People here are always prompt and courteous. Faissal is always on the spot and very professional. Today I went in without an appointment and in an hour I was out with an oil change and a recall fix I didn't even know about. When we go into Honda, by comparison, its like they hate their jobs.

I was greeted right away upon entering the dealership. Patrick O found the car I was interested in right away and we took it for a test drive. He answered all my questions during the test drive and during the purchase. He followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson.

I have dealt with Jerry Chapman for years, and he is the only reason that I am a repeat customer.Any questions, or problems that I have, Jerry is right on top of it to come up with answers, or a solution.I highly recommend Jerry if You are looking for a Ford product.

I was put on hold and disconnected a couple times. I m sure these were mistakes. The guy I eventually talked to was very nice and helpful.

I'm a little biased but the techs here are great. It sometimes takes a little longer than I plan but it's worth the wait. I have been bringing my cars here for almost 10 years.
