I was recommended to come here from a friend and it's easy to see why. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Michael made the whole experience worthwhile, getting to know me and what I was looking for in a bike and being able to recommend something that was a great fit! The whole experience was smooth and took a lot of the stress of buying my first motorcycle away. I would definitely recommend friends, family, and strangers to check this place out if they're shopping for a new bike. Even just to stop in and have a conversation with people who are knowledgeable and can help answer questions. Michael, thank you for a clean and quick experience, the ride home was a cold one but I knew the whole ride that I had made the right choice.

Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a bike from Simply! My FZ09 was marked at super competitive and fair price. Steve B. was super awesome to work with and he knew A LOT about the bikes I was looking at, wasn t pushy one bit and was genuinely the nicest guy ever which made the whole process that much better! Great place, great people and great selection of bikes!!!

Had a fairly good experience buying from them. Bryce was helpful and not pushy. I had a specific bike I was looking at. Was able to make the down payment and they held it until the next weekend without any issues. Only reason for four stars is it wasn't ready to be started the day I came in to look at it. Also had to replace a valve cover gasket that was leaking slightly. Not a big deal since I got the bike at a very fair price and bought as is. Overall I would buy here again next time I'm in the market for a bike.

Joel and Bryce were awesome to work with. They offered me a good price to trade in my old bike and helped me find a bike that I absolutely love. The process was very smooth. They found something minor they needed to fix on the new bike and was able to still ride it home same day. Would 100% recommend this place to all my friends and family.

When I walked in I was greeted immediately my Michael. He asked what I was looking for & I told him I was in search of a R7 2024 model. The customer service I received from Michael was exceptional.I came in a little late so they weren t able to process my finance right away but Michael followed up with me the following day & told me what was needed to get the job done! I was impressed by how quick he returned my calls and responded to my emails. This was my first time purchasing a bike and becoming a rider and I left feeling welcomed! Would highly recommended Simply Ride. It was a smooth process, didn t take long at all - very informative and was exactly what I needed to feel comfort in getting my first bike. Shoutout to them.

Had a fabulous experience with Steve and the crew at Simply Ride. The bike is exactly what we wanted and they have a huge inventory of used bikes. Due to unseasonably warm weather I was able to drive it home in December. I see more bike purchases from here in the future! -Mary and JJ.

I fell in love with the pictures posted on Simply Ride's website of a 2021 Indian Roadmaster Icon. I reached out to the dealership initially by phone to confirm they still had the motorcycle before making the hour plus drive down there. They confirmed they still had the bike and answered some additional questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership I was met with extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable salesman Michael Kamrad. Michael walked me through the bike and we talked about all the different features and functions of this motorcycle. The condition and milage were spot on with what was posted on their website. Michael along with the sales manager, Cy Webber, were amazing to work with! Not only did we make a deal on this beauty of a bike but they also paid what I felt was more than fair price for my bike I traded in. The entire process was smooth and fast and the staff was fantastic to deal with!!!! I would have loved to have rode this bike home but unfortunately Minnesota weather had other plans and dropped a bunch of the white stuff on the ground. Cy made arrangements for one of their employees, Dave, to deliver my new bike and pick up my trade in. Dave was also fantastic, polite, friendly, and arrived right on time when he said he would be there. Simply Ride was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend purchasing your next motorcycle from them!!!!! Thank you Michael, Cy, and Dave for a terrific experience!!!!Big Tim

This was one of the best experiences I had a dealership, I was looking at a 2015 Yamaha Fz07 & Steve Bauer helped me through the entire process of trading in my 2023 Honda Rebel 500. Steve was super energetic and outgoing from the second I first met him, he made the entire process so much better and reduced the stressfulness of buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend going here and working with Steve anytime.

Stopped into Simply Ride after a full day of snowboarding to check out the 2021 Ducati Panigale V2 that they had on their showroom floor. This has been a dream bike of mine for several years and after talking with Michael a little bit more about the bike I decided to fill out a credit app and make a long time dream come true I am now a proud new owner of a bike that I have always dreamed of riding! Thank you, Michael, and Simply Ride team for taking such great care of me! I bought my very 1st bike at Simply and I will continue to buy bikes through them because of their high standard to customer service and going above and beyond for their customers.

Awesome Experience at Simply Ride - Thanks to Michael, Tim, and Dave!I just had to leave a review because my experience at Simply Ride was next level, all thanks to Michael, Tim, and Dave.Michael knows his stuff inside out and patiently helped me find my new ride. He was upfront about everything and even stayed late to see the process through.Tim is a solid upstanding business guy who made sure everything in the deal was transparent. He stayed late to get the paperwork complete as we exchanged small talk. He is all about those little details, and it really shows. My ride felt like the perfect purchase because of how well he took care of everything.And Dave, he's like a motorcycle santa clause delivering my new bike. Kept me updated on the delivery times and changes due to weather. At delivery Dave gave me all the tips and tricks to enjoy and keep my bike running smooth as butter. I went to simply ride with my buddies about 3 weeks before I turned 18 and I meet this guy named Steve Bauer and we told him that we were just sitting on a couple of bikes to see what would be best for me and he showed me a couple of bikes that fit me pretty well. He didn t pressure us at all and was more concerned about giving me an idea for the right bike for me.Fast forward to 2 days after I turned 18 I was looking to finally buy one and Steve was there again. I can t tell you how awesome and patient he was with the process being I was having some difficulties getting my insurance info from my parents, he even cracked jokes and made conversation. While we were waiting he introduced me to a couple of guys that would be there to help me with gear and maintenance for my soon to be bike.Like I said before he was not pushy in the slightest and he made sure I went home with a healthy 2015 Honda CBR 300R and even having his team do some chain maintenance and an oil change before we even loaded it on the truck. He was just as exited as I was when we loaded it up.Simply Ride also provides a very solid warranty and leaves no detail behind and answered so many questions of mine without me needing to ask.10/10 definitely coming back when I need an upgrade or gearThanks Steve for making my first purchase so enjoyable and introducing me to some amazing people!

I recently sold my motorcycle to Simply Ride and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Joel reached out and made very profession contact with a very fair offer. He continued to communicate and sent a driver out to me, who then picked up the bike. If I ever decide to get back into riding, this would be the first place I'd go! Very professional and fair.

Planned on getting an upgrade for a bike and looked everywhere. We found Simply Ride just by browsing online and decided to make an 8 hour trip. Needless to say, walking we were greeted with a highly friendly environment! We worked with Lynn through the whole process! Lynn was an absolute pleasure to work with as well as everyone in there that had a hand in the process. I know if we re still close and we decide to upgrade another bike of ours we ll definitely be back. What a great experience!

I just purchased my first bike through simply ride. They were extremely kind and very helpful. They showed me everything about my bike. The purchasing processes was very easy and understandable that we did it all through email as I was out of time at the time but didn t want my bike to get bought before I could get back. Highly recommended a great place to purchase not only your ride but parts and gear as well!

I visited to put a hold on a bike I seen posted on their website. Answered every single question I had prior to putting a hold. Told me everything I needed to bring when purchase day came around. The service,sales,parts staff are all meant to be in this field they re amazing. The sales gentleman who sold me my bike answered and did everything I requested. 5 stars all around. Great experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff's knowledge and enthusiasm stood out. The showroom had a diverse selection, Steve went above and beyond to help me get my bike and Dave picked up my old bike I was trading in and delivered my new bike to my house. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and I felt valued as a new customer. They even made my kids feel comfortable while we were going with the process of the paperwork. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident and I recommend Simply Ride for everything that is connected with motorcycle!!

After shopping around at a few places, Simply Ride was one of only 2 places that didn't harass me, in store or out, to get me on a bike at any cost. Prices are right, sales people are knowledgeable and not high pressure.

Once again Simply Ride delivers for me! In this case installing new LED headlights and running lights [4 in all] on my 2009 Kawasaki Concours 1400.Despite some light rain I tried out these new lights and it was amazing and what I expected! The side of the road is now lit up on low beams only and when I hit high beams it's like daylight. Unreal.This is why I store my bikes here and plan to buy my 2nd bike from them. Go Simply!

Found a bike I wanted via their search engine online. Response to a web submitted request was fast and they were great at staying in contact throughout the whole process.The sales guy I worked with, Michael, made sure I understood the process, was clear about all the options they offered, and was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.From the front desk person, to sales, to parts and service... Everyone was encouraging, enthusiastic, and knew their stuff.Would highly recommend.

I had a really good experience with Simply Ride. This is my second purchase with them. Steve Bauer helped me set up everything after I was given the best value for my trade. 10% better than other dealerships in town was my experience. Head down there and speak with one of their friendly, knowledgeable staff. You won't be disappointed

Excellent customer service, came from chicago to purchase a motorcycle, transition was smooth, filled out some paperwork and before I can turn around the awesome staff had my bike loaded in my trailer and strapped down, micheal kamrad was top notch throughout the whole process, definitely worth my 6 hr commute...

Do not recommend buying a bike here. I bought a bike from here with 7,000 miles and about 7,000 more, and the bike is shot. Put it away one winter, and it never started up again. My bike apparently has a known starting issue that was not told to me. Over $1,000 just to get it started again, and the service department will not work with you. Now, after sitting, they want me to spend almost what i paid for the whole bike. They sell junk and will not stand behind their bikes. If you are looking for a good reliable motorcycle DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Go somewhere else!In reply to your comment. Yea, it sat in my garage because i didn't have over $1,000 to fix a starter. The point is i hardly rode it and you tell me its junk. You are unprofessional and it shows in your comment. And by the way the "discount" you mentioned was a %10 off coupon that you guys gave me when i purchased the bike. Too funny. Yes i will take my business somwhere else. And never buy anything from Simply Rides again. Thank you.

We walked in not knowing what we were looking for specifically. Steve was very patient with us in explaining different bike options. He suggested a bike that hadn't even made it to the showroom floor and that was the perfect fit for my shorty legs! We had no intention of buying a bike that day, but the process was organic and the bike found me. No pressure whatsoever. The entire customer experience was fantastic. From the paperwork, to accessories to finding clothing that fit - every single person there was very helpful and had insight. I am ready to hit the road on my new Yamaha F3! Thanks to the entire crew at Simply Ride! Would 100% recommend.
