Honestly the best experience I had in there, I was mad with Tesla EP service as they over charged me and never fixed the issue. Its better to get to Collision center directly if there s an issue. Because after several service appointments at service center the issue remained, Collision center fixed it and even they reduced the over charge and refunded. I have been for alignment Issue. The only downside is they won t provide with a loaner.

Didnt interact, dropped someone off. Parking is terrible. Be prepared, No open spots. Got lucky when an insurance adjuster pulled out of the only spot that wasn't parked in by a tesla that was repaired or in for repair. Multiple handicapped spot were open. Call ahead, make sure you have an appointment. Wheelchair unloading zone was also parked in.

The paint work was superb, but they returned the car to me with a noise that turned out to be a suspension problem. They had the car for a week, and returned with with a mechanical problem and won t assume responsibility for it. I have them my car in perfect condition, and returned it with a broken suspension component. Just go to lamettrys instead, they offer lifetime warranty.

Getting your vehicle fixed sucks but the employees here are super nice and helpful. They'll make the process smooth and explain anything that needs explaining. The waiting area is super nice with a bathroom and water/coffee.

Was very impressed with the customer service at Tesla Collision. Jennifer took great care of us and our vehicle. The car was treated with exceptional care and impeccable attention to detail. I only trust Tesla Collision EP with my vehicle and while I hope to never see them again, they will be my go to collision repair team.

Stellar experience. Had a deep scratch on my car that Tesla Collision perfectly fixed. Progressive tried to pressure me into one of their in-network shops, and gave a pretty lousy quote on what they expected repairs to cost. Tesla Collision assured me that when Progressive's appraiser would see the extent of what needed to be disassembled, that there would be no issue. I am extremely satisfied that I didn't end up having to pay more out of pocket than the deductible. If you have a Tesla, you just can't beat taking it to a Tesla specialized shop. These guys are super friendly and know your car in-and-out -- have your repairs done here.Service: Painting

I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I showed up without an appointment to have a few scratches fixed on my door. These guys fit me in that day and took care of everything. Would not recommend to anyone. I had a dump truck s tailgate open up in front of me causing hundreds of rocks and gravel to hit my car as I was driving far behind it on the freeway. This cause my headlight and windshield to be cracked and many paint chips and scratches all along the hood, roof and sides of my vehicle. It was an insurance claim so Tesla collision was supposed to return my vehicle to prior condition. The work took about 2-3 weeks more than they originally had estimated. They damaged interior trim and cracked my center display as they were doing the repairs. I am still finding damage that they left to this day. A complete lack of respect for people s vehicles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an issue with my 2022MX post service at the Tesla EP Center at Wallace Road related to some tire scraps. I was contacted later by AJ (Service Manager) at this location. She owned up the issue and to my delight provided a resolution of the problem. I am happy to share that they were willing to go above and beyond and resolve the issue, something you would expect from a premium brand. It ascertains my confidence with AJ and the location. Overall, everyone is nice and willing to serve customers. I would strongly recommend them.
