Called the office. Girl on the phone was Rude! Gave them location, phone number. She said Ok and hang up. So I waited for an hour. Called back no answer. After one hour and a half THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I called another company. They sent someone there in 20 minutes. So I strongly don t recommend to call Matt s Auto Service for any services.

I hit a very large rock in the freeway and blew out my back tire. I was in a time crunch with needing to get my daughter to an event. I goggled a towing place and Matt s popped up. They were very friendly and eager to get us helped and on our way. Juan showed up within 5-10minutes. He was concerned about our safety, explained everything in detail and said he would have us on our way as soon as he could. From the call to the time we were back driving it was 20minutes! They exceeded my expectations in service, professionalism and customer service!Service: Tire change

Called Matt's on 10\6\22 to have my car towed to a collision shop. It's a sports car which requires a special flatbed tow truck and special rigging due to its very low ground clearance. Juan the flatbed driver, who also restores antique pick-ups, is the best! Juan not only warned me about not having tow companies use chains, he actually showed me the proper way to secure the car using straps around the solid parts of the rear suspension. He suggested I take pictures for future use. Juan took his time securing and explaining the way to lift a low clearance sports car. Once the car was on the flatbed, he meticulously strapped each wheel from the top of the tire Vs those tow companies who place straps through the mag wheels ruining the finish. Next time you need a tow, call Matt's and ask for Juan. I promise, you will be completely satisfied with his towing knowledge, caring for your vehicle and his very friendly personality. We threw an oddball situation at Nate with Matt's Auto Service. Had a couple of vintage vehicles stuck inside a barn (had been sitting there for over 20 years and were completely locked up). I sent them pictures, Nate confidently said they could handle it, no problem! He's a man true to his word - this went smoother than I could have hoped. On top of that, he was very communicative and showed up right on time. I will use them anytime I need a tow service in this area. All around fantastic service! Thanks, Nate!!

The woman at the window was just plain mean. Everyone else was very nice. Paid $255 for a tow off the highway 10 miles away. I can deal with the price but this lady needs a new job.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Gotten tows from them 2 times and they were fast and efficient both times! Drivers are super nice and the office staff are super friendly.

Outstanding service and carefulness. We had our classic 56 Chevy towed by Juan and he did a magnificent job. If I owned a $400k Ferrari I would have these folks tow it.

Juan got to me within 10 minutes of calling. He was very careful when hooking up my vehicle. He ensured it was safe before we got on the highway which was appreciated. He gave me a ride 45 mins out to the dealership that had serviced my vehicle in the past. He was able to let me know what to mention to insurance and the service department. I wanted to share that Juan from Matt's Auto Service is about as friendly as friendly can get and he was out here to tow the abandoned car I called about within minutes of request for a tow. You don't find people like him these days and I also want to mention, Julie. She is the one who took my call and she was also extremely friendly and kind. People like Julie and Juan are rare and this speaks volumes about Matt's Auto Service. I will use them whenever I need help. If there were 10 stars, I would give them 10, but there's only 5. Got a flat about five minutes away from them on the middle of a Friday afternoon. We limped over to Matt's with on spare.Within just THIRTY MINUTES, John had our tire patched and Juan had it fitted back onto the car. Not only did they fix us up, they did it fast and in under $60. Got a tow and Juan arrived very fast and loaded my vehicle, drove me and the vehicle back to my destination. Went out of his way to park the vehicle how I wanted it in the driveway. I was overall very satisfied. They were all pretty mellow and did not make a bad situation (for me) worse by having bad attitudes. They were helpful and communicated very well what was needed to get my vehicle back.

My day started out terrible with car trouble. Numerous places couldn't help me. Then I called Matt's. From the person who answered the phone, to the person who came to provide service, to another follow up phone call, these people were first class. They turned my day around with professionalism, kindness, great service. Special call out to Juan who was so capable and willing to do whatever it took to get my car where it needed to be. In this day when customer service can be lacking, Matt's reminded me of small town, old fashioned service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Services: Battery service, Car towing

We had Matt's Auto Service tow our daughter's damaged vehicle from her apartment parking lot to our house while she waits for the insurance settlement. Juan arrived at the promised time, and was very friendly and helpful. He got the vehicle towed promptly and efficiently, and even helped put it in our garage.

On one of the worst days to need a tow in the winter in Minnesota, not only did Matt's Auto Service get to me quickly when my car broke down, but the driver, Juan, went above and beyond to assist me. I have used Matt's twice to move an undriveable car from my garage to an auto body shop and back again. Juan took his time backing the tow truck up to the narrow stall of the garage and placed the car exactly where I needed it so I wouldn't have to move it again. I would recommend them for any towing needs, especially if you have a low profile car and/or a tricky placement or extraction.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

I ended up in a ditch on Tuesday January 3rd. The day of the historic snow storm. Juan drove by and asked if I needed help. I told yes absolutely I was pretty freaked out he said just stay in your car and stay warm I got ya. He was helping a handful of others as wel. He was able to to be super efficient with pulling us all outa the ditch that day. I can t tell how grateful I was for him - He new exactly how to deal with the complexities of that dire situation and had as all outa their in less than half hour. The company van needed a tow to a car shop a few minutes away from the office and Mike came to our rescue. My colleague and I were very grateful how fast and efficient Mike was when he came to strap the van onto his towing truck. Thanks for saving the day, Mike! I had my first encounter with a deer and managed to total my car. The tow truck driver showed up within 10 mins and sat with us until the trooper showed up (which they never showed). He was extremely kind. The next day, the guy at the office showed concern for me and my passenger. Making sure we were okay, helped me fill out the release form for my insurance company, and I had forgotten my ID but had it sent to me in a photo. He was extremely understanding and I so very appreciated his concern and kindness. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their service.The guy at the office made the comment "Thank you for not yelling at me." Which truly broke my heart because why would I yell at him for ME forgetting MY I.D. and insurance card? He was doing his job and helped me find other ways to provide him with the paperwork he needed to complete his job.Again, thank you for your kindness during a nerve racking time. It was greatly appreciated. :)

I was on my way home driving north on 494 at around 9:00pm. The rear tire blew on my car. State Trooper dispatch connected me to Matt's Auto. An extremely funny and polite young man was there in less than 10min. He found that the spare tire didn't fit for my car. He called the shop and another young man came out with a different spare and again it didn't fit. My choices were to have my car towed home-40miles- or the young men offered to tow my car to the shop and see if they had a tire there that would fit. At the shop there was a total of 5 young men- all very polite and willing to figure out the option that was cheapest! They figured out that I had a hole from a nail or screw and it would be possible to just plug it. By them taking the time to check options- it saved me approx $275 or more! They simply could have just towed me home because it would have been easier. I felt safe and comfortable at the shop. If a tow is what you need or to have your vehicle worked on- this business is trustworthy and very reasonable!
