They are open Sundays and got my job done in one day! Their recommended fixes that were emailed were bogus such as needing new tires, my tires are new but what they told me in person and over the phone were right on it appears.

Technicians recommend new struts, scheduled appointment and dropped car off. 2 hours later they tell me they ordered the wrong struts. 3 days later, I'm still waiting on a call to tell me when the correct shocks will be in.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

The guys that worked on my car were exceptional. Being a teacher, I only had my lunch break to get a whole set of new tires and they did it with time to spare. From making the appointment over the phone to the payment at the end, they were understanding, caring, and professional the entire time. Not to mention reasonable pricing! My favorite thing was that they never pressured me to purchase anything extra that I didn't want or need. Compared to my past experiences, I valued that the most! Thanks again, guys! They were knowledgeable, but patient with my questions on things that needed to be done.I originally came in for brake pads and rotors, they informed me that I had a broken strut, and my tires were wearing too thin (explains why I was sliding all over the road!).They broke down each line item, and quoted me cost BEFORE doing the work. The crew also listened to my driving habits and future driving plans, and made recommendations based on that information. They also waived MANY fees, as well as have discounts on most of the equipment. Lastly, they completed all the work before day was out.I will be coming back here for all my automotive needs.

Had my car towed 2/11/2023. I talked to an employee and he said that they would take a look at my car on Monday 2/13. I haven't heard back last Monday, so I called them and I was informed that they haven't looked at my car. I haven't heard from them all day on Tuesday 2/14 and they informed me that they are still trying to figure out what is wrong. Both days, they never called me and I had to call them to get an update. They told me yesterday 2/14 that they would get my car in the shop to do a full computer diagnostics test which should of been done on Monday 2/13.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am super impressed with the service from this location. I brought my car in mid afternoon for some new tires and was prepared to leave it overnight if needed. Not only did they squeeze me in, one of the mechanics and the manager stayed late after closing to finish the job and even to complete the alignment they discovered I needed. Plus, their lifetime alignment is great where I can bring it in every 5,000 miles and have it redone again for free of needed. They've got my business for as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended!

I want to start off by stating that Brandon C. The store's manager is pretty incredible. I know that in this day and age there is this rush rush rush fast fast fast way of life. I hope people in the future realize that our vehicles and their needs should be given patience. I was blown away at someone who was there the same time as me. They came in without an appointment, asked for an oil change... the store manager was on his way home for the day. He noticed a nail in her tire on his way out. He came back in and told the lady that for her safety and since there isn't a lot of places available. He vwould personally fix her tire and change her oil. I dont know about you guys but wow. Think about it you're on your way home from work and now you rush back in and work for another hour. Work hard for another hour. I'm impressed. I would come back for him and the store anytime. I'm truly sold on Brandon C. I sure hope he had a long future with this company.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

Had a short-notice repair and they were able to work in and get back to me in one afternoon. The guys were polite, got the diagnosis right, and fixed quickly. Overall I would call it excellent service.

Bait and switch. What a shame. He called me to say they d match the price of the tire I d requested with a different (and better?) tire because they were hard to get. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the price wasn t matched. Worst part they were matching their OWN online price.

These guys do a great job, Their service is second to none! They get me in quickly whenever I need work on my vehicles. They are courteous and treat me like they've know me for years. I bought two sets of tires from them in the last six months and take my cars to them frequently. Their prices are in line with other auto repair shops and I like using my easy to qualify for Firestone card! My experiences have always been pleasant and I feel they are trustworthy.

Came in because my window was not rolling up and was stuck down on a cold day .They were one of the only places that could service me so quickly. They did such a great job and were very professional! I highly recommend this place!

Came in and asked to be squeezed in. Dana made it happen. Very friendly staff. Helped me find a great set of tires at a great deal. Manager was a amazing with all customers while I waited. Open and honest service no overselling or bs. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

The service is always done right. The advise from service technicians and sales advisers is always trustworthy and based on safety as well as affordability. If even if it is a unusual request for a non-standard part of service, they can find the part in a timely manner. I've been going to Firestone Complete Auto care for years and will continue to do so. Now my daughter has her own car, she takes it to Firestone as well.

I used to be impressed with the service and have been a customer of Firestone, at various locations, for over 10 years. I have had great experiences with the multiple sets of tires I've purchased over the years. But the service level has been sliding. I set an appointment for routine services and end up waiting for much longer than the job should take. Oil changes, tire rotations (which are complimentary for the lifetime of the tires), alignments are the main services I utilize Firestone for. I have even been told it would take an hour to have my air pressure checked and adjusted, when stopping by before a trip, on a walk in. That is ridiculous! Walk in service is not an option for anything anymore.I don't find this to be an issue with other similar outfits and am now done with Firestone for any other purchases. The lack of work ethic and service values displayed with their current model is unacceptable. I would advise anyone to search for other options while tire shopping or looking for regular maintenance services.

Want a completely acceptable and passable auto service company? Well here you go. Went in a couple months ago at my neighbors suggestion, had to get $1,500+ worth of work done (after declining unwanted fixes like tire pressure monitors), but after some discussion I walked out with $500 knocked off my final bill (wont say why because they're not endorsing me and im not being paid to review, hit me up Firestone, slide some money my way).Their battery testing service is pretty unreliable, every other visit my battery is tested as either catastrophically bad or completely fine, which is probably because theres some minor corrosion on one of my battery contacts, but I dunno, im not a car guy, thats why I use a shop.Set an appointment, get things done, fish for discounts, decline repairs that aren't vital and youtube them to see if they're possible to fix yourself and save $100-$800 on getting it serviced. Don't have the self confidence to do minor things yourself? Then skip this suggestion, because people like you make mechanics jobs harder, like installing your own brakepads backwards and destroying the pads, rotors, and calipers.Service: Brake service & repair

I called and got in for an alignment within 30 minutes. Jeremy and Kendra were very helpful. I was informed of what kind of repairI needed and the cost. Afterward I realized just how poorly my vehicle was before the technician fixed it. Best service I could have received. And a great price, too! Thanks to everyone at Firestone!!!

Waited an hour past my prescheduled appointment time today and they still had not started work on my vehicle.When I went up to the manager and asked for the keys back that I would need to cancel, she gave no response. No apology, no acknowledgement even though she knew I was waiting, no offer for a future appointment with a discount, etc.This manager needs to be trained or fired if they don't want to keep alienating customers.Needless to say, they have likely lost a 20 year loyal customer for good!

We called at 4:20pm today to see if they could change our tail lights. Dana answered, said they were just going to close, but if we could come in right away they would fix it. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. and we were out of there in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend the firestone in Eden Prairie. The service has always been GREAT!!!!!!!!

If I could write 0 starts I'd do so. We set an appointment one week ago for today at 12 pm...we were waiting for 4 hours, then they called to say that they have not even started because they were behind of schedule. Take clients seriously! It's insane that you make appointments to leave people waiting for nothing, and making them waste their time!

I had a hole in my tire and they replaced 2 tires saying it was ok and shouldn't be a problem. When I went back to do an oil change, they said I should have gotten all 4 replaced. Cause it can cause problems. I would have to buy 4 new tire not 2. So now I would spend an extra 400. And the 2 they replace is only 1 old. I took it somewhere else to get it done and found out they gave me wrong size tires! Not going back there.

I have had no full use of my legs since 1992 accident. My car is how I survive to get meds food, sometimes my home SURVIVAL. My car is OLD but it s all I have& all I can afford. Batteries are what keep the car moving so when my battery went & I was called AAA WHO NEVER SHOWED, it was FIRESTONE, Eden Prairie who saved me. Minus degrees cold very early SATURDAY MORNING, they called every parts place to locate a battery, installed it & was efficient friendly polite & accommodating doing it. Thoroughly impressed because I have been ripped off by more than a few places, including Honda dealerships. While there I noticed they assisted at least 2 people without charging them offering solutions to help. Thank you, Firestone!Blessings to this place.
