I recently came into this shop for a simple oil change. Little did I know that by coming in, it may have saved my life. During the oil change they found that one of my brake pads was falling out! Lucas the manager took great care of me and at a fair price. I could not be more happy with my service and I highly recommend coming here.

It was prompt and courteous service. I liked the way they all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I also liked the way they communicated with each other and informed you of what they were doing. Everything was clean and organized in the center. A+++ to all the staff. My favorite part about the service is I can stay in my car. SOOOOO convenient.

I am extremely impressed with how polished the staff is. They all knew their jobs, and stayed on task the entire time without being brusque. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The person I spoke with was friendly, communicated clearly, and obviously knew what he was doing. I have been to other oil-change places where there was a lot of waiting while staff wasted time, and that was definitely NOT the case here. Staff obviously enjoyed working with each other and joked around (appropriatelty), but did so while working steadily to finish the job. It was a pleasant atmosphere for me as a customer to enter. The representative who helped me had great customer-relations skills.

I like the convenience of the hours and location, I like the service from the associa and the quality of the work. What I do like is that more often than not they don't have any free car wash certificates, there's no coffee or pop or snacks as offered in a big sign in the waiting room, the restrooms are clean but super outdated, not very nice. Might seem like Little details but the prices are not the cheapest so I do expect more.

Lucas took good care of my car, went in for an oil change and I was recommended over due services that valvoline never warned me about. Thanks to Lucas for looking out for me. 10/10 service and experience! Will be coming back and recommending to my friends!

Lucas G was amazing!! Him and the team were professional and were able complete the oil change I needed in a timely manner!!If you need any services done on your vehicle I will say they have my 100% recommendation/trust over valvoline!!!!!!!!

I had never been to a grease monkey before, but my check engine light came on about a week ago and had been neglecting it, so I stopped by on my way home from work. I was greeted with a fast moving line and a quick and friendly experience thanks to Hunter. Will be coming back for future services!

I've been going to valvoline for years but I finaly tried this place as it was a bit closer. This will definitely be my new place. Not only did they get my oil change done fast but they also let me know my brakes were bad and were able to take care of it then and there. My car has never felt better.

I had an awesome experience getting my oil changed today! Excellent, friendly service. Always professional! This is my go-to place to get my oil changed. I didn't grab the name of the guy at the counter, but he was very friendly!! Will definitely keep coming back!

The manger Lucas was so nice and really helped me understand everything that was going on. It s nice when people working on cars take the time to explain the details. Definitely will be going back.

They are very professional. I'm always satisfied anytime I visit them. I live in downtown Minneapolis and I prefer to drive this long distance to get to Eden Prairie for getting satisfaction. I really appreciate their job.

I did not have a great experience at Grease monkey this time around. I went in for a tire rotation (which I can get for free at Discount tire) and was willing to pay for because of convenience to my office. I decided to get an oil change while I was there.The called to tell me that the good news was that the oil change was done, and the bad news was they couldn t rotate my tires because their lift could not lift my vehicle (although it s of standard height) AND I was told that if I can Lower my vehicle height, that they would be happy to rotate my tires lolThe oil change was obscenely expensive. About double the (2) other oil change places within a few blocks.It was really a frustrating waste of time and money. I ll go elsewhere the next time around.

Lucas did an awesome job at 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I had wiper blades I purchased that I couldn t install. He helped me out then on for no charge. I will continue to be a customer for life!

They don t mind getting dirty and right to work, their callouts let me know how far along they are in the process of changing my oil they ve even went as far as checking the condition of the engine air filter and didn t pressure me into thinking I needed a new one they give their honest opinion when it comes to wether if it ll be fine till the next service.

Took well over 1 hour for oil change. Techs struggled with resetting "service reminder". In doing so, somehow set wipers to "winter mode" and couldn't fix. They tried pulling battery cable to reset computer but no success. I finally left and went home to fix myself. Nice people, just don't know Range Rovers. This is my 2nd experience there with same result. Won't go back. :(

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. I called the office and said my heater was not working and asked if they could repair it. They said yes, that it is probably the thermostat - and asked me to bring it in. When I brought it in, I was told by both individuals working there that it would be ready the same day and that they would call me. After not receiving a call by the following day, I called up myself for an update since I was car-less, and was told then it would be ready by Monday. I accepted this reluctantly, as I have no other choice. Come Monday 2pm I had still not received a call, so I contacted them myself again. At that point, I was told my car would not be fixed until Tuesday or Wednesday because they were too busy . I told them Wednesday was not acceptable as I had been without a car already for 4 days. On Tuesday morning I received a call from their front desk. I was working, so on the voicemail left I was told that the car is all fixed, that she tested it and my air was blowing hot. She asked me to come pick it up and even offered me a discount for it taking 5 days. I went to pick up my car, and before giving my keys they asked me to pay. I did, and when I left I noticed my heater STILL did not work. I went back to the shop, where they proceeded to tell me they NEVER did diagnostic tests to find out what is really wrong, just ordered a part and changed it, and never tested it like they lied to me about on my voicemail. When looking closer - one of the workers said she thinks she found the issue. I said I wanted a refund for the thermostat and the old one put back in since that wasn t the issue (the part was $400before labor charges and taxes). She tried to convince me that the thermostat was still needing to be replaced, when they still had not done any diagnostic tests. I stated if they weren t able to put the old thermostat back and refund me the difference from what the actual fix needed, then to just put it back and refund me and I would go somewhere else. The front desk person called her district manager Keith McCullum, who proceeded to tell me that he did not think I should get a refund, because I paid for a new thermostat and that is what I got. I informed him that they shouldn t have put a new thermostat without checking if that was the issue, and he said that is the process, to try to solve one piece at a time- even if that isn t what is broken. He claimed he thought I should not get a refund, but said he would put in a request for the insurance department to call me to CONSIDER whether I should be refunded anything. He expressed zero empathy even though I was crying - keep in mind it is Christmas week and they just took over $600 from me total and did not fix what I brought the car in for, even though they lied and said they did. I m reporting this issue to corporate, and am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. This place blatantly lied to me, then refused to put the old part back and refund me. I am sick to my stomach at how they ripped me off and would advise that no one ever go here again. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Super professional ! Called and asked about a check engine light on my 2021 car, explained the code and explained my car isn t showing signs. Brought it in, they checked all the things the code was telling them. They gave me some suggestions on what to try, and they fixed the light (so far, time could tell though). Super friendly, didn t make me feel like I was stupid being a woman either. Both Jeremy and Ricky were super helpful. Will definitely return!

Amazing and courteous crew in teh pits as well as the front desk. The last crew here overtighten the oil filter on my car and the new crew needed to break the filter carrier plastic piece to get it off. But an amazing tech ran across the street to get me the part and I think they sold it to me at cost. At first, i was worried but in the end the whole situation was thoughtfully addressed and professionally handled. Also replaced my desk headligh with the new LED bulbs I provided them at no additional charge! HUGE props to this new team at Grease Monkey EP!!!
