Dan and Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our entire interaction. I was in the area to see a car at another dealership that didn t work out and just happened to wander into their store. Dan was so kind and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and offered me options that pertained to my requests instead of just pushing whatever on me. He helped me narrow it down to 2 options and then I FaceTimed a family member to get their opinion; he recognized the building and then asked where I was/who I was working with. It just so happens that he bought a car from Dan a few years ago and K did his paperwork too. I think it was fate that had me wander into their store. Dan and Kim got me into a beautiful, reliable car and really made my car buying experience go from a nightmare to a dream.

5 stars for Joe and kim! I purchased a 2016 yukon xl and the buying experience was hassel free. My fastest deal yet in and out in 1 hour with financing! even brought the car into the show room floor to drive off in. Wouldnt hesitate to do business again

This is my third car I have purchased with Dan. His experience and knowledge of cars and the car industry is invaluable. He isn't like other car guys that just want to close you on any car he listens and asks lots of questions to make sure you get the perfect car for your needs. If you are looking for a new ride he will be the car expert in your corner . One last point too: if he doesn't have what you are looking for he will go and find it for you and get you the best price on it.

Purchased my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from AC Motors in EP. Nick was the salesman I worked with all day. He was quite busy with plenty of foot traffic and quite a bit of test drives. He was extremely polite the entire time despite the abnormal traffic.Car buying takes some time, but I have more patience for people that genuinely care about my needs.After agreeing to purchase, Ari helped with the financing and was equally as fantastic. Very down to earth staff. Honest. I felt comfortable making that big decision knowing there was transparency throughout the process.AC agreed to fix a faulty lift gate with my purchase. Upon chatting with Nate up in New Hope and the team the have up at their shop, I'm positive I'll be returning for any upgrades or work that may need to be done it the future. Great experience with the repair as I was in the loop the whole way.If you're in the market for a beautiful, used vehicle...do yourself the favor of swinging through AC Motors.

Stopped in to look at a car. While we were there another customer was in the process of buying the car. Decided we would look around for another. The sales man literally kept following us around and trying to convince us to buy this specific car. We were interested but had concerns with some bodywork etc. the salesman continued to dismiss our concerns and talk over us. My husband and I tried to just walk away to be able to talk about the vehicle just us and he just kept following us. We ended up taking it for a test drive just to get away and discuss what we really wanted. When we had gotten back he just kept pushing telling us how good of a deal and this and that. We ended up just leaving while he was moving a car. Felt way too pressured to buy something that we were not 100% wanting. Ended up at another dealership with a very nice laid back salesmen who gave us space to talk and look at the car without feeling pushed into it.

Kim and Joe went so far above and beyond, in helping me to purchase my next car. The paperwork was a breeze, the warranty options have me feeling safe and secure for a very long time, and I'm loving this new car. Wonderful, WONDERFUL people to work with. I can't express that enough!

Joe was a pleasure to work with! Made the transaction smooth and took time to understand our wants and needs. They are super fair on their trade ins and making sure any issues are addressed and clear. The show room is clean and the staff are friendly. It was a pleasure working with Kim and Dan. I purchased a 2011 Lexus LS460L; a car that was on my Dream Car list from first sight in 2007.The great part about Dan and Kim is there was no drama. The car was everything Dan said it would be; a great car, with no nasty surprises. At the signing of the paperwork, imagine my surprise when Kim did not try to pad the bill and milk every dime out of Capital One and me. I picked the add-ons! Kim did not play the hidden fees game.Having owned 22 cars, to date, during my lifetime; this was the most wonderful car buying experience.Thank you Kim and Dan for helping my dream come true!

I bought a used car from them the other day, they are very nice people, don't push you on vehicles like other dealer ships did to me, let me make my choice with no peer pressure. It was a great experience for me as I am new to buying a car from a dealer ship and having a loan, I got confused in the process of my loan but they helped me know what I need and helped me get the car I wanted. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the oil was black and they wouldn't do an oil change because they said they had done one not long ago and they wouldn't go check it to see what we where seeing, as well as they wouldn't move on the price of the vehicle even though I had pointed out a few things on the car that should have lowered the price. I am still grateful for how nice they where to me and informational they where as well as how happy I am with the car. They even gave me a print out of the Carfax and made sure I had looked and read through it. Kim was very nice and so was the guy that helped me, I believe his name was Dan, look at the vehicles I was interested in. I would probably come back in the future to get another vehicle from them.

Just spent 12k buying a car here and am not happy. Brought it in to a mechanic to do a thorough once over since I'm taking it on a long 11 hour drive. It needs 5k+ worth of work done on it before the mechanic feels it would be safe to drive that kind of distance. I'm beyond furious! Be careful buying here, make sure you bring your own mechanic with to look at the vehicle before you purchase. Learn from my mistake. Before anyone says my mechanic is ripping me off he's not, he's family and is giving us the best deal he possibly can.

All around amazing experience! Both Dan, and the financing lady (unfortunately forgot her name) were awesome! I've both quite a few cars over the years, and I've never had an experience as great as this! I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Drive Appeal in Eden Prairie today. It was without a doubt the best experience I have had at a dealership. I don't even know if I would call Drive Appeal a dealership because it was such a pleasant experience that was far superior to anything I have witnessed in the past when shopping for vehicles. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy at all. Not your typical sharks in the water used car experience that we have all come to know and expect. The inventory seemed very high quality, the vehicle I purchased certainly was as advertised, fairly priced, and very clean. The indoor showroom was much more comfortable than walking around a parking lot in the cold. I would suggest to anyone to look at Drive Appeal's inventory and pay them a visit before torturing yourself at a conventional dealership. Top notch experience. Bravo Drive Appeal! I am very pleasantly surprised by what I experienced. I will try and do business with Drive Appeal before any other dealership in the future, the experience was commendable and not what I would have expected.

Kim and Dan are both amazing. I got a quality used vehicle with low miles. Had the vehicle inspected by a local repair shop. Totally cleared inspection. Side note. I am also in the process of building my credit so I came from a secured CC to 2 unsecured credit cards in like 2 months after getting this auto loan on my history. I had a great experience!

We purchased a 2008 Mercedes from Mike Hermes in mid-July. Can was in outstanding condition. Mike was professional and honest and took time to answer all the questions that we had. The service engine soon light came on during our test drive. Mike took care of the issue with the help of Automotive Concepts in New Hope along with a radio knob that needing replacing. The car needed a new thermostat and after a few days everything was 100% and I was in my new car. Fast forward 4 weeks later, and I'm thrilled with my new purchase. Even though the car is 9 years old, it is in excellent condition, the price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding. Definitely going to look to AC Motors for our next vehicle purchase.

I just purchased the nicest RX350 Lexus from Drive Appeal of Eden Prairie.The Quality was Top Tier with new tires and spotless exterior.The Finance Manager, Kim is a Gem. Found a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport listed on Auto trader by AC Motors. Called and Spoke with Hermes who was very professional and courteous. He confirmed the vehicle was available and give me all the information I needed about the vehicle to decide whether I wanted to look at it. Came to the dealer that morning and Hermes was there to go over everything and had the vehicle ready for me even on short notice. Couldn't test drive that day but left a deposit and Hermes was able to hold the vehicle for a week while I was out of town which a lot of dealers aren't willing to do. Hermes even called me to make sure I was still interested as there were other interested people. Finally when I returned I test drove the vehicle and the car was perfect. Hermes was even patient while I struggled to get insurance on the vehicle and offered to reimburse me for the gas. Overall my experience with Hermes and the dealership in general was excellent. I've delt with many dealerships and this one was by far the best. Would definitely recommend to friends and family or return if I decide to buy another car.

Had a very smooth and straight up experience with Mike Hermes and our used Subaru Legacy. Was very friendly and Mike (finance) was very honest with us and walked us smoothly through the finances. We were able to negotiate and had a great experience with AC Motors. They are a great local place that has a community feel!

Mike was very nice during the entire buying process. I bought a 2011 Audi S4 with them at the end of July. About 1.5 months after the purchase, I was driving as usual. Without any warning, the engine ended up overheating and completely roasting inside. Seems like I was sold a lemon car. The fact is that now I have a car with a blown engine and a $24,000 loan, which happened within the 60 first days of ownership. Very disappointed with the experience.UPDATE 12/21/2017:After multiple weeks of trying to contact Steven through email and text messages, I did not receive a callback or a courtesy email. Steven promised that he will talk to his General Manager after I email him the timeline of the events. I drafted a lengthy email to Steven (per his request) within 12 hours. However, after receiving promises that Steven will talk to the GM, nothing was done. I came to AC Motors because I heard of their superb customer service and customer experience. I did not see that.I am very disappointed with the entire experience.The review will be updated if anything changes.

I had a great experience purchasing my Audi A4 from Nick and Ari at AC Motors in Eden Prairie. Nick always got back to me right away with any questions or concerns I had and made sure I was happy with my purchase afterwards. The financing was real quick and easy and Ari pointed everything out and made sure I understood everything. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them again.

Gregg is extremely helpful and makes the car buying process as easy as possible. I have purchased two cars here in the last 6 months. First car was great, however, the second car I purchased as is and have taken it to the shop to get repaired 3 times within 1 month of owning the vehicle. Make sure to get the car inspected and not trust their judgement. When I tried contacting the dealership (called over 4 times and left messages) no one wanted to get in contact with me. Not helpful once they have their money. They only contact me when I leave a bad review.

Attn: Jeremy LuffeyHi JeremyThis is Michelle I recently purchased a 2008 Range Rover from A.C. Motors in Eden Prairie. Upon purchase I ran into a couple of issues with Mike Hermes. I told him that the keys to the vehicle were not working I am unable to lock the car doors because the fob key had been dismantled, broken into pieces and the back window of the vehicle would not let down. He told me that he would give me a check for $150 to replace the key, however after contacting Land Rover dealership the cost to replace the key is $310 and to have the key programmed for the vehicle is $180. So in a heated discussion he stated that he would pay the total amount. Then turn around and said he wasn't going to take care anything. I was upset and very disappointed at the services that I received I placed $5000 down on this truck and my expectations were very high of A.C. Motors. I also helped my daughter purchase a vehicle from A.C. Motors. Luckily her key is functioning properly and her Windows are working.My car is at your service lot to have the window fix and the keys fixed they don't even function in order to lock the doors. I would like to know if you will be more professional than Mike Hermes at A.C. and take care of these issues. I should not have had this experience and I am a unhappy customer. I was lied to by your salesman Mike. I asked him before I made the purchase were the tires good he said yes they will last a long time. After the purchase he said you might want to buy new tires before winter.I've never had this type of experience in purchasing a vehicle. I have had a Mercedes, Lexus and Maserati Ghibli and never had any problems with the dealership or salesman. Mike stated that A.C. Motors were not like those other dealerships an don't provide luxury service. Assuming he means AC motors is less classy. He went on to state he has the money from the bank now, so he don't care what happens to the vehicle.I look forward to hearing from you!

Great experience buying my vehicle from Steve! He was honest and thorough from the start to finish of the car buying process. He made what can be a scary and stressful first time cary buying/financing experience hassle free, comfortable, and took great care of us. It is also apparent that they have pride in the vehicles that they sell. I will be recommending to friends/family for sure! Check them out and ask for Steve!

It's been almost two years since I purchased my vehicle from Drive Appeal. I'd been searching around for an Infiniti QX60 for a few months. I was determined to buy through an Infiniti dealer in town, but they couldn't seem to bring in or find the year or safety features I wanted. I found Drive Appeal on cars.om or carsoup (can't remember). I went in and visited their showroom. Very impressive foreign auto selection; seemed like everything was in great shape. Dan worked with me on a very fair price for a 2015 QX60 that had all of the bells, whistles, and safety features I wanted. Dan also took an old GMC off my hands, so it was very much a one-stop shop to get setup with a "new to me" vehicle. The vehicle has had only minor issues since I've purchased it; regular maintenance and wear and tear from a family of four. The only reason I knock it down to four stars is that they were reluctant of me taking this for an afternoon to get it checked out by an independent mechanic. Overall, very happy with the experience. Dan and staff are good people and, from what I can tell, sell quality used vehicles at very fair prices. When I am in the market again, I'll make sure to give Dan a call.

This happened a while ago, I kept putting it off and trying to forget about it, but I can t so I figured I d get to it.I stopped by one day to check out a BMW I was interested in. A pro of this experience was that the salesman (whose name I ve forgotten) just let me and my friend take it on a test drive to enjoy the car in peace. Upon the test drive, the steering wheel shook while braking. Knowing a bit about cars, I knew it needed new rotors. But even then I was still interested in it. I popped the hood and found the power steering reservoir was seeping. Again, not a big deal.Unfortunately I was not able to be approved for the BMW so the salesman offered a Mercedes C300 which was nice and I was willing to give Mercedes a try after being a huge BMW fan. Immediately before the test drive (that went perfect), there was a light on the dash that said a headlamp was out even though all lights worked.Long story short, I ended up getting a loan for the Mercedes and took it home that night. I do appreciate the salesman doing what he could to make sure I left with a car I liked by trying all sorts of banks for a loan.But being it a German car, I went to have the car inspected by an shop and they found problems. Problems AC Motors should have fixed before trying to sell the car. There was a considerable oil leak that left a stain on the drive way, the brakes needed to be replaced, and they found that the car had been in an accident due to the front passenger wheel being welded back together and the paint not completely matching on that side.AC Motors homered their agreement to take the car back if I brought it back in 24 hours and even offered to fix all the things wrong but it only made me think, shouldn t they have fixed it before selling it?So buyer beware. They have nice cars and the guys there are nice but get the car inspected. Sooner than later or you may up with thousands in repairs for your new-to-you car.
