I got rear-ended by someone a few weeks ago and found this place on Google. The whole process was smooth and easy. Jason was very thorough, organized and responsive. You can tell those guys know very well what they do. Joe fixed my rear bumper perfectly. Now my old car looks like new from behind. Highly recommend this place!

Jason and Joe were extremely friendly and professional when I brought my car in as the result of an accident. They quickly gave me a reasonable estimate and made the process very easy. They contacted my insurance company for me. They guided me through the process and are very fun guys to talk with!

They worked their butts off to fix my car - it was a mess from a previous owner's accident that wasn't fixed correctly (it was a shock to find out that the previous owner did such a horrible hack job)! But the guys worked hard, got all the necessary parts, & did incredible work to get my car fixed - and more importantly - safe again! Definitely 5 star service for Crosstown Collision!!!

Highly recommend. These guys were great and went above and beyond to make my dad's truck new again. When I loaned it to a family member and they hit a patch of ice, I thought my dad's truck was a goner. But these guys made it good as new. Just got my Jeep back from these guys and it was such a smooth transaction. I had similar work done a few years ago by another company and Crosstown got their work done in half the time of the other place. They are really good people, too. Crosstown Collision was recommended by our grand daughter who had her car painted there. Based on her experience we contacted them for an estimate on our car. The people at Crosstown were friendly, knowledgable, and professional. We had gotten repair estimates from other repair shops but crosstown was the most affordable by far. The painting was done on time and our 4 year old Acura looks brand new. Their waiting room is a little short on amenities though. I guess they invested their money on good equipment rather than a flashy waiting room. 5 Stars for Crosstown.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the greatest companies i have ever worked with. They have been so patient and kind throughout the process of getting my car fixed by them and helping me along the way with updates. I will continue to use them as long as i live in minnesota. they are incredible!
