Andrew and the guys at Werks were great to deal with. Brought them one of my work trucks for DOT inspection and a once over. Found a few problems and got them fixed up quickly. Good communication and even better people!

I'm very pleased with my recent experience at Courtney.Brought in my 1978 Porsche 911SC for a couple small things but primarily to diagnose a noise coming from the rear. They immediately diagnosed the noise as tire cupping from misalignment.From there they set about lowering to euro height, installing new shocks, a sport alignment, and improving the shifting. The height is now euro and the alignment is excellent. Bob adjusted the shifter and coupler and this 915 has never shifted better. #915whisperer Lively, tight handling and shifts so much better.The service and communication were excellent and the total cost very fair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Great service and friendly staff. Provided quote quickly and updates with progress and or any changes that were from the original plan. Presented many different options when it came to recommending basic or optional services. Range Rover friendly! Highly recommend!

I brought in a used food truck (1998 Chevy Grumman) I just acquired and wanted to make it safe and have work done. I was given a quote of $7,295.00 worse case scenario. I was told that if they didn t have to replace the calipers or accidentally cut the gas line while replacing the brake line it would cut the price by over 3k. They preceded to do the work, replacement of the radiator, brake line and welding the muffler back on. They had the truck for 3 weeks and I was told they kept receiving the wrong, radiator, brake line, etc. No biggie, just wanted the truck safe.Later, I was told they lost the original bid and that they were sure it was around 10k! I explained that I wrote down all the information and they quoted $7,295.00 worst case. Long story, they didn t have to do anything with the calipers nor did they disrupt the gas line, I ended up paying $6,886.00. I confronted them in person and explained that it was a cash grab. They were awkward about it and explained that the wrong parts caused more work.Why is that my problem exactly? I obviously paid it to get the truck back, but I let them know that they knew what they were doing, and guessing on the original bid is ridiculous, we lost it, I m pretty sure we quoted you around 10k ..,

I highly recommened Werks Automotive. They got my 2016 RAM Cummins in to replace the turbo actuator and oil change. Had it back quickly and at an extremely fair price. This used to be Courtney truck service, same crew, just different owners.Great shop that specializes in medium duty trucks and Porsche cars.The owners have been racing Porsche cars for years, and weirdly you'll be hard pressed to find any place in Minnesota with more experience in porsche cars, particularly the turbos and gt3.If nothing else, stop by to chew the fat about lap times up at brainard.

Werks is great. I have an older VW Golf that I just got back after a brake job and mechanical work to fix the cause of the check engine light. Work was done quickly and Brandon is a conscientious and thorough mechanic. Been going to Courtney since 1982 - wouldn't go ANYWHERE else!!Courtney Truck Service is the best. They consistently contact me 1 day before my maintenance light comes on in my truck to make my appointment. They are very thorough and my vehicles are always ready when they say they will be. My Wife s Mustang comes out of storage Saturday and will go to Courtney s to get ready for the summer. If you have never had any work done by Courtney Truck you don t know what you re missing. A great family business, top notch customer service, fair pricing and they stand behind their work. I have taken my 1999 Porsche 911 to Courtney Truck Service for over five years. Some of the work they have performed for me has been very complicated and other work normal maintenance. Each work request has been performed professionally and at a fair price for the work. If there is an issue they openly communicate the options I have so I can make the right decision for me. My husband and I love taking our cars here for service. Everyone at Courtney's is always so friendly, and yet so professional. They have kept our two ancient cars in good repair and on the road for years, and always at a good price. Courtney Truck Service is amazing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. One time another shop told me that I need it a whole new suspension system for my previous car and that the cost would be around $3,000, I took my car to Courtney for a second opinion and they did a whole diagnostic and my car was completely fine! Honest. Not the cheapest but honesty goes a long way in my book. Chris was easy to talk to because he listened and didn't talk down. In the end he did more to solve my trucks problem when he could have done more by taking a different approach. I feel good about my business with Courtney.

I took my truck in for repair a year ago. Almost a year later, there was an oil leak related to the repair work. They stood behind it and fixed it at no cost. Courtney's was quick, fairly priced and offered very fine customer service. They filled all my tires, did a quick run through and let me know I needed a new head lamp. They even went out of their way in the front office to find a suitable chair for me to sit in while I waited. I've used them many times and always find them to be this same way, as well as, HONEST! They are true good neighbors to the community.

I have been using Courtney for about 5 years to service my Porsche. Mike Courtney is, without question, one of the most qualified and talented Porsche tuners you will find!!! His shop is very fair with pricing and never "puts me on the elevator" with unneeded services like so many of the other shops are doing.

I took my vehicle to two other service locations for suspension issues and both places had a handful of issues that needed fixing and not all the same things. TLDR: Wanted to charge me $2000 to replace ball joints when you could visibly see that they had been replaced and were perfectly fine.2011 Ram 3500 with 270k miles I have recently purchased from a dealer I trust. Brought it to courtney's for a trip inspection. Told me my ball joints were bad and the repair would be $2k. I didn't do it. When I picked up the truck I asked them "how bad" and they looked me in the eye and doubled down that they were bad and "unsafe". Don't drive the truck.I took the truck home and looked at it for myself. Low and behold it was clearly obvious the parts had been replaced (had grease zerks) so not high miles and PERFECTLY fine. I was in awe the hub, u-joint, ball joints, brakes and rotors all had clearly been recently replaced. They looked and felt fantastic. I also got a second shop's opinion and the opinion was "don't go to that shop".I will not do business with them ever again and discourage anyone else from doing so.Service: Steering & suspension repair

1st time dealing with Courtney was a great experience. Blown head gasket and warped head. Truck was torn down, heads refurbished and I was back on the road in just over 1 week ! Fast turnaround, quality work and did not empty my wallet ! Will go back knowing they treat their customers right. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Courtney truck service since 2000. It started with our old Explorer then our new Explorer and now even my Audi. They have always accommodated us in times of emergencies, are always professional but extremely friendly, great work, fast turn-a-round on repairs and fair prices. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone in need of car repair or truck repair.Ok, its been awhile since I wrote my last review and have our Explorer and Audi Allroad in for several repairs. Quick turn-around, fair price, great staff and excellent outcomes. Again, would highly recommend Courtney for your car , or truck, repairs. They go the extra mile...

We own a plumbing business with 4 diesel vans. We have been going to Courtney Truck for a few years and they are always great to work with. Prices are always affordable and the staff knows what they are doing.We also bring our 2 other personal cars there too!

I had brakes done on my Subaru. I requested Akebono pads and rotors. The dealer would only use OEM. Same price as the dealer doing the job and I ended up with belter quality brakes.Also use Courtney for axle work on our travel trailer, brakes, bearings etc.We are very happy to have found this shop.Service: Brakes

No drama, just the straight facts on the state of my SUV. Mechanics helped prioritize repairs in neutral terms (as opposed to some places that want to evoke 'danger' if a repair is not performed.) I have been going to this shop for years with a variety of vehicles including a Ford F-350, Audi A4, and Cadillac Escalade. They are VERY HONEST and fair- even going above and beyond to get me taken care of.Car repair is never fun but I would highly recommend CTS and they have earned me as a customer for life with their integrity.
