Went to LaValley s Auto the first time to get my vehicle s rear brakes done. John is respectful, professional, courteous and honest. The brake job was done effectively and expediently. The charge on the brake repair is $100+ less than the quote I received from the repair shop (undercar) right across the street. You can definitely trust your car repair with LaValley s Auto Repair!Service: Auto brake replacement

I had a mechanic that I liked to work located in a far off location. So, I was not completely sure if I wanted to try a different place. After some debate on the distance, I decided to risk it and try this place. I was happy I did. I felt like the repair was speedy, the cost honest, and the communication good. John's a good guy and always give you fair feedback regarding potential upcoming repairs/maintenance. He goes above and beyond, has offered me a ride back to work, offered his car as a service, pretty much things you won't find at chain stores. Highly recommend this location.

I go to La Valley's for everything car related and can't recommend John more highly. He's an honest guy, I trust him, and he does great work. It's nice to have such a high degree of trust in your mechanic!

Owner John is super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He only does what needs to be done and will give any recommendations for service that be needing to be done in the future. Very easy to work with prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend La Valley Automotive to anyone looking for automotive service or repairs. I will be going back when the need arises. John runs a great shop and has always fixed only what needs to be done. Prices are reasonable without ridiculous markups seen at chains and dealers. Work is always fast and always done right.

I've been bringing my cars to John for well over 10 years. He is prompt, courteous, and reliable, and always explains everything that needs to be done clearly. I wouldn't bring my car to anyone else.

Great customer service smiles from beginning to end they appreciate your service they help you even if they have to hold your purse when your fob is connected to it and they have to take it off.. Thank you so very much. They are happy to serve you.I'm all smiles

I recently ran into trouble with another autoshop. La Valley's Automotive Repair and Jon were more then willing to help me out when I was in a tough spot. They were willing to work around my schedual and were very quick about estimations and returning phone calls. I appriciate all of the effort that was put into making my experience a positive one that I will remember. Finally an automotive shop that I enjoyed talking to.
