Had a solid experience with the service team. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately they missed the leak in my tire that I let them know about and requested to get fixed. With that being said I had to come back and Jack made it easy to come back and fix the issue. Thank you.

Save yourself a headache and please do NOT get service work done here. Reached out due to a recall notification I got in the mail, and got an appointment scheduled. I had to take time out of my work schedule which is fine, but when I arrived they said they didn t have the parts yet and couldn t get any work done. Miscommunication between the person scheduling appointments and the service department. Said they would call me when the parts arrived. Weeks later, haven t heard anything so followed up. Again, said they would check and see if the parts came in. Weeks passed again, still nothing. It s a simple recall fix, and yet they haven t even completed the work. I am not following up anymore and taking this business and my future service needs somewhere else that actually wants to help their customers.

Average service and prices. Disappointed that I had to replace my engine at 48,000 miles though.

Suburban Chevrolet Parts Department offers wholesale and retail price matrixing on ACDelco,GM and GM performance parts. Besides their dealership they also have an Eden Prairie warehouse with an intense inventory to meet your needs. They are a very good source for fenders,hoods,doors and more. We recommend body shops to utilize GM brand products here at Suburban Chev.

Consistently poor customer service from the advisers. They very much talk down to you and automatically assume you don't know what you are talking about. If you make an appointment for a set time and say you need the car at the end of the work day they won't touch it till the end of the day. If I bring it in for a 7AM appointment it should be looked at in the morning and if there is anything additional wrong with it I might actually be able to get that fixed before I need to go home for the day. I don't make early appointments for it to be put off just because I don't want to sit in the waiting room. I have had multiple experiences where they need to fix something extra, but don't tell me until I expect the car to be done.

I took my car here for repair yesterday and was disappointed in how I was treated and their lack of customer service. I was told I did not have a warranty (I purchased a 5 year and have had my car for 9 months). Once receiving my documents of my warranty, they never apologized for their error. My car was vandalized and ended up not being covered under the warranty which I understood. They proceeded to be rude and victim blamed me for hanging out in shady areas and told me that I shouldn t let shady things happen to me. As if I asked for my car to be vandalized and waste $550 for nothing. I asked for the parts they replaced as I wanted to use them for an insurance claim and it was like pulling teeth to receive them. They also gave me an oil change that I did NOT ask for and did NOT authorize. I had a complimentary oil change from my vehicle purchase, and they used it without my consent. Mind you, my car did not need an oil change for another 1,000 miles. Very disappointing and I would never recommend to anyone or ever return.

They do good work and are helpful in determining the required services but not being too pushy. Only challenge is when paying with a credit card it's a slow antiquated system. Time to upgrade.

After making an appointment they informed me when I got there they may not see me but 8 could wait and see. I waited for 45 min 50 min. I was I formed my car could not be seen today. What is the point of making an appointment online listing all your concerns. When your concerns cannot be met even after making an appointment

Made sure the truck was fixed properly and great communication along the process. Suburban supplied a rental truck while my truck was getting repaired. Always have great experience at Suburban.
