserves some credit for his excellent customer service and professionalism. And to whomever you are that did any work on this vehicle, God bless. Keep up the good work. I wholeheartedly appreciate it. . . . .

The best communication and customer service EVER! They were so great start to finish. I will recommend them every time. They also finished repairing my car 5 days before the original quote with beautiful work. My car is looking brand new :)

Good service. Got my car back cleaner than I gave it to them . Kelly was professional and thoughtful. Gave 4 stars because prior to bringing my car to Abra, I spoke to two receptionists over the phone who were very rude. Other than that, everyone was kind and respectful.

ABRA in Elk River was absolutely amazing to work with! The repairs to my Challenger were completed quickly and honestly. My car came back in better shape than the day we bought it!!! They even detailed the interior!!!! We will definitely choose ABRA in Elk River for all of our future body work needs.

Went to Abra after my wife was rear-ended in our car. Awesome to work with. No issues. No B.S. They kept me updated. The car was done when they projected it to be. Staff are very friendly! My car was so clean (inside and out) when I picked it up. I m completely satisfied.

This is the third vehicle I've had repaired at this location. They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. The vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and the workmanship is top notch!I would definitely recommend them!

I took my truck in for some body work. As part of the job, I was told the front bumper had to be removed. When I picked up the truck, I found the next day, after I was over 30 miles from home, the skid plate was hanging a few inches off the ground by one bolt partially screwed in. When I looked underneath the truck, I saw one other bolt partially screwed in but was not holding the skid plate. The other 2 bolts were not on the truck.Also, I found out as I was driving, the steering wheel was not locked into place. The sudden, unexpected movement startled me.I locked down the steering wheel when I came to a stop. I took the truck back to Abra on Monday when they were open and they fixed the skid plate with no issues.

Admitted they damaged my vehicle during cleaning, only offered to touch up the paint. Did not complete the job they were assigned to do and tried saying it was because insurance denied the payment, but when I spoke to insurance, they informed me the shop never requested payment for that part of the job. They painted the new bumper a different shade than the rest of the car. They installed the new parts crooked. No communication on when parts would be arriving or when they found extensive damage below the bumper.If you re okay with a quick hack job and having your vehicle more damaged than when you dropped it off, bring it to Abra. If you want someone who s going to actually complete the tasks and stay in constant communication and do a good job, take it somewhere else.

ABRA of Elk River is very customer oriented. They took great care in making sure that I knew the status of my vehicle as they did work on it. It looks fantastic, they do a great job on body work. I would recommend them to anyone and would happily take my car back should it need more work. My rear end had some damage due to an accident and now it looks like it's brand new.Service: Body & Trim

I was very impressed with the results of my repair as well time in shop . I am very disappointed that I specifically asked for an alignment to be performed and 1 was not . I'm a certified Chrysler technician and just did it myself at my dealership but 2 hrs wasted of my precious time so learning lesson here is when the customer asks for an alignment just do it , don't tell the customer someone drove it and is drives straight . The steering wheel was crooked to the right and pulled hard .

I have brought my vehicles in whenever there has been a need. Everyone at Abra from the girls at the front desk to the technicians behind the scenes are top shelf. A special shout out to Terry for all of his help on my last vehicle. I honestly would not go anywhere else based on the service and quality I have received from Elk River Abra.

Was given Abra as a recommendation to bring my boat in for some gel-coat repairs.Wanted to keep the repairs close to home, not break and bank and most of all not sit waiting to get done for months.Abra was able to take in the boat, turn around a quote in less than an hour and got all the repairs done in a timely fashion.The boat turned out amazing, almost looks brand new for a 17 year old boat.thanks again!

I called to get an estimate at elk river location, but the person answered the phone she required a claim number in order to get an estimate, and I didn't have one because I was going to pay out of my pocket. What a rude person.
