I scheduled an oil change because of a welcome to the neighborhood coupon. And I'll be a loyal customer going forward. They have a full inspection and honest recommendations as well as their prices being very fair. They are very friendly and honest, and their prices are much better than quick lube places with better service.

My experience was awesome! Mike the front desk person was super helpfully and knowledgeable about cars. He was able to help me understand why my brakes were causing a screeching sound and best recommendation on what rotor to install based off my aftermarket parts on my car. He also asked a ton of questions to understand my issue so that the repair techs can install what is needed! Would recommend anyone with car needs to go here.Service: Auto brake repair

We are from Brainerd and my wife was low on antifreeze. She happened to be at an appointment close by. I called over there and they were fully booked but they said she could stop by to get the antifreeze topped off. They filled the reservoir and looked things over quick and couldn't see any visible leaks. They gave her some pointers to watch for while driving and would not take any money for the antifreeze. Very nice genuine people working here. Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience here was fantastic! After calling around to numerous other places inquiring about getting one single tire mounted and balanced, and being given the runaround, at EP Auto Tire and Glass, not only did they get me in right away which is unheard of they mounted and balanced my tire for a very reasonable fee. I was in and out in maybe a half hour. I would definitely recommend this place!Service: Tires

Our car had a parasitic drain causing the car s battery to run down if it went unused for more than a couple days. Not a good situation with winter approaching.We asked Brandon at the Minnetonka LaMettry's what he suggested. He put us in touch with Bobby and his team of experts at EP Auto, Tire & Glass. Bobby said they would track down the faulty electrical wiring.The project ended up being far more involved than anyone anticipated. Bobby s communication, persistence, and customer service skills were top notch. He kept me informed with regular calls and updates. He also motivated his team members until they finally got to the root of the issue.I can t say enough about the customer service Bobby and Brandon provided. They significantly exceeded expectations and did so at a reasonable cost.Based on this experience, I highly recommend EP Auto, Tire & Glass for all manner of automotive care.Service: Electrical repair

I spoke with Bill on the phone about getting brakes and brake fluid done on my Mercedes ML350. He gave me an excellent quote to get the job done! The mechanic, Steve, did an excellent job taking care of my vehicles needs. Steve also noticed some other maintenance that the Mercedes dealership has repeatedly failed to mention/discover. Bill quoted me on the new maintenance needs with another excellent quote! Overall I would highly recommend EP Auto! I always go and get my oil changed and Bill and his co-workers always get me in on my schedule. They are very friendly and have coffee and snack while I wait. Very efficient and know me as one of their regulars for several years now. They always honor their coupons and send me on my way in a timely fashion. The price is always reasonable.

I came in as a walk-in customer. The gentleman behind the counter said they normally don t accept walk-ins but he had a tech back from lunch and could squeeze me in. I sat in my car for 4 min before he came out and invited me to wait in the lobby. They had me out in less than 30 min and he was very friendly. We visited and I discovered he had his own side hustle and got his card as I was in the marked for a JDM vehicle that will be cleared for the states to import next year. They went above and beyond as I had a bumper that was falling off that they secured and cleaned the excess oil from the bottom of my car and recommended I get the leak fixed. I would strongly recommend this place and please ask for Brody!Service: Oil change

I came to this shop in belief I needed brakes and I pads. I was fearful to drive my vehicle because of the terrifying sounds coming from my front driver's side tire. I was referred to this shop by my son. The auto mechanic assessed the vehicle to discover the bolts were so loose he could remove them by hand. Just prior to what could have been a critical incident, I punchered that same tire and immediately had it repaired by a well-known dealer. I'm not sure what went wrong when that work was done and my bill paid but I'm glad my son directed me to this business. As a female they heard my concerns and professionally assessed and repaired my vehicle without inflating my bill. I am safely backon the road only needing two new front tires. The loose bolts issue was the culprit of the terrifying sounds I heard. My brakes and pads were nearly new. I'm thankful for this auto shop that was both honest and professional. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. There was a comfortable place for me to wait and in less than 45 minutes my car was ready and waiting for me. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Eden Prairie Auto has always helped me. They are an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable garage with an awesome staff. I needed air conditioner help and they moved me to top priority so that I had my vehicle the same day. I recommend them for all of your vehicle needs.

Got an alignment and some exhaust work done there. Brody was the sales rep, and he explained everything pretty well. He told me that the tech who worked on my car was mike. Brody was a true professional and wildly helpful. Even though I didn t end up using their service he has gained a long term customer in me for any and all maintenance I may need in the future. Brody and the staff made a woeful broken down car experience a little less woeful. See you in a couple months for my oil change!

Update: Apparently my tire isn't losing pressure after being sealed here, I was mistaken on which tire was losing air so they ended up finding a nail in my other passenger side tire. They have been helpful and informative throughout the process after calling me and having me bring it back in. Very professional and courteous.Had my windshield replaced as well as an oil change and I had a tire leak. They said they couldn't find the leak in my tire even though I told them I lost 26 psi in 5 days of driving. I said they could replace it if need be. 2 days after leaving my tire pressure light comes back on again and my tire is losing air still. Also my sunroof which worked perfectly well before coming here is now on the fritz, not sure if that's related or not but I'm not happy about the tire either way.Services: Tires, Auto glass repair, Oil change

Got my rear brakes fixed. Online scheduling really doesn't work. It shows a bunch of open time but it doesn't mean they have time to work on your car. Took most of the day to have it fixed. Otherwise overall decent service

This company has saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary car repairs. On a few different occasions I have taken my car to this location for a second opinion, only to find out both times the other car places were telling me my car needed repairs it did not need! Thank you EP Auto and Glass for not trying to take advantage of me, making sure my car is accurately fixed and my wallet is not emptied! I appreciate the great service!

I just had an oil change and tires rotated, but the appointment was completed in a timely manner, maybe 45 minutes or so. My only complaint is that they also did an inspection and found some stuff that could be fixed but they did not inform on the severity of them

I had EP Auto Tire & Glass swap my performance tires with my snow tires on my rims last November. When i went to have my snow tires changed over in March, I found out that they shredded the inner edge on three of the tires, making them unusable. When I spoke to the store manager, he (a) said i couldnt prove they did it and (b) questioned why it took so long for me to register my complaint (i had to explain to him that winter typically lasts around 4 months in Minnesota and that I didnt have any reason to inspect my tires immediately after my visit to EP Auto, Tire and Glass). I would strongly recommend against doing business with this company.
