What a great place to take your car! Gary was extremely helpful and saved the day! I'll be back when it's time for tires! Hopefully not because I need them for other car repair! But if I do need repair I won't hesitate to come back.

Thank you Garry and his team for helping me today! I thought I needed four new set of tires, Gary made sure I received the best deal. Gary took the time to inform me that I didn t need tires because the tread was great! Instead of charging me for a new set with the discount. He just checked my alignment and steering. While saving me money on that as well! Also he gave me a loaner car so I could go home while they looked at my car!Thank you again for making me feel like a valued customer and for not taking advantage of how little of knowledge I know about cars! This experience was great. I will be coming back for all my car needs!

Gary was really helpful from phone call to a goodbye handshake. I thought I'd have to spend almost 700 dollars on a repair after being quoted by another business. He confidently said that was not the problem I thought it was a very minimal service. He charged me nothing for this service. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Gary! Love midas. They take care of all 3 of my vehicles, they are always honest and up front about all the work. Excellent pricing. Lee is the guy in charge and he has always taken care of me. Guy has a great attitude and makes it enjoyable to wait around for oil changes and such. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I ve visited several times for oil changes or tire quotes. Every visit has been an above and beyond positive experience. Dave always greeted me & kept me informed on best methods to maintain my old Toyota! Thank you for the kindness & exceptional service. I ll always come here for services! My buddy had a blown out tire and i brought the wheel over to Midas and Gary had no issue finding me a tire right away! He got it in so quick and the technician double checked it all and made sure the wheel was good to go and holding air properly. Gotta appreciate quality customer service and quality work!

I cannot say enough good things about the Midas in Eden Prairie, and especially the manager Gary! I had taken my car to get a repair done at another shop, and they wound up not only not fixing the issue, but damaging other parts of my vehicle. I had to have it towed to Midas, and Gary was so involved since the moment I brought it in. There was a lot to fix, but he kept communicating with me daily, assuring me it would be cared for, and properly documented everything so I was able to have it covered by the prior mechanic who did the damage. As long as I am here, I will only take my car to Gary at Midas going forward! The customer service was out of this world and very much appreciated!

Took my car to two other mechanics, both of which said I needed a new transmission for $6k (one of those was a transmission specialist shop). Took it into Midas and they noticed an issue with the valve causing the leak which they were able to fix for under $1k instead of replacing the whole thing. Thank you to Gary and his team for doing proper due diligence!

I had the pleasure of visiting Midas Eden Prairie for the first time, seeking assistance with a suspected coolant system leakage in my car. Their team conducted a thorough pressure test, confirming no issues. What amazed me most was that they didn't charge a penny for their exceptional service. Without a doubt, Midas Eden Prairie has earned its place as my go-to for car care truly one of the best in the business!

Came in for a tail light not working and Lee McWilliams was able to find out it was the socket for the light. He worked hard and got the part to the shop very fast so I could be on my way. Highly recommend this shop.

Originally brought my car to rapids Honda and they quoted me for a head gasket of 3500 dollars and some change. Reached out to a couple friends and more than 4 people advised me to bring my car here. Lee McWilliams was the man him and his crew got a diagnostic running as soon as i dropped it off. Within 2 days he calls me and tells me that it is in fact not the head gasket but whoever (rapids Honda) was working on the vehicle before over tightened my spark plugs keep the stress to a minimum and let the Midas family take care of your needs

Gary is very professional, kind and helpful. Amongst the looming snow storm, he was able to get my car in right away for new tires, an oil change and replaced my battery. Thank you for all your help!! I highly recommend Midas, Eden Prairie!!!

The guy who is in front name is Gary , he is not pass my inspection and charged me $39 .he wants me to changed my car tires working in good condition and he is making a good deal for purchasing Midas tires . I am very disappointed and he is talking very smart and making his business. Not trust worthy shop

Got oil change for Prius. Used their $25 coupon. They charged $30 instead and explained the car used 6 quarts engine oil, when a Prius only uses 3.9 quarts. Not a honest shop.

It is an okay location because the employees are not showing enough respect to the customers.while I was there a customer who didn't know too much English had a question and also wanted to pay for the repair cost, had some questions regarding the paperwork but the employee's behavior was bad and didn't behave politely.

The people here are great. So friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help out! They serviced my 2019 tacoma. I got wheels shipped to them and had tires put on and brakes replaced, took a short afternoon and they gave me a very well maintained loaner car. One of the other major oil change companies didn't put the splash guard back on properly after my last oil change resulting in it becoming loose and dragging on the ground and making an awful noise. I brought it in and Midas had it fixed in 5-10 minutes. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
